Chapter One
(Do Not Own Or Claim To Own Hetalia. Just This Story!)
Canada was pacing and had been for hours already. It was easy for anyone to see that he was not to be disturbed when he was in deep thought this way with that serious and hard expression, those tense shoulders and those distant purple-blue eyes. He was thinking hard on the next world meeting, he suddenly stopped pacing, "Kuma." He said softly and looked over at the little polar bear who was doing paper work.
Kumajirou looked over at the nation who spoke his nickname, "Yes?" He gave all his attention to him. Canada was silent for some time then spoke, "The pace we'ree going now, we will be done in three months, yes?" The bear nodded which received a quiet hum from the nation, "If we picked up our pace then we could be done, half that time, yes?" The bear gave no answer for awhile as he was thinking about then gave a slow nod.
Canada raised his brow slightly, "By how much?" The little bear tilted his head, "A month and two weeks." He climbed off the chair as the nation grinned, "Just what I estimated, I think we should do that." He turned on his heel and walked right out of the room they were in and into a control room.
~~~~~^w^~~~~~
Canada was now sitting in his office, doing a pile of paper work that he had to read and reply too. The little polar bear slept on his lap quietly. It had been a long day but he knew he had to finish up this pile of paper work before even thinking about going home, appearance is everything right now but he only had to keep it up for another month and two weeks. His appearance was normal, his shy and timid self.
Quick and slightly loud footsteps can be hurt coming from the hall, he knew all too well who that person was.
"MATTIE! BRO!" The booming voice of the American was heard and soon after the American.
Canada sighed heavily as he looked up at the other nation, "Yes, Al?" He whispered, he looked innocent but showed that he was slightly annoyed. But of course America ignored it, "I have a great idea!" He slammed his hands on the table which startled the little polar bear and growled, not like being disturbed from his slumber, he got off the nation's lap and went to find a place to take a nap.
America grinned, "Wanna hear it?" He didn't wait for an answer from the timid nation and said his idea anyways, "Let's go out! Just you and me, I swear I won't ditch you this time." He used his puppy eyes on the nation who sighed and gave in, "Okay Al."
America whooped loudly before he dragged the nation out of the office by his arm. Canada just sighed silently as his mind was swarming with venomous thoughts about the idiot.
~~~~~^w^~~~~~
Hours had past and there sat at the bar a very drunk American and a slightly buzzed Canadian who acted drunk.
Canada giggled quietly as he pushed the nation's head up that was on his shoulder, his brother was plastered, "I think it's time to go home Al." He tried to get up but strong arms around his waist held him down, "Noo." A drunk American refused to get up or let go of the Canadian. He muzzled the nation's neck, "Mattie, why do you hate me?" He asked drunkenly, this startled the nation and blinked as he looked to his brother, "I don't hate you." He whispered innocently.
"You do hate me, I can tell.." The arms around Canada had tighten slightly, "How can you tell Al?" He whispered and the nation slowly looked up with tears in his crystal blue eyes, "I can feel it, why do you hate me?.." The nation sniffled. Canada just stared at the nation, "I'll tell you but not here..." He whispered as he got up and that was when America got up, he followed his brother out of the bar and to the car.
Once America got into the car, Canada drove off out of town to a cabin in the woods, he had often come here to work and get away from the other nations. America looked like a hurt puppy, leaning against the window of the passenger seat with a distant look to him. Canada pulled into the driveway, "Come on." He whispered as he got out of the car and into the dark, quiet cabin.
America closed the door behind them and Canada turned on the lights, "Sit." He said in a normal volume but it was still soft and calm. It took the nation off guard that he did as told while his eyes never left his brother.
Canada took off his cost and seemed to be getting comfy by loosening his tie and undoing some buttons, he tied back his hair and took off his glasses, he actually wore contacts. He rolled up his sleeves and once he had done all that he looked up at the American, "You asked me why I hated you." He smirked a little, "I hate you for a number of reasons." He walked over to a table where he poured himself a glass of scotch.
America was really taken aback at how changed his brother looked, he was not what he claimed to look like. He started to get a bad feeling about this.
"I hate you because you're an idiot who always looks down at people, belittling those who are weak, assuming they need saving or help." Canada looked at the scotch in his hand, "Always pushing your ways and ideals on others, not everyone wants your kind of freedom... I hate being around you, being your neighbor.." He brought the glass to his lips and took a drink from it but more like letting the liquid flow from the glass and into his mouth until there was none left.
America looked down from the Canadian as the words hit him like knives stabbing deep into him. Canada smirked, "I don't like the way you treated me, always telling people I am you just so you can get away with things, you think I didn't know or the many times you've forgotten me or didn't even know I was there or use me in your stupid plans just to get people to go along with you and the constant billshit I had to deal with." His voice remained calm and soft but you can tell there was hate in his words, "I've always hated you.. Maybe there was a time I may have thought of you as my brother, that I could have loved you but I don't remember it." He walked over to a desk.
