[PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM'S PERSPECTIVE]

What the glob is up with Marceline. She's so weird!

"Are you sure?" I ask, hoping for a slightly more detailed answer. She mumbles something under her breath then answers loudly,

"I…Well…. I mean…" I've never seen her like, like this? Something must be up. But I just can't work it out! As we sat in complete silence, the wind blowing slightly through the window, I noticed Marcy fiddling with the strings on her guitar. She only ever does that when she's nervous and needs to tell someone something.

"What do you want to tell me?" I asked, breaking the silence. "Is it bad?"

"Wha-, no, no, no, it's nothing." She looked at me and smiled half-heartedly. I knew Marceline was lying but I nodded nonetheless, subconsciously twirling my hair. I still felt the connection Marcy said we'd lost all those years ago… and deep down, I hoped she did too.

[THIRD PERSON PERSPECTIVE]

The ladies sat on the end of The Princess's bed in complete and utter silence, staring at the open window in front of them. It was no use, no matter what form of small talk Bonnibel attemted Marceline would always just shrug or mumble.

"That's it!" PB suddenly yelped, jumping up. "If you don't tell me what is on your mind Marceline Abadeer, I will have to remove you my castle immediately!" Marcy sat, surprised by her friends sudden aggression against her.

"Fine! If you really want to know!" Marce screamed, "I still love you Bonnie and I always will! I want to continue our relationship!"
