Ant groaned, his irises sparking a golden brown. Unbeknownst to him, they quickly, and unnoticeably, returned to their normal midnight black.

Holding his head, he glanced to Jordan, who continued having a one-sided conversation. It startled Ant when another voice spoke in his head.

"What happened?"

He quickly identified it to be that of the commander's. His eyes jolted to the hospital bed that was still occupied, then to the heart monitor. Sky was alive, but unmistakably in a coma. How could he be talking?

"Sky?" Ant whispered, turning away from Sparklez, "A-are you there?"

To his shock, the brunette's body didn't move-not even a muscle. Instead, the voice echoed through his mind. "I-I think I'm kinda...sharing your body." He admitted, his tone slightly unconfident.

"How? How is that even physically possible?" The older amulet wearer emphasized, his voice hardly above a whisper. He really hoped that Jordan didn't think that he was crazy and talking to himself...

"I don't know...I woke up outside of my body and you two couldn't hear me, so I tapped your shoulder to try and get your attention, and this happened." Sky said inside his mind.

"Er...I really have no clue on what to do about this." He narrowed his eyes before returning his gaze to the Captain. "Hmm...you know what? That would make a great title, Fallen Kingdom!"

Jordan didn't move his mouth to say that.

"Can you...read minds?" Ant inquired after a brief moment of comprehension, finally drawing his conclusion. He heard the surprised tone that Sky used and assumed that it was new to him also. "I guess I can, being a 'super natural being'."

"That's awesome!" He exclaimed. Accidentally, out loud.

"What's awesome?" Jordan mused, slightly shocked at his friend's random outburst.

"N-nothing, really, it's nothing," Ant lied, trying to hide the falseness in his voice. The next part was to Sky, "Great, I hate lying..." He went back to staring at his lap and twiddling his thumbs. "So let me get this straight: You can possess me, and or other people, correct?"

"I think so. Ant," Sky began, tone suddenly serious, "You have to keep this a secret, okay? At least until we have it all figured out so nothing goes wrong."

He nodded, his jet black hair swaying slightly. "I will. Now that we have that settled..." Ant stood up and headed towards the door, raising his hand in a small wave, "Jordan, I have to go right now, there's something I forgot to do. I'll be back soon, alright?"

And with that, he left.

"Bye...?" An obviously confused Sparklez added, but his friend was already long gone.

"Don't you think he's going to be a bit suspicious? I mean you just start talking to yourself before leaving abruptly." The commander said matter-of-factly, his usual joking tone returning to his voice.

"Yeah, I bet he will be. He'll probably come check on me or something later." He sighed, shutting his eyes briefly as he recalled the previous events. "I wouldn't blame him for worrying, I would definitely do the same if it was him."

As the amulet wearer stepped into his room, he stared into the mirror. "What are you doing?" The commander questioned, receiving a quick reply from Ant, "You know how in books and movies-the super natural ones-when someone possesses another person, their eyes change color, or something?"

"Yeah." was his response, "And...?"

"Can you take control for a second?" Sky did as he was told, and Ant felt himself shrink back into his conscious. A weird phenomenon, he thought. "Um...Ant?" Adam's unsure voice brought him back to reality. The first thing that he noticed was that his eyes were no longer their normal shade. "Yeah, I think I noticed."

His eyes were now brown, much like Sky's.

"This may be a problem...what if someone notices?" Ant snapped to his senses and took control of his body. "I have an idea, hold on." He reached for a contact case on his desk and opened it. "No wonder everyone calls you the smart one."

"These contacts alter your irises' color, from the outside at least." He smirked, "-Said I was the one who could get us out of a sticky situation." Ant paused, glancing up at the mirror, "And I don't lie."

Sky took over once again and nothing changed physically, "Definitely a genius." He said aloud in Ant's voice, smiling triumphantly, "Now nobody will figure out."

There was one problem that the two didn't notice.
