I hopped in the backseat of the car. We were headed to Albus's house. My dad wanted to see my aunt and uncle. Ginny and Harry. They all live in a big mansion in London.
That was about five minutes away. We lived in London too. We drove and turned around corners and pulled in the long driveway. My mom was driving and she stopped in front of a iron and brass gate. We were this rich, but we aren't show offs.
I unlocked my door without anyone noticing. Mom punched in the code on a pad and the gate opened. She drove forward. I swung open my car door and hopped out as the car was still moving. It was a habit, but we were almost parked anyways.
Albus was standing on one of the balconies above us. He was cracking up.
"Nice stunt!" My dad called,"Don't do it again!"
"Good tumble!"Albus now yelled. I had sprung out and into a tumble. I was laying in a puddle of mud. Plus I had multiple cuts and they were starting to sting. But no one seemed fazed by the event. It was normal. I had scars everywhere.
I tried to stand up, but I couldn't move. I was slowly sinking in the puddle. It was thick mud. I pushed my way up and climbed out. Then I slipped. And face planted in the mud again. Everyone burst out laughing.
I couldn't help but to laugh either. I looked up. Albus was now standing beside Hugo, little brother. He was seven. Those two were on the ground laughing. I stood up carefully , but no help. I slipped again and face planted again.
My family laughed even harder. Hugo was crying and he wasn't making much noise. That was my laugh too. I crawled out and headed to the house. My mom, dad, Hugo, and Albus followed me.
