Sam takes a step when a blast of power flings the inhabits of the room into the room
Amara feels part of herself being ripped from her and attaching to Dean and then back healing them both causing them both to heal and because of Dean soul Amara grows to full age
Dean watches as a piece lodges into his soul feeling his mind with Amara Power and part of her memories while a piece attached to her and watches as she grows

Crowley lands on the throne upset when the disruption hits hell causing the walls to break apart
Crowley feels as the cage is broken open

and Lucifer was ready to pull his hair out at this point. Listening to his older brother mutter to himself in the corner of the Cage was starting to really get on his nerves. He just wouldn't shut up! Lucifer kept his eyes resolutely open, refusing to let them fall shut. If he did that, the Cage would infest his mind again. And the last time it had done that, it had taken over three decades to get his bearing back.
He sighed. It was much more lonely without his Sam. Obviously, he was happy for him. Being in the Cage sucked, and it was certainly no place for a human, alive or otherwise. But he still missed him. Sam was simply... exceptional.
Lucifer feels the cage snap apart Lucifer goes wide as the blast hits him and Michael ripping them out of the cage
Lucifer is ripped onto the earth lands near his vessel Lucifer is dragged into Sam
Sam screams as grace is forcibly inserted into him