America was really hurt that he couldn't hold back the tears but he made no sound of any kind, "But I guess we are brothers.." Canada said softly as he pulled out a document from his desk, it was a contract that ties America to Canada, not become one but to give the country total and all control, "Come here Al." He grinned and waited for the country.
America wiped his tears away and got up, he sniffles as he walked over to his brother. Canada gestured to the chair and the nation sat down, "What is this?" He grinned as he enjoys the misery he is causing his brother, "A contract, a peaceful contract that gives me total and all control over you." The American slowly understood what the nation said then looked up at Canada with shock one it had hit him, "What?! Duck no! No way Mattie!" He yelled and shut right up when the violet eyes had gotten slightly red, "If you don't... I'll destroy you and bring harm to your people." His voice was cold and dangerous.
America gulped, "But your army is lame and your navy is lame." He tried to defend himself but the truth was he had never been so afraid of a country before until now, "My armies and navies, well impress even you but most likely bring you to your knees and beg for forgiveness, which I won't and I'll kill you and your people so sign the bloody contract so that won't happen." He held out a pen to the nation who took it with a shaking hand.
Canada grinned as he watched his brother sign the paper. Once it was done the nation laughed and it made the American shiver and shudder.
"Good boy, shall I give you a treat?" Canada grinned as he took hold of the American's chin, for some reason, seeing the nation like this turned on the American and so he gave a small nod. Canada slowly leaned down, "Good, I was going to give you one even if you didn't want it, your mine now." He smirked and didn't give the nation time to respond as he forced his lips on the other.
~~~~~^w^~~~~~
America was on the bed, sleeping since Canada had spent half the night making him his.
Canada was having a cup of coffee as he sat at his desk, looking at where the American signed, a grinned never left his face, "One down.. So much more to go." He seemed to be extremely happy, he put down the contract to pick up his cellphone and called Kumajirou to inform him about what happened with America and hung up. He decided to make pancakes then wake up the nation, he had to get to work soon.
Canada got up from his chair at the desk and walked over to the kitchen. He was already dressed and showered. He wondered if he should wake up the country before making the pancakes, not wanting them to be cold while the other took a shower. He put down his coffee and slide his cellphone in his pocket as he made his way into the bedroom where the American slept somewhat peacefully.
A grin grew on the nation's lips and he went over to the sleeping being. He leaned over and ran his hand along the side of the American's body as he teasing kissed the neck. He received a couple sleepy moans, "Wake up Al." He whispered into the nation's ear, "Wake up and take a shower or you'll get a rude awakening." He grinned and eased off as America slowly woke up, "Hurry up, I'm going to make pancakes. Canada left with that.
America soon woke up and bit his lip as he now had a hard on. He did what he was told and walked into the bathroom. He took a cold shower. Once he was done he looked himself in the mirror to look at all the bruises and marks on his body. His face went red as he remembered the night, Canada wasn't exactly gentle with him and he really liked it. He shook his head as he got dressed up.
He went to the kitchen and saw a stack of pancakes waiting for him, Canada had already eaten his breakfast and was sipping his coffee. America sat down and he noticed a cup of coffee waiting for him, he grabbed it and sipped it, surprisingly it was the way he liked it, sweet.
Canada watched the quiet American, "Alfred." He spoke calmly as he put his cup down, "I'll need you to not say a word about this with anyone or act differently.. I'll be upset if people start asking questions." The nation looked at his food and nodded his head, "Yeah, Mattie.. I got it." He started to eat his food, "Good.."
America watched his brother wearily when the country stood up from his chair and walked over to him. Canada said nothing and just picked up the syrup, "It's not a complete pancake breakfast without maple syrup, don't you agree?" He slowly poured it over the stack of pancakes, the American nodded his head as his face went red.
Once that was done, Canada put down the maple syrup and walked back over to his chair, taking a seat and sipping his coffee once more. He smirked as he watched the other eat his pancakes.
Canada looked at his watch and hummed slightly, "Finish those up Alfred, we need to get you to the airport." He finished his coffee then picked up his plate and put them into the sink. He then walked out so he could get ready.
America looked at his pancakes and started to down them like he normally would. Once he was done he put his dishes in the sink and walked out to the front door where Canada stood waiting by the door with his jacket and the contract, "Let's go." He walked out and the American followed after him, they got into the car and they were soon off to the airport.
~~~~~^w^~~~~~
Canada was getting into his car again after giving the American a treat before the nation left on the plane. He grinned as he was now driving back to his office where he had to meet Kumajirou to finalize the papers. He knew the other nations would soon feel the shift in the world. While he drove he transformed back into the shy and weak nation.
