The sun rose over the Loud family's new house. Lincoln woke up to the sound of birds chirping in the tree in the backyard. He sleepily hopped out of bed and trudged down to the bathroom, which was the other end of the hall. The door was closed, so he knocked as to avoid any awkward situations with his sisters.

"Whoever's out there, you'll to wait. I'm in the shower" came London's familiar voice. Lincoln shrugged in response. He was in no hurry, so he can wait. He headed back to his room but, saw Lynn's room-he's calling it that since there's four of them sharing and she's the oldest-open. Dipper was on his bed, his laptop in front of him.

"Oh, morning, Lincoln. Sleep well?" Dipper asked, having spotted his younger brother.

"Very, Dip. Where are the others?" Lincoln asked, stepping into the room and not noticing the other three girls.

"Mabel's in the dining room, sorting her glitter. Lucy's exploring the houses vents. And Lynn's down in the basement. Apparently, it's large enough for her to put all of the and London's exercise equipment down there" Dipper replied, counting off his fingers. Lincoln nodded. London and Lynn liked to keep themselves in shape, but they often got a bigger workout setting up the equipment than using it. So, now that they have a space to set it all up in, that's sure to make them happy.

"So, what are you doing?" Lincoln asked.

"Oh, just surfing the web and see what mysteries this town has" Dipper said. Lincoln chuckled at that.

"Imagine if Royal Woods turns out to be like Gravity Falls" he said. Dipper chuckled.

"Yeah, but I can do without the evil, reality warping demon trying to destroying the world" he said.

"Can't argue you there. Once is more than enough" Lincoln said. Dipper computer beeped and a video of a very familiar friend of theirs appeared.

"Soos!" the two boys exclaimed in joy. Soos Ramirez, the handyman-turned-owner of the Mystery Shack, and good friend/honorary member of the Loud family. He was wearing the suit and eyepatch that was once worn by their Grunckle Stan.

"Sup, dudes! Heard you guys moved, so I thought I'd give you a call. How are you liking the new space?" he asked.

"It's great! Much bigger and better than our old house" Dipper replied, a wide beaming smile on his face.

"That's great to hear! I can't wait to hear what sort of adventures you'll go on in this town" Soos said, happily.

"We are planning on exploring the town, today. It's going to be pretty exciting" Lincoln said.

"So, how are things back at the Shack?" Dipper asked.

"Quite well. I managed to employ some Gnomes. Turns out, they accept accords as payment" Soos replied. The brothers glanced at each in slight confusion before shrugging. After what they've seen, nothing seems weird, anymore. At that point, London, draped in a towel, peeked in.

"Hey, did either of you need in the bathroom?" she asked.

"Welp, gotta get ready for day. See you, Soos" Lincoln said, leaving the room.

"Oh, Soos is on?" London asked, sitting on Dipper's bed.

"Hey, you're doing good, Super Sleuth" Soos said, spotting London. London chuckled at the old nickname.

"You don't look so bad, either, Beaver" she said, smirking. Dipper smiled, lightly. London always has trouble bonding with others outside of family, so seeing her familiar enough with Soos to use nicknames makes him feel satisfied she has some friends.

"Anyway, will you be joining us in our outing, today, Dipper?" she asked her little brother.

"Not this time. I want to see what cool mysteries are to solve" Dipper said.

"Still, a little paranormal nut" London said, ruffling his hair.

"Hey, once a mystery solver, always a mystery solver" Soos commented.

"Right… Well, I'm going to get changed. It was great to hear from you, Soos" she said, leaving the room.

An hour later, London, Luna, Lori, and Lynn were all gathered in the living room, smiling eagerly. They were all the Louds that would be exploring the town today and they were beyond excited.

"Oh, I'm literally excited for this" Lori said, giddy like a little girl.

"I hear you, sis. This is gonna be rad!" Luna said, throwing a devil horns sign for good measure.

"Yes, and thanks to Lisa and Dipper's help, we were able to locate the town mall. That sounds like a great place to go first. We'll have to take Vanzilla, though. It's quite a ways out" London explained.

"I call shotgun!" Lynn shouted, running outside. The other siblings followed suit. Lori got into the driver's seat while everyone else piled in the back. While London was eighteen and, therefore, old enough to drive, she doesn't know how and stubbornly refuses to learn.

