Chapter 2: Let's Ruin (People's Lives) Today

As I walked to the bus stop I saw the old man driving again. I didn't expect him driving again after all I was the reason why he was fired on his last job. Well let me repeat what I did last time.

I'll make his boss fire him and get a popcorn at front seat. That would be fun to watch.

When I made up my mind I saw Hijikata walking at the street, not too far away from here. I grinned. Though I've got my hands full but maybe I can kill Hijikata this day. I make exceptions on people like him.

With a plan sketched, I hailed the cab that stopped on my side and got in the passenger's seat

I checked if my victim will still be there or all of this will lead to nothing. He was waiting for the stop light to change colors. This may turn into another success.

"Hey, old man see that freak waiting?" I said pointing to Hijikata's big head then kept my hand back to myself. "Run into him. Quick and smooth. None of us inside here wants to take a one way trip to prison, right?" I didn't wait for his answer and ordered, "Make sure he'll break a rib but don't kill him. That'll be my job." MADAO looked like he was nearing madness at picking the choice of obeying me or his boss.

"What are you waiting for? Your head to roll on the side of the street today?" I barked. He shakily nodded and drove as I instructed him to. I can say that this old man's expression was shit.

Hell, shit was even an understatement.

He was sweating like a goddamn pig.

You'll say that this is unfair. To hell with it Hijikata wouldn't even fight back to me so might as well abuse the power I have since he's still courting my precious sister. He just doesn't know how to take my hint to fuck off.

We'll see how long can his persistence last.

The cab gradually gained it's velocity, and, just as I wanted, it hit the man I hate the most as he cross the street. Due to the impact of the cab Hijikata actually got on top of the hood. I turned on the wipers and wiped him away while the old man was muttering his prayers about how can he retain his job.

I got back to my seat. "Back off and take me back where you found me." He obediently obliged out of fear and dropped me back to the side of the street just overlooking the sprawled body of Hijikata who's growling out of pain.

I hopped out of the cab after giving the old man my pay. He swiftly left after saying his forced thanks.

Killing isn't part of my moral acts yet so I got to the freak's side and pulled him out of the road.

"Aw, got into another accident Hijikata?" I asked, feigning sympathy. The man couldn't bother to glare at me and tried to stand up but held on the pole for support.

"Goddamnit, Sougo." He spat, looking down at his injured side. He wasn't bleeding so that's cool.

"Yeah, that's me." I chuckled and let go of him. "I'm gonna be late. Try to be more careful next time." I flashed him a faux smile and took my leave.

An ambassador of sadism I may be I still kept the morals my sister taught me.

A few of it.

Regardless, I'm content with my work for today.

When I arrived at the entrance of Gintama High I could already hear the one of many squeals of the girls. To hear something so deafening this early in the morning destroyed my mood.

My eyes wandered off to the sea of students who were passing by and I spotted an odd pair who were wearing capes, bandages on their faces, goggles on their foreheads and had parasols in hand. The look like thugs but its not like I'm the one who'll be robbed anyway.

I sighed, the ringing of my ears from the squeals and mindless chatters of the girls irked me off. I shot a murderous look at the mob surrounding me. The crowd suddenly lost their voices. Most of them backed off while some stood frozen in fear.

They nodded and made a way for me to pass on. By the time I arrived at class 3-Z it was too early for my taste. It's such a waste that I wasn't late, free times were never always my friend. With these minutes I could still be back at the sidewalk torturing the soul of Hijikata. I walked to my chair, sat, placed my bag at the bag holder and stared outside. I'm only a seat away from the window and at the second to last on my row.

The cherry blossoms were like pink crystals slowly descending to the ground. The sun's early shine make them shimmer as they fall.

It's undeniably beautiful yet it brings me too much unwanted memories.

They said that we shouldn't let our past hunt us but is it really wrong that it still hunts me up to this day? What if we truly deserve this? Wouldn't moving forward the same as running away from it? Isn't that such a cowardly act.

I shouldn't bring these thoughts here. Being like this won't help me one bit.

"Horrible morning to all of ya' guys." Danna's greeting made me snap my attention back to the living.

I stood up along with my classmates and replied,"Horrible morning to you too, Sensei."

We sat back to our seat as Danna was hiding his latest Shounen Jump Issue on the Math notebook. When he finished and was about to take a chalk he turned back at us and said, "Ah, I almost forgot we got two transferees. They're siblings, they're from another planet and..." He trailed off, noticing the looks most of the girls have on.

The girls were starting to get ready to shout for what will Danna say but he fed them nothing instead. "Well blah, blah, blah, blah, blah we didn't get any information after that."

Their face fell when they heard that but Danna just sucked his lollipop to their annoyance. He's smooth. Worthy to be really called danna.

"Come inside now." Danna said out loud, gazing at the door.

As if on cue two people came inside a short one and a tall one. Both of them have been wearing capes and had bandages on their faces, covering their entire head except the eyes and bits of their colored hair.

They're the streotype thugs.

They've been gripping their umbrella ever since they step foot in this room too. Looking back I'm sure they're the weirdos I saw earlier.

"You two." Danna said, talking at the newcomers. "Write your names on the board." Danna handed them a chalk on his table, they nodded then the tall guy broke it laughing silently while the small one just giggled and used the other half then wrote his name the tall one just copied what his brother just did.

When they're both done Danna read their names aloud, the others covered their ears dramatically making Danna mad at them and gave them a quick death glare but continued on. "This tall man here is..." The silver haired samurai slash teacher added, slightly annoyed, "Wait can you guys take off your gear when I'm introducing you."

The tall dude took his off first and every girl squealed at the classroom except Kyubei, Nobume and the green haired robot. We, the boys, took cover for our ears until they all calmed down. Damn, female hormones and their obession with good looking men.

"Yeah, yeah all of you girls be that loud again and I'll make you kiss the floor." He motioned the tall guy, saying, "So this is Kamui Yato." The Kamui guy flashed a small smile at the crowd and some girls fainted. Danna scratched the back of his head by this idiotic nonsense. "Eh, the small boy here is… wait." Ginpachi paused and looked at the board, reading it and he turned back at us after understanding the shitty handwriting.

"Kaname Yato." The small fry took of his cape, bandages and goggles making everyone jump in anticipation.
