Hello I'm honestly surprised and honoured that you have taken time to read this it is my first doctor who fanfic with snippets taken from glee and Percy Jackson but this is not a huge crossover and it is obvious it won't be perfect and I have brought in a oc but I'm not sure if it counts as a marty-stu so let me know if I'm close to it and I shall try to change the oc thank you and enjoy.

Chapter 1 acquired
"At one point there were the daleks but they were defeated by the oncoming storm … the doctor unfortunately my dearest Hannah he died although there are those who believe otherwise and who think he put himself in hiding for our sake we must believe they are right"
The woman in the brown hooded cloak noticed the silhouette at the corner of her eye
"I got your message" said the voice of the doctor clear with caution at his situation "not many can do that send me messages takes a lot to get in my ship how you do that"
The woman was almost evasive "does it matter"
"Of course it matters why did you message me" the doctor shot back
"I have a daughter stuck in a darlek prison camp"
The doctor became puzzled and walked to the statues eye "so why aren't you
"I escaped
The doctor let out a dark chuckle and came close to the woman and whispered "no one escapes the darlek prison camps" then it hit him "it's a trap"
"What is" the woman asked stepping forward
"You are and you don't even know it" he backed away
But at the same time the woman began to creak and out of her head a dalek eyestalk ripped out and at the same time a dalek gun came out of her hand before the time lord could react he was unconscious
THE DOCTOR IS ACQUIRED
"There we go beautiful" cried the photographer (A.N. gross right)
"I'll be five minutes" she told the photographer when she saw her pa "what is it" she asked
"Er y-your hus-sbands here" he replied knowing this to be a touchy subject
She gave him a flirtatious smirk and said "I don't have a husband" and she strutted into her dressing room to find Rory
"You have to sign these" he said coldly
"And then we're not married" she asked with a hint of fear within her voice which he missed
"Just like magic"
She gave him the signature but before she could stop him he was out the door and she was stopped by her make-up artist much to her secret despair "sorry did I interrupt something" she asked
"No it's fine" lied Amy
"Oh dear you're so pale come on sit down we'll fix you right up" Amy did so only to see the ladies' head go limp
AMELLIA POND IS AQUIRED
Rory was still trying to get it in his head that he was done with Amy when
RORY WILLIAMS IS AQUIRED
Knock knock
The door opened to a man in his early twenties in a black waistcoat and matching trilby with blue jeans and a hedge worth of hair and squared glasses
"Jake" said Shelby Corcoran "Beth Jake's here" Shelby smiled at him "thanks again for taking her while I'm on this business trip I hope this doesn't cause a problem"
"Don't sweat it Shelby it's not a problem plus I love the munchkin to bits so it all good"
Shelby chuckled "you know she loves you to so much that she calls and sees you as her daddy"
Jake looked at the floor and shuffled his feet and whispered "I see her as a daughter too" guiltily he was slightly scared of her reaction because when this woman got angry you ran and ran fast but instead she looked shocked at the revelation "p-p-please don't tell Puck it took him ages to get used to me being near her" he begged shamelessly he really adored Beth
She smiled "your secrets save with me"
Jake would have thanked her had he not been knocked down by a blond five year old boulder "DADDY" Beth squealed hugging him to death
"Hi sweetie" he coughed getting back up "ready" he asked holding out his hand
They were in the car when he asked "so Beth what do you want to do this weekend"
No reply

Anyway today made another soufflé … but it was too beautiful to live
Checked defences they came again last night why always at night
Oh and its mum's birthday happy birthday mum I miss you
Meanwhile
"Well this is new" said a very confused doctor he then started patrolling the room for any possible way of escape when
"Ok I have a question" said Jake anger seeping through his words as he stepped up to the darlek prime minister
"YOU WILL NOT SPEAK YOU WILL NOT SPEAK" cried the parliament
Jake cleared his throat "here is something you might not know the children of Athena have every single language running through their heads and as you have her" he pointed at Beth "you have no way of stopping me so if anyone is shutting up ITS YOU" he yelled back these overgrown pepper pots really had no idea how much they had ticked him off
"Right anyway prime minister how and why did manage to create your puppets"
The dalek in front of him practically laughed in his face "we took those we knew would be easiest to get you four here and as for why because we could"
Jake was about to hit the dalek right then and there but someone's hand stopped him he turned to come face to face with the doctor whose eyes showed the utter most pity and something else jack couldn't pinpoint
"We will get her back I promise" he whispered
"What about them" he asked back Amy and Rory were being increasingly distant towards each other
"I don't know "he replied blankly
Jake went back to the middle of the room still wanting to tear these darleks to bits Amy gave him a look of sympathy she understood what it felt like to have your child taken when there was nothing you could do better than most