'She speaks seven languages and can take down guys three times her size, yet she doesn't know how to drive' Lori thought, a little amused and annoyed by this bit of irony. Nevertheless, she started up the family's museum piece of a van and drove off.

Carol Pingrey was not having a good day. Another boy had just tried to ask her out and learned it was so he could have special treatment in school when summer ends, due to being the Student Council president and one of the most popular girls in school. It was really getting aggravating. So, she tried to cool off at the mall, where she ran into one of her friends, Sam, and was now venting to her.

"Wow, that's the third one this month" Sam said, sipping a milkshake.

"Ugh, no kidding. I swear, Bobby Santiago is the only decent guy in this whole town" Carol groaned, receiving a pat on the back from Sam. She then spotted an unfamiliar teen enter the cafe. She was definitely a rocker, if her punk-like outfit was anything to go by. Her brown hair was styled in a pixie cut, which really seemed to suit her.

"Hey, you see that new girl?' she asked. Coral followed her gaze and saw her as the purple-clad teen was seemingly ordering something.

"Yeah. She must be new around here. I'm sure I'd remember someone who dressed like that" she mused as the teen received her order, a sub of sort. She looked around for somewhere to sit, but the cafe was packed today, so most of the seats were filled, except for one chair at Carol and Sam's table.

"Hey, mind if I sit here?" she asked, coming to the table.

"Be my guest" Sam said with a friendly smile. She sat down with a smile of her own.

"My name is Sam, and this is Carol" Sam said, taking the initiative in starting a conversation.

"The name's Luna. My and my fam just moved into town and we're getting to know the place" the girl said.

"Figured. I'd certainly remember seeing you around, before" Sam commented. Carol groaned, catching Luna's attention.

"Let me guess: boys kept trying to get with you for your looks" she said with a deadpan tone.

"Yep" Carol replied.

"Been there, dude. A lot of the boys back home just couldn't take a hit that I wasn't interested in them. Some of them got a little too… touchy-feely for my taste" Luna said with a small shudder.

"Oh, they didn't-" Sam nearly said, worry in her eyes, before Luna waved her off.

"It's fine. They never got the chance, since I know a little Karate. I'm not as good as my big sis, but I got some skill. Not to mention my family always has my back" Luna said, doing a few Karate poses, earning some chuckles from Sam. Carol didn't bother talking, as she really wasn't in a very talkative mood, today and they seemed to be hitting it off, just fine. No need for her to open her mouth and ruin the whole thing with a blunt and unintentionally insensitive comment.

"You have a sister?" Sam asked, curious. Carol noticed Luna's smile get a little mischievous that question.

"Let's just say I come from a large family" she said, mysteriously.

"So, what about you? Got any sibs of your own?" Luna asked, her smile going from mischievous to curious in an instant.

"I have a little brother named Simone. He's a real pain in the butt" Sam replied. Luna looked ready to start laughing. Carol guessed it was because she has a little brother, as well. But, why was she being so secretive about it?

"What about you, Carol? Any siblings?" Luna asked.

"Oh, no. I'm an only child" Carol replied.

"Nothing wrong with that" Luna said.

"So, how are you liking Royal Woods, so far, Luna?" Sam asked.

"It's much bigger than our old town, that's for sure. Especially the mall. I'm surprised I haven't gotten lost in here" Luna replied, taking a bite of meal.

"We can show you around, if you like" Sam offered, surprising both Luna and Carol.

"Eh, not today, I'm afraid. I'm supposed to be meeting with my fam out front, so I ain't got time to explore each store. Just the mall's layout. I only came here to get some grub" Luna said.

"Well, maybe we can come over to your house. Get to meet your family" Sam said, not missing a beat. Again, Luna looked ready to burst out laughing.

"Sure, why not? How does tomorrow sound?" Luna asked.

"Awesome!" Sam immediately agreed.

"Great. If I remember correctly, the address is 1216 Franklin Avenue" Luna explained. Suddenly, her phone went off. She takes it out of her pocket and sees she got a text.

"Looks like I need to get going. Fam's waiting for me. See you" Luna said and left.

"She seemed nice" Sam said.

