Levi, her boyfriend, stepped into the room, dressed casually. "Hey babe." he said. He pecked her cheek and sat in her swivel chair. Petra didn't bother to look up to see who it was. That low, monotonous voice was recognizable. She smiled. "So, what are you doing?" he asked. He felt bad that she had to study.

She chuckled. "What does it look like I'm doing?". From Levi's eye, she looked like she was stressed and angry. Petra took a deep breath and continued to study. While she was studying, Levi just sat there, spinning in the chair and checking his phone from time to time.

*time skip*

Levi looked up at the ceiling, then down on Petra. "Petra," he started, "I think you should take a break." Petra's eye didn't stop, line after line. Quietly, Levi got out of the chair and went over to Petra. He wrapped his arms around her and rested his head on her shoulder. He put his hand over hers. "Here," Levi offered, "let me help you study."

Petra turned to him and smiled that same smile that he loved. "Thanks."