"We have arrived" announced the supreme dalek
"Arrived where" asked the doctor whatever they needed him for had better be big
"The prime minister will speak will speak with you know" motioned the woman who had trapped the doctor
He followed her to the podium "Doctor what do you know of the dalek asylum"
"Apparently you have a dumping ground for your battle scared the insane" he smirked "the ones even you can't control but that doesn't make sense"
"And why is that" if daleks could smile the doctor had a feeling this one would be
"Because you would just kill them" he was really worried about the reply not that he showed it
"It is offensive to us to destroy such divine hatred" the dalek was clearly enjoying making the doctor squirm
The doctor looked at the THING in front of him as he was the devil himself "offensive"
"Does it surprise you the daleks have a concept of beauty"
The doctor came right in front of the glass and whispered "I thought you ran out of ways to make me sick but no you think hatred is… beautiful" he now understood Jakes' anger because now he shared it he walked away before he got as Amy would say emotional
"Perhaps that is why we have never been able to kill you"
The doctor lost it there and then and would have destroyed the daleks without a second thought but suddenly
"Incoming transmission"
Classical music burst through the ship "what is that" screeched the supreme
"Ah that would be me" answered the doctor grinning like a five year old at Christmas
"Sorry what" asked Rory
"It's me … playing the triangle" he said again still grinning
"You can't be serious" laughed Amy sceptically she really had missed her raggedy man
"Ok I got buried in the mix" he looked at the floor a bit sheepishly
"Never mind that music normally means people doctor" reasoned Jake
The time lord got the message and they were straight at the panel the doctor working his sonic on the signal while Jack worked the alien circuitry thank the Gods his mum was the goddess of wisdom
"Hello Carmen come in Carmen hello anyone out there" asked the doctor
SS Alaska
"Yes hello" came Oswin's reply finally someone she thought she took a quick breath as excited as she was to hear another voice after all this time she didn't want to come across as a nutter "hello" she said questionably "are you real like actually properly real"
"Yea confirmed actually properly real" came second voice full of amusement "who and where are you" the second voice asked
"Oswin Oswald junior entertainment manager of the starship Alaska as for where not sure I mean I'm not dead but keen to move on" she rambled very keen indeed
"LET US ENTER LET US ENTER"
"Do you know what that was" asked voice one with a hint of angst
"Do I know a dalek when I hear one Yea" she replied reminded once again of her drastic situation
"Ok how long have you been there and doing what against them" asked voice two with distinct worry
"Err about a year keeping them out … making soufflés" she replied hoping they didn't laugh
They did laugh it was the kind that told you that you could trust someone that gave comfort to Oswin
The reply came "soufflés … against the daleks" chuckled voice one "where did you get the milk"
DALEK PALIEMENT
"THIS IS IRELIVENT" screeched the supreme and the connection was cut
"No it isn't because someone has gotten in to your asylum and if someone can get in…" the Doctor shot back
"The daleks can get out" finished Amy in shock
"A tsunami of insane daleks" whispered Jake
"Exactly" said the doctor "even you don't want that" he looked at the supreme
The centre of the room opened up to show a planet bellow and the doctor and Jake were brought back to the middle
"The Dalek asylum it's the entire planet right to the core armed to the teeth no supervision needed completely automated" said the Puppet that used to be Beth as she came in between the doctor and Amy
"How many daleks" asked the Doctor
"Unknown a count has not been made" she replied without emotion this sent a shiver right down Jake's spine
"Armed" asked Amy
"Always"
"What colour" asked Rory they all looked at him as if he had just said the most stupid thing which to an existent he had "sorry there weren't any good ones left"
"There really weren't" Jake stepped in
"ACTIVATE GRAVITIY BEAM" Cackled the Prime Minister "DEPOSIT THE PREDATOR" a white light appeared going all the way to the planet
"Predator" asked Jake
"The Dalek's name for him" replied Beth
"ME" yelled the doctor who looked like he had been slapped with a wet fish then realised what was said a moment ago "You're firing me at a planet that's your plan" squealed the doctor in disbelief
"In fairness that is slightly your mo." Laughed Rory
"Don't be fair to the daleks when they're firing me at a planet" pouted the Doctor while they were all given wrist bands "what are you doing you got me"
"It is known that the Doctor requires companions"
"Oh goodo" yelled Rory in annoyance
Jake gave Beth a last look of pleading wishing to see his bubbly five year old
"We will get through this don't be scared" said the doctor
Jake turned "scared who's scared … Geronimo"
Chapter 3 the Bush the nose and the chin
Yes another part of the adventure continues now I've planned a sequel all ready but that won't be for ages soz like I said long fic I know a BIT in advance but hey what can I say I don't know when to stop as always reviews criticism and advice welcome

