Too Ironic
Characters; Ulquiorra + Orihime
Ulquiorra would never tell anyone, least of all let it show on his face, but he was finding himself increasingly confused.
He had been ordered by Aizen to make sure that the girl was kept safe and fed. Over the last few days he had brought her meals on a tray, often just walking out of the room as soon as the tray had been put down. One time, he had found one of the old Arrancar uniforms and taken it to her, wondering vaguely whether or not she would wear it. It would, after all, be solid proof for any who saw that she had turned traitor to Soul Society.
Except . . . that was when things had started to go strangely.
Apparently, she had taken the proffered item as proof that he, Ulquiorra Schiffer, Quarto Espada, was a nice person. Which he wasn't.
So, of course, she had started to treat him like he was a nice person. It was . . . unsettling.
She had started to smile and laugh in his presence, and make comments about clothes. She had started to bug him about why he always looked upset and if the hole in his chest hurt at all.
Yet even that wasn't as bad a humiliation as when she had started to save up her meals and insist on making him eat some of what she had created.
It was then that he started to wonder – was it her who was being kept prisoner by him, or him who was being her prisoner?
