Chapter 2
Aries was being slapped by her caretaker again. She didn't do anything wrong. The woman just thought that she could hit her because she was bored. The woman name was Karen and she is known for being abusive to any child she takes "care" of. Aries wanted to leave, but she couldn't. She was going to find Aries again, anyway.
"Brat!" Karen shouted at the young teenager. Aries flinched. Just kill me already. She thought.
"Y-Yes?" Aries asked. Karen smiled and she slapped Aries. Aries screamed as the slap was stronger and harder. Aries had tears in her eyes and she starting sobbing.
"Don't do that! It'll ruin my reputation!" Karen scolded Aries. Aries whimpered and Karen scoffed. She thought whipping her again, but the people will noticed fresh wounds. "Go to school, you whiny bitch." Karen tells Aries.
"Yes ma'am. I'm sorry for being born." Aries tells Karen. Karen looked a little shocked at Aries's words. Must have broken her enough. Karen thought.
Even though she was in pain, Aries pushed herself to go to school. "New school means new bullies and zero friends." Aries says to herself. Aries knew the school she was going to was for rich people, er, spirits. The school was Celestial High. Aries spotted the school easily.
What Aries didn't expect that she would meet the person who would change her life forever...