Uggh ouch Gods dam those daleks thought Jake as looked at the sky which was barley registering he got up his body feeling like it had been used as a crash mat which in fact it had
"ok let's see ice planet cool" chuckled Jake at his rather dumb joke "right anyway body check arms yes, legs yes-ouch" he growled " feel like lead but check" he put his hands though his hair or rather his bed-head "hat… hat where is my hat"
"Lost something" came a familiar voice giggling
Behind Jake was a dalek eyestalk wearing his trilby
Jake laughed "that's a good look for you" if only he had a camera
"Wish I could say the same dear but with the hair like that I really can't I mean it's all over the place I think I'll call you the bush" giggled Oswin Jake could tell she was smirking
Jake instinctively went about sorting as she said the bush "Please don't" he groaned taking his hat and twilling "better"? He asked with a twinkle in his eye
"Honestly … no I mean a trilby really" replied Oswin teasing him
"Hey trilbies are cool" he fought back no-one mocked the trilby
"whatever you say dear" she said as she burst out laughing when he went bright red this guy was so ridiculous
"So um o-Oswin wasn't it" he asked trying desperately to salvage what was left of his dignity
"Yea that's me at least you had the decency to ask that one with the chin kept calling me Soufflé girl" she said in distaste
"When you say chin do you mean a man in a bowtie" he had to find the Doctor
"Yea he says their cool to" she laughed then all of a sudden the ship started beeping and flashing red she looked at her radar "you got incoming another one of those beams it's right above MOVE" she yelled in fear
Jake had just enough time to hear Rory's yells of "wrong way up wrong way up" before he was burrowed into the ground by the beam he would feel that tomorrow unknown to them the doctor and Amy saw the whole thing
"RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYY" screamed Amy they may not be married but she still cared "doctor what we do"
"We have to find a way down if we have any chance of getting to them before…" he stopped realising where that sentence was headed
"Come with me back to my ship we should have what you need there" replied Harvey whom they had met moments before they saw the beam containing Rory
"Ah brilliant lead the way harv" grinned the doctor
10 minutes later
"The ships just here underneath" Harvey said as he moved the snow away revealing the name
"Alaska … that is the same ship as soufflé girl yeah" questioned Amy
"Yes… except she's been here a year" answered the Doctor there was something that didn't add up here
Harvey had now opened that hatch to the ship and went down a ladder Amy and the Doctor soon followed to see a ship which looked like it had been used as a bombing target repeatedly and from what the doctor could tell that was a very long time ago
"Won't you introduce us to your crew" asked the Doctor though he knew there would be no reply
"Oh yea sorry guys this is the Doctor and Amy" said Harvey as he reached for the rope on the shelf
As was Expected no reply
"Guys"? Quizzed Harvey why were they being so rude
The Doctor put his hand on the nearest shoulder and pulled the person back to reveal a shrivelled skeleton
"How is that possible" Gasped Harvey "two hours ago we were doing engine repairs"
"Well they didn't get in this state in two hours" gagged Amy this was disgusting
The Doctor flicked out his sonic screwdriver "no more like a year" he was now looking at Harvey as if demanding answers now
"Oh of course stupid me I forgot" Harvey looked at the ground as realisation hit him
"Forgot … forgot what" Amy said fearful
Harvey looked at her as if that alone would kill her "I died outside and the cold preserved my body ...I forgot about dying" he said as he became something the Doctor was really getting sick of seeing
The Doctor grabbed a nearby fire extinguisher which fired smoke at the puppet's face backing it into the storage vault at the back of the ship as Amy sealed in the deadlock
"hoo-ha that's clever the Nano cloud" chuckled The doctor his geeky enthusiasm shining through "little tiny organisms in the air that processes any organic matter living or dead into a dalek puppet the only thing stopping us becoming one is these" he pointed at his wristband
"Living or dead" asked Amy looking at the bodies
"Anything attacks this place it automatically becomes part of the security system" the doctor continued his enthusiasm blocking her question
"Living or…" repeated Amy again ignored
"No wonder this place needs no supervision because" the doctor rambled
"DOCTOR SHUT UP" Amy yelled as he turned to her "living or dead"
The Doctor didn't understand the confusion it really was quite simple "yes living or" The skeletons got out of the chair ready to attack "dead" finished the Doctor "oh dear" he said feeling silly for missing the obvious… again
The doctor ran over the chair kicking the skeletons as he went while Amy went for the side and dashed turning to avoid the enemies which for the most part worked until they reached the cockpit the door opened but as Amy ran through two Puppets grabbed her arm "DOCTOR" he kicked the button on the wall so the door shut
"Is it bad that I've really missed this" asked Amy giggling
"Yes" the Doctor replied as if it was the most obvious thing in the world
"Unauthorised personnel may not enter the cockpit" came a fake-posh voice over the speaker
"Shut up" was the Doctor's only reply