"Uh, Sam, didn't you notice how she acted whenever you brought up her family?" Carol asked. Sam looked confused.

"Uh, what do you mean?" she asked.

"She always got this look of mischief whenever they're mentioned, as if she found it funny. She's hiding something" Carol said, a little nervous.

"Ah, I'm sure she's just messing with us. After all, how weird can her family be?" Sam asked with a dismissive wave. Suddenly, she felt a strange chill down her spine, and didn't know what caused it.

Luna made her way towards the front entrance, very happy. She had made a new friend, on her first day here. A rather cute one, too. Carol actually reminded her a bit of Lori, but quieter and less of a phoneaholic. She soon spots Lori, Leni, and Lynn waiting for her, but no London.

"Ah, there you are, Luna. Where we you?" Lori asked as the fourth oldest Loud joined them.

"Oh, I stopped by this cafe and chatted up with some girls. They were really friendly… especially this one, who looked like a fellow rocker" Luna said, a slightly dreamy look on her face.

"Oh, is that a crush I see you developing?" Lori asked, teasingly, with a big smirk. Luna smirked.

"I don't know. Is it?" she asked. The two sisters giggled.

"Oh, I wish I got to meet them. They, like, must be totes nice" leni said, excitedly.

"You can, actually. They'll be dropping by, tomorrow, to officially welcome us to the neighborhood. Boy, are they in for a surprise" Luna chuckled.

"You didn't mention our large family, did you?" Lori asked, smiling.

"Nope. I can't wait to see their faces" Luna said, rubbing her hands together in an almost villainous fashion.

"Hello, laddies" a deep gruff voice said. The four turned to see an average-sized man who looked rather shady.

"Can we help you?" Lynn asked, rudely. The man didn't seem phased, though.

"Yes. I couldn't help but notice you all by yourselves and could use some company" he said, making not-so-subtle looks at them and their bodies, especially Lori's, as hers was the most developed.

"Yeah, no thanks. We don't anyone keeping us company. Especially, not a stranger" Lori said, stepping in front of her three younger sisters and silently texting London of what's going on. She had a bad feeling about this guy and she wasn't all that good at self-defense.

"Oh, don't be like that. I'm sure we'll become fast friends" the man said, draping a hand over Lori's shoulder, much to her disgust.

"Perhaps I literally wasn't clear: get lost!" Lori said, throwing tact out the window.

"Oh, but I don't plan on leaving empty-handed" the man chuckled and prepared forcefully grab Lori. Suddenly, he felt something slam into his back, stunning him, before something swept his feet off the ground, grab the back of his head, and slam his face into the floor. Crouching over him with a grip on his head was London.

"That wasn't very smart" she said, standing up and fast walking to Lori.

"Are okay? Did he hurt you?" she asked, worriedly, as she checked Lori for any injuries.

"No, you got him before he could do anything. I'm fine" Lori said, reassuringly, but she could tell London didn't look convinced. She was always was a bit protective of her family, just all of the Loud Siblings.

"What's going on here?" another voice called. This time, it was a security guard. He spotted the unconscious man and scowled.

"Dang it, Marty! Not again!" he groaned.

"You know this bozo?" Lynn asked.

"Unfortunately, yes. He's been constantly trying to harass our female customers for the last few weeks. We usually catch him before he goes to far, but now, it seems he's gone too far" the guard explained.

"Yessh, that's sick, brah. So, what are you going to with him, now?" Luna asked.

"Take him to our office and see about making sure he doesn't do this, again. I'm sorry you had to meet this guy, and do have a nice day" the guard said, dragging Marty away.

"I hate that guy" London said.

"Ditto" Lynn said.

"Well, let's head home. I'm sure everyone is eager to hear what we learned about this mall" Lori said. London nodded and the fr headed back home, this little incident in the back of their minds.

I finally got another chapter out! Sorry, for the wait. Thankfully, I've been reading over some interesting Loud House fanfics. The most recent is a Luaggie cross with Silent Hill called "Wanderers" by JamesSunderlandsPillow, which was really fun to read, even though I've never played Silent Hill, before, and this given some potential ideas with Maggie and Luan.

Which reminds me, if any of you have suggestions or episodes of shows you'd like to adapt for this story, let me. I enjoy your feedback.
