Here we go! Sorry this took so long! Here is the chapter where the Big Hero 6 characters come into the story and my OC is introduced. As I mentioned before, she's technically a Miraculous OC, but she's Hiro's love interest. In case you were wondering why I made her Chloe's twin sister, all I can say is you'll understand my reason later on.
Track 06: Immortals (Scene Change Instrumental)
Hiro is on his way home from SFIT. Cass and his friends are waiting for him in the Lucky Cat Cafe when he walks in.
All: We're going to Paris!
Hiro: Huh?
Cass: Do you remember when I used to live in Paris?
Hiro: Just barely. I was only three.
Cass: Well I got in contact with my old friends who I lived across the street from, and they've invited me to come visit for a few weeks, and all of you can come!
Fred: Good thing I've been practicing my French! (runs to door) Here, let me get the mi casa! (closes)
Honey Lemon: I'm done trying to teach you anything.
Cass: The Dupain-Chengs know how to speak English, anyway.
Hiro: I'd better get myself caught up on school work. I don't want to end up drowning in it when we get back! I'd rather spread it out while we're on vacation.
Cass: Actually, we worked out how you'll be able to keep up with school. My friends have a daughter your age, and her teachers said it's okay for you to come to class with her and do your SFIT work there.
Hiro: Oh, so she's in high school?
Cass: Yep! You'll also be sharing a room with her, her name's Marinette!
Hiro: Room? Heh-heh, speaking of rooms, I'll be in mine for... a while. (walks upstairs, kicks wall) Ow!
Cass: Is it just me, or is that boy always in pain?
Wasabi: I'm sure it's just a phase, don't bug him.
Cass: I know, but what if he's self-harming? Maybe I should get up there.
Gogo: There's no need for that because...I'll go up there! (walks upstairs, sits at the top of the steps for a few seconds, walks down) He's fine, no worries.
Hiro: Baymax, we're going to Paris, and I have to share a room with a girl. What do I do?
Baymax: Often times, new experiences may be confusing or upsetting to those who do not expect...
Hiro: I know, it's just, I don't know if I'd feel comfortable sharing a room again, even if it's only temporary. I've never even met her, and Aunt Cass paired us up without asking me. I just don't know how to feel about this. (pulls small keyboard out from under the bed, starts playing "This Big World," stops.) Wanna go for a flight?
Baymax: Flying makes me a better healthcare companion.
Hiro: That's right! Let's get you armored up! (starts dragging downstairs)
Cass: Hiro?
Hiro: (whispering) Stay here for a second. (walks downstairs without Baymax, speaks normally) Hey, Aunt Cass!
Cass: Just checking up on you, you seemed a little upset a minute ago.
Hiro: Me? Upset? No way! I'm great, in fact, I'm going to the garage right now to go work on my latest robot!
Cass: Ok, don't stay in there too long, I don't want you working too hard.
Hiro: Got it!
Cass exits, Hiro and Baymax head to the garage.
Track 07: Transition to the Garage
Hiro: (putting on helmet) And...we're ready to go! Wings!
Baymax's wings spring up, Hiro climbs onto his back
Hiro: Let's go!
The two fly around the city. Meanwhile, Avery is watching a news report about a severe fire in San Fransokyo.
Reporter: The cause of the fire is still unknown, but this has to be one of the worst incidents since the 1901 fire that destroyed San Francisco, which led to this new city being built. Luckily, everyone escaped unharmed. The fire department is still on it's way...
Mother: My son is still trapped in our apartment!
Reporter: It seems as though someone is still trapped in the apartment complex. How old is your son, ma'am?
Mother: He's five, he was in his bedroom, I tried to get him out, but I think he must have locked the door, I couldn't get in!
Avery: That poor kid, where are the firefighters?
Evelyn: Talking to the T.V. again?
Avery: There's a huge fire in San Fransokyo, and this five year-old boy is locked in the burning building.
Evelyn: That's terrible! Hopefully someone reaches him in time. (looks at watch) Oh! Avery, you have to hurry, your flight leaves soon!
Avery: Alright. I'll go get my bags. (grabs suitcase from corner, sits back down on couch)
Reporter: Well, it looks like we have a superhero on the issue! No wait, there's two. Someone get footage of this!
Avery: Superheroes?
Reporter: Let's see, the guy in red looks like he might be a robot, but I'm not totally sure. He's just hovering in front of the window, and the purple guy's getting off his back and climbing through the window.
Hiro: Hello? Is anyone in here?
Boy: *cough cough* I'm right here!
Hiro: (grabs hand) Come on, I'm gonna get you out of here.
Hiro lifts the boy through the window and helps him onto Baymax. Hiro climbs on and they all land on the ground.
Mother: Oh, thank you! I was so worried!
Hiro: It was no problem, anytime there's an emergency, a member of Big Hero 6 is always there to help!
Avery: Wow! That was amazing! And so are you, mystery heroes!
Evelyn: You're doing it again.
Avery: You should've seen it, mom, these two superheroes came out of nowhere and saved the boy's life!
Evelyn: Superheroes, huh? That's a new one!
Avery: It really happened! There was this huge red robot and a boy with purple gear on, and they were flying!
Evelyn: I believe you, but I just didn't know there were any in San Fransokyo. Actually, I've heard stories about some heroes living in Paris, you might run them while you're there!
Avery: Awesome! I finally get to meet my dad and sister for the first time, AND possibly superheroes!
Evelyn: I wouldn't get too excited.
Avery: I know you guys have been divorced for a long time, but you can't judge Chloe if the last time you saw her she was a toddler. Who knows? Maybe dad isn't as "self absorbed" as he was when you last spoke.
Evelyn: You make a good point. Just promise me you won't get your hopes too high. With the different environments you two grew up in, I can almost guarantee that Chloe isn't the girl you remember her as.
Avery: Well, whether she changed for better or for worse, she's family either way, and so is dad.
Evelyn: Hey, maybe that positive attitude if yours will rub off on them. Now, let's get you to the airport so you don't waste another weekend with antisocial video gaming!
Avery: For once, I agree with you!
Finally done with chapter 2! Not every chapter is gonna have singing in it, but most of them will. Since this one didn't have any, the next one will definitely have at least 2 songs.