"Oh Mr grumpy" said the voice of Oswin in mock sadness "bad combo no sense of humour and that chin almost as bad as the one with the hat and the BAD sense of humour " smirking remembering his reddened face
"Oh what is wrong with my chin" asked the Doctor coming close to the camera with his best puppy eyes hoping for sympathy
"Carful dear you'll poke someone's eye out" Oswin said destroying all of that hope as Amy tried to stop herself from laughing "I scanned the room it's picking up a breach somewhere on the floor level might be a way out"
The doctor looked around and saw it " ah hatch what ever happened here it looks like someone tried to block the way behind them" he said holding blue rope that went through the hatch he soniced the hatch and opened it showing a ladder going underground "leading right into the asylum"
"Where Jake and Rory are" asked Amy hopeful
"Yes speaking of Rory anything you want to tell me" he looked her right in the eye
She was surprised at his timing she knew he was bad at timing she had waited fourteen years but this topped that without question " now you what to do this now"
"Well what happened" he asked worried
"The one thing that happens when you aren't there life"
There was a knocking at the door the Doctor looked at it and saw the Puppets had something in their hand "hello what you got there"
"What is it" she asked as she saw a wristband with blue light
"One of these" the Doctor pointed at his own "but where did they get it
Amy looked at her arm and saw she was missing her's "me they got it from me"
"Rory get up …RORY" Jake whisper shouted trying to wake the man who had been on top for an awkward fifthteen minutes up and at the same time keep the daleks around them asleep if a dalek could sleep
"No Amy please five more minutes" replied Rory clearly disorientated
Jake couldn't help but cringe at that and at the same time feel sorrow what had happened to his best mates to make them hate each other so much "no Rory you idiot it's me Jake now get the hell off of me"
This woke Rory up with a start realising who was beneath him "um err sorry" stuttered Rory embarrassed "look err"
"Just don't please don't" replied Jake without a second thought "any way we seem to be as Beth said near the core" he hid sadness in his eyes a trick he apparently got from his father moving forwards watching the daleks near him
Rory was following when he kicked what appeared a golden sphere waking up a nearby darlek which agonisingly turned its head to look right at the boys waking up the rest to their heightened fear "eeeeeeeeeeehh" it strained with difficulty
"What" asked Rory confused turning to Jake
"Don't look at me I don't know" said an equally confused Jake
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhh" the dalek tried again
"We… we don't know what you want" replied Jake
"Eeeegggggzzz" the Dalek replied
"Does it mean this" Rory asked picking up the sphere
"I don't know do I look like a dalek breeding expert" Jake replied getting slightly agitated that in the grand scheme of things and the problems they faced right now Rory wanted to know if a dalek could produce eggs
"What is it on about then" asked Rory equally annoyed
"eggz-ter-min-nate" came the reply as Rory dropped the sphere "EXTERMINATE" it shouted getting the rest to start firing
"Ah …. Right … basically" stuttered Jake
"RUN" Oswin yelled over the intercom the boys looked at each other "the door at the end just run there's a number of them but they're slow the door at the end just run"
"You Heard the woman run" Said Jake as he rolled under a dalek beam Rory close behind as they skidded under the door Oswin provided
As the door shut "so bushy boy who's your friend no don't tell me the nose right" she giggled
Jake would have answered Oswin if Rory hadn't given him a death glare
"I'm Rory" he replied "and you seem to have already met Jake"
"Ah so Jake's your name then what a coincidence" with her cheeky voice "first boy I ever fancied was called Jake"
"Really" asked the man in question he saw Rory face palm himself for being so silly as to actually get them flirting
Her voice returned to normal "actually she was called Nina" Jake gave her a WTF look "I was going through a phase" if Oswin knew any better she would have sworn he looked relived she giggled "just flirting to keep you cheerful" among other things the thought there was something about Jake that was familiar
"Tease" growled Jake
"Exterminate "the now faint voices of the daleks yelled
"Ok anytime you two want to start flirting again is fine by me" whispered Rory in fear
You're going to regret that thought Jake as the door opened to what looked like a teleport chamber
"In there now should keep you safe take your shirt of quick as you like" Oswin ordered Jake was about to when Rory asked "Why" though he knew he would regret asking
Jake looked at him and smirked as they both said "does there need to be a reason" yep he regretted it
Meanwhile
Amy and the Doctor were hiding in a storage cupboard away from the incoming dalek that had chased after Amy after her memory lapse when they heard "scanning" the dalek's radar must be scrambled through the doctor as they came out
"It would appear that your weapon system isn't looking to good dearie so what you going to do hey" an idea struck him "scan me you'll know who I am' go on do it"
"Doctor they are coming" panicked Amy referring to the skeletons
"YOU ARE THE PREDATOR" screamed the dalek
"What are your orders concerning the predator" asked the doctor
