Papyrus Continued towards Undyne's house, humming a soft tune between his teeth. Although his powers were rapidly sapping his strength, he wanted to see his favourite fishy friend before heading home.

When he arrived he felt saddened by the state of Undyne's house. Since she was on the police force, the locals liked to mock her, often jeopardising her house with graffiti. Although there were some bad humans in the world, there were still a lot of good ones that are great fans of her work. Undyne often revelled in the new-found love, back in the Underground Mettaton would usually snatch all the attention.

He knocked weakly on her door, praying she would hear him. The door swiftly opened with creak, revealing a surprised and happy Undyne.

"Papyrus! How Awesome it is to see you my dude!" She gave him a quick high five before inviting him inside. The house was very well decorated on the inside, pictures of her and Alphys covered the walls.

"It is good to see you too Undyne! I bring news!" He exclaimed excitedly, bouncing up and down. "Okay paps, wait a sec I hear shouting outside. Probably some of those damn kids again." She said wearily rolling her eyes.

Undyne put on her shoes and the two exited the house, leaving Sparkles safely inside. To their horror they could see a man with a gun and a purse, pointing it directly at a young women presumably in her twenties. Stupidly the robber had not realised that he was committing a crime outside a officers house. Undyne started making her way towards him, yelling orders.

"You drop that gun right now mister and nobody gets hurt! You are under arrest for robbery and illegal usage of guns!" She shouted at him, keeping her distance.

The robber turned around and pointed the gun at her torso. "Ha. Don't think I feel intimidated by a monster! Your all have a reputation of being extremely weak, pathetic actually." He then proceeded to shoot Undyne several times in her abdomen, she cried out in pain and slouched to the floor.

"Undyne!" Papyrus screamed, running up to her. "It's okay! It's okay! I'll ring the other police they can help. You'll be okay!" He speedily fished his phone out of his pocket.

"Not so fast mate! I'm gonna need you to drop that phone or I'll kill her." The robber pointed out, making his way towards the duo with the gun in hand. Papyrus felt a gigantic rush of rage come over him, scampering up off the floor. "If you kill my friend, I will break your neck." Papyrus said with a calm tone, he had never felt so mad in his life.

The robber looked a bit taken back, but then continued coming closer. " Your not scaring me. Your little friend was useless so I'm guessing you are too. Your just another common, weak and stupid little monster that we could all do without!" The robber exclaimed with a sinister smirk on his face.

Suddenly a horrendous shriek came from the robber as he watched a bright light emit from Papyrus as he stood there in shock. Undyne also looked up with confusion, suddenly realising what Papyrus was about to do. "PAPS! DON'T- YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR DOING!" She shouted up at the skeleton, trying to wake some sense into him.

Papyrus did not hear her screams, he could not hear anything. A huge Gaster blaster, twice the size of Sans's appeared above him. It's eyes and mouth were blazing a bright orange and it had razor-sharp teeth that protruded from it's lower jaw. Papyrus smiled eerily as he aimed the gaster blaster at the robber who was now cowering away from him.

"Please, please! I have family. I'm sorry! Don't kill me. I beg of you!" However his cries resulted in nothing as a blindingly white beem coming from the blaster consumed him.

As the smoke cleared around them the robber was but a injured mess on the floor, crying with extreme pain. Papyrus dropped to the ground from exhaustion, his skull making a horrible cracking noise as it hit the floor.

'Oh no! Oh no!' Undyne thought as her arm shakily reached for Papyrus's phone. She had to call a ambulance!

Once the police arrived, they arrested the robber before placing him in the ambulance whilst continuously questioning Undyne on what had happened. Luckily they could not question Papyrus as he had disappeared. This was the part that puzzled Undyne greatly, because as she had called the police she was looking away from Papyrus for a few seconds and when she looked back he was nowhere to be seen. Another weird thing to add to the ever-growing list of weird things that had occurred that day. She told the police that the robber had been hurt by one of her friends, but it was by accident and he was trying to defend himself. Luckily the police pressed no further charges on to her and left her with the women who had safely receivied her purse bacl. (Court does not exist in this world so the police decide on what to do)

"E-Excuse me, but what monster is your friend? He seemed very powerful." The women asked timidly. She seemed in a state of shock as she was still shaking continuously.

"He is a Skeleton if you must know. However don't you dare tell anybody else about this! He is not normally like this, I did not even know he had such powers! Obviously whatever thoughts took over his mind right then were not his. He's too innocent and naive." Undyne said, looking confused at herself and the situation.

"O-Oh it's quite alright, I w-won't tell anyone! Nobody listens to me anyways, they all think I'm crazy. Your still injured though, why did you not join up with the ambulance?" She questioned, pointing at the wound Undyne had recfrom the gunshot.

"Oh that! No that will heal on its own. Monsters heal very quickly, see! I am energetic already haha!" Undyne paused for a moment. "Why do they think your crazy?! You seem perfectly normal to me." She asked the women.

"Oh I have always been a antisocial human. Quite the unpopular one. I also started a campaign against discrimination aimed at monsters. And well, as you know... monsters aren't very popular in some places." She explained, beginning to calm down.

"Oh that makes sense I guess." Undyne said. "I must find my friends now. What was your name again I did not catch it? I'm Undyne by the way." Undyne asked whilst flexing her muscles and trying to look cool.

"Oh I'm Tiffany, but you can call me Tiff." Tiffany said, shaking Undyne's webbed hands.

"Well nice to meet ya Tiff, see you around!" And with that Undyne rushed back inside her house. Collecting her bag and heading over to Sans's house, where she guessed she could get more answers.
