It was dark. Cool wind blew, chilling the skin of a young seventeen year old woman. She shivered from loss of warmth. Her ragged breath caught in her throat and her heart raced as the slim figure in front of her, almost tauntingly, edged near.

"Hello, dear." He teased.

She held up her fists, but to no avail. He snatched her pale fingers with his bony ones, she trembled as his breath cooled her fiery skin. He smelt like Bacardi and cigarette smoke.

"Get away from me!" She screamed.

He made no response, trailing his chapped lips across her neck.

"Hey!" a voice boomed like thunder, She felt his whole body flinch against hers as he craned his neck toward the voice.

BAM! Sakura kneed his crotch and as he cried out in pain she pushed his body to the ground.

"What? No 'thank you'?"

Sakura felt icy fingers, almost forcefully under her chin, lifting her head. Her nostrils filled with the comforting, familiar smell of Sasuke's cologne.

"Wait! Sasuke's cologne?" Her thoughts raced almost as fast as her stallion of a heart. Her emerald eyes locked with his deep black ones. And nothing but their breath and her pounding heart filled Sakura's ears. Everything else was just background noise; the crickets, the trains rolling on their tracks and the sound of their horns yearning to be heard, but she wasn't listening. Those thirty seconds felt like days where nothing mattered but the feeling of his skin on hers and his quick breaths warming her red nose. No blush, just cold.

"Hello, dear." His deep, masculine voice broke her train of thought and she was nearly relieved.

"I would say this is a pleasant surprise, but I don't think pleasant could really describe this situation." Sakura took a step back and let out a sigh, she was in control. Sasuke gracefully moved toward her,

"Now, now Sakura. Be nice." He whispered in her ear, wrapped his arms around her and returned them back to his hide out instantaneously.

"Now, now Sasuke. Practice what you preach. " She mocked. Her hands glided up to his muscular chest. She looked into his eyes and his smug smirk, unsurprisingly, adorned his face. She frowned. Shoving his large body away from her and heading towards the nearest window.

"We're underground, smartass, the window is merely decoration." Sasuke calmly stated as the window disappeared, "Do you really think I'd have a hide out for everyone to see? How ignorant do you think I am, Sakura?"

"Pretty ignorant."

"Tsk. Tsk. How rude."

Sakura turned around: back, hard against the cold, stone wall. She looked around: The room was nearly empty except for a neatly made bed and a desk with a couple papers strewn on top of it. One of which was very familiar; the letter she'd written to Sasuke a year ago.

Sakura's train of thought was interrupted,

"Do you like it?" Sasuke sat on the bed, leaning back onto his hands. "Because we're going to be here for a couple weeks."

Sakura pushed her body away from the wall and rubbed her eyes as she walked towards him. He wiggled his eyebrows suggestively as if to say 'I've got you now'. Sakura frowned, towering over Sasuke's sitting figure,

"You mean you're going to be here for a couple weeks." And she was gone, into thin air.

Sasuke felt a fire welling up inside him, he was not in control.
