People who don't play Quidditch might think of it as a work out; great fun. But to the people who understood the passion and effort put into it, it would never simply be exercise.

To Harry, it was the moment when you were suspended, reaching out for that fluttering target. That split second of breathlessness when you are just as likely to fail as you are to succeed. It's when time slows and you couldn't blink if you wanted to and then, just like that, it's over. And that's okay, because that moment was worth it.

To Harry, it's exhilarating.
