When she was young, Lucy would tell her mother how she would change the world. She would go on for hours about all the things she could do, all the ideas swimming around in her head. Surely one of them would work, one would help shape the future.
Her mother smiled, stroked her daughter's hair and told her she could do anything she set her mind to, just as all mothers do.
Now Lucy stands next to Harry, their arms linked and twin smiles on their faces as they watch their children fall from the sky.
She thinks to herself, see, I told you I would help change the world.
