Halle thought it would be a good idea, seeing as how he is always playing with toys. She found it in a bookstore while running errands for Near. She flipped though the pages filled with illustrations of all the latest toys available. She could picture Near really enjoying this.
But she didn't think it all the way through.
After a long week of running around, Halle let her head fall on a cool desk. Near sat on the floor unwrapping colorful boxes. Why, oh why hadn't she realized that Near would demand she go out and get every toy shown in the book?? Looking at them probably only tortured him…

I actually found a toy book in the bookstore and thought it would be a cute gift for Near. Then I thought about it a little bit. Hahaha...poor Halle.
