Chapter 2

After they had called everyone Brandon and Yamino sat on his balcony. "Yamino we should get some rest. We can't stay up all night hoping that someone will magically get here faster," he said as he stood and stretched. Yamino said, "I won't. I'll just stay up a little longer, okay?" He grunted, "Like hell, you'll just stay up all night." She grinned. That was probably true. She didn't know why but she got the feeling that she should wait up a little longer. She didn't even know what she should be waiting for.

As Brandon went into his room Yamino stared up at the clear night sky. It really was beautiful. She never looked at it anymore. She sighed. Even if she had wanted to she wouldn't have been able to go to sleep. The explosion of green light had set her nerves on edge. However even if she couldn't go to sleep then why didn't she just go in and watch tv and grab some popcorn? She still had this feeling that she should wait just a little longer and it would be worth her while.

That turned out to be true for the next moment there was a great crash on the other side of the balcony from her as something fell from the sky. A tall white albino stood. "Ra!" She called. The boy turned. His eyes were blood red and intense. Ra had been possessed by Bakura again. She sighed. "What do you want?" He raised an eyebrow. "I thought you called for me." She crossed her arms across her chest. "I called for Ra, not you." He looked around then at her and said in a mocking tone, "I'm hurt." She growled, "Stop talking out of your ass and tell me why you're here."

He held his hands. "Look this may sound a little strange but I am here to help you." Yamino let out a coarse laugh. "A little strange?" He rolled his eyes. "Look that green light you told my host about is called the Oricalcos. It's an ancient power from Atlantis." She interupted, "Finally a break from Egypt!" He glared at her to be quiet. She gestured for him to continue. "As I was saying this power is held by a mad man." Again, "Nothing new." He growled while an annoyance mark grew on his head, "Would you please let me finish?" Yamino held a hand over her mouth. He sighed, "Thank you. This mad man was fought by your father once, but Yugi never had the guts for killing so he lived. Now thanks to your father's moral sense he put his daughter in danger."

"And you want to help because of why?" she asked. "Because, you will need all the help you can get. No one is allowed to kill you but me. Besides I was left out of the fight last time." His eyes glinted evilly. Yamino sighed, "So you just ditched Ra's family for that?" He glowered at her. "Your interupting me again. And this time its a rant so its worse." Yamino clamped her hands over her mouth again. He rolled his eyes in exhausperation. He grabbed her hands and took them away from her mouth. "For god's sake would you stop mocking for once in your live?" Yamino grinned.

"Anyhow yes, I left my host's family. I figured you needed my skills more than some Japanese family on vacation in America." Yamino raised an eyebrow. "And I'm going to assume that Ra had no say in this?" Bakura frowned, "Yeah so?" She smacked forehead, "Will you ever let him have a life?" Bakura shook his head. "No. don't think so." Yamino smacked herself again. "If you stay around here much longer I'll get a perminant bruise there. Wait, how did you get here?" He shrugged, "I snuck on a plane and jumped off when I sensed you." Yamino ignored that part that he could sense her and just smacked herself again. "Who's house is this anyhow?" Yamino was snapped out of smacking herself. "Oh! Brandon's gonna kill me when he learns you're here...if he learns." She turned toward Bakura with a mischievious little smile. "What?" he asked supisiously. "How well can you act like Ra?"
