The Granted Wish

When the seeds of doubt are planted in the soil of the heart, they can wreak havoc and twist ones character. But if one that see the real you, treats the seeds with the care you craved. The seeds can bloom into reason to better themselves. By Rychan6

Many People in the world hope for Arceus to help grant their wish. But he will only grant those who have a pure heart and the care only a mother can give. Right now he is staring at one who fits the characteristics, an adorable red head with bright blue eyes, helping the professor take care of the baby Pokémon.

He has watched over the boy ever since he heard the wish, a wish for change in his life. 'I think it's about time I finally grant his wish.' Beside him was a green egg with a light blue-green on the bottom, it was suddenly transported in a beam of light.

"Alright little ones, once you finish your lunch you can go play with the older Pokémon okay?"

It was a nice and sunny day in Twinleaf Town and Ron was taking care of the baby Pokémon as usual. All the Pokémon loved him but the babies adored him, especially the grass types, and because of that he earned the nickname Mama Flora. Although he hardly ever leaves the lab he's well known throughout the town. But people talk more about his sister than they do him.

"Well now it seems that Harry is having fun in Kanto and Hermione is enjoying her time in the Orange Islands studying."

Ron smiled, reading the letters that Hedwig, a HootHoot, and a Chatot, Hermione's, brought him. 'I hope Hermione won't ask so many questions that it would make her instructor's ears off.' He giggled to himself.

'Although, it is nice to hear from them every once and a while.' Harry and Hermione are Ron's best friends although they got to go on their journeys with their own Pokémon.

"Ah, there you are Ronald." a voice stepped in. "I was wondering where you were."

Ron turned around to see a old man with a long white beard and twinkling blue eyes. "Professor Dumbledore; is there something you need help with?" he asked.

The Professor smiled and said, "I actually want to talk to you about something. Follow me please."

The two walked out of the lab toward a little shed that was on a hill, a few Pokémon greeted them while they walked.

"Now Ron," the professor started, "you have been helping me in the lab ever since you were a little boy and I've always wanted to see you of on your own journey." He smiled fondly, "it's a shame that your sister convinced your parents to not let you go."

Ginny Weasley is the youngest of the family and loved to one up Ron in everything, but the only things that she sucks at are: Pokémon care, their affection, and gardening.

The professor continued, "So I talked with your parents and after telling them about the work that you have been doing in the lab they happily agreed to let you go." The professor smiled at seeing Ron's surprised face.

"You mean I can finally have a Pokémon?" he asked eagerly.

The Professor chuckled, "Not just a Pokémon," the professor, paused opening the door. "A Pokémon egg."

Inside the shed was a room filled with eggs and in the middle was a green egg.
