Chapter 1 - Flashback
I woke up with my palms sweating and body shaking. "It was just a dream" I muttered to myself. I wiped my hands on my blanket and slowly stood up. When I looked around, there was no one in the dormitory. I must have slept far too long. The dream seemed too real to be fake, but what do you expect when you're the "Boy Who Lived". I practically get death threats every single day from an unwanted source, so this was normal. But something about this particular dream seemed all too real.
When I walked down to the common room, there were some first years still lingering around. So, I grabbed my bag full of unnecessary school books and headed to the great hall where I hoped to find someone there. Entering the great hall, I could see Ron, Hermione and Ginny all eating lunch together. My eyes immediately went to Ginny. God was she just the perfect witch. Her hair fell perfectly down her back and her eyes, I could get lost in those for days. What am I thinking, that's Ron's sister! Their heads suddenly turned towards me and stared me down until Hermione finally said,"Harry! Where have you been? You haven't been to any classes all this morning!" I responded,"Overslept." Not wanting them to know what actually happened. We ate lunch and headed off to Transfiguration.
After classes have ended for the day.
I sat in the Gryffindor common room, staring into the fire. It was calm and quiet in my thoughts until I could hear the low whisper of someone.
Harry Potter...
You and everyone you love is in danger...
"I snapped my head up, panting. Who was that? Why are they in danger? Questions raced through my head like speeding bullets. I looked around me, no one was there, just myself alone on the couch.
Quick note I am not done with this chapter I just had to stop there for now.
