Ch.2 –Decisions, Decisions…
It had been weeks and she still hadn't left. Ciel tried to ignore the need to impatiently tap his foot as Lady Kagome seemed to care less about his being outside of his dance lessons. If she wasn't with him in the ballroom she was here in the library. He was older now, of marrying age to be exact, but he didn't think he'd ever be ready for Lizzy so they still remained separated and he rather liked it that way. At one point he might have actually liked Elizabeth, but as of recent all he could think of was Kagome. She was obviously foreign which initially sparked his interest. Sebastian would only tell him that her strange clothing, kimonos, were from Japan. It was odd for his butler to withhold information, but it only made him more curious. "Ahem." He gave in.
"Oh, Lord Phantomhive." Kagome turned toward him with a smile. "Are you in need of this book?" She held up the one currently in her hands.
"…no."
"Then is it that you wish to start our lesson early today?"
"…no."
"So you are here to ask questions." She sighs.
"Why does Sebastian refuse to gather information on you."
"He has no need to gather anything. He has the knowledge already." She waves him off.
"Why won't he report anything." Ciel tries to contain his growing agitation.
"There is nothing new to report because nothing significant has changed since last we met."
"When did you last meet."
"Well… we met a long time ago…" Kagome tapped a finger to her bottom lip thoughtfully.
"Stop that!" Ciel backed her into the nearest shelf, placing an arm on either side of her to trap her in place. "Stop pushing away my questions and answer me directly!"
"Or what, Lord Phantomhive?"
