Summary: Will you save the world at the cost of being seen as the villain despite being the hero?

This is Fanfiction, anything could happen.

Ah, before I forget. Take the M-Rating seriously, please.

S. Diary 100: Er, uhm, uh… what the hell do I put in this thing again? Dammit Master! You know I hate these kind of things! Er… I know, I know! Sheesh, don't be so pushy Maestro, this is why you don't have a wife like Master. Uhm… gah! I can't write my thoughts on this, it's too embarrassing!

... Fine, I guess I'll make one… just so you know this doesn't mean anything okay! You better not read too deep into it… okay…? Here goes...

When the sign of our farewells echoes throughout the night sky, we'll think of you, remote and distant, as if saying... "Let's meet again."

{Chapter II: White Stuff}

My body felt foreign, almost as if it wasn't mine. It was like my mind wandered to another person's body and took control of it. My hands felt too big, almost gigantic. My balance was screwed, I couldn't stand up without wobbling and I couldn't walk without almost stumbling. Uni was beside me, keeping me upright.

I don't know how long it was, but I suddenly appeared here. My memory is fuzzy and disoriented, I don't understand what or who I am. I was born into this world suddenly, that's all I am and all I will ever be.

"Why… did you come back?" Uni looked offended, I don't care, I need to know why she came back. I wouldn't have minded if she never came back on the condition of her being alive. Alice could still be waiting, biding her time, and then she'll strike, killing Uni while she fussed over me like some psycho girlfriend.

"Huh? Of course I came back! Did you really think I'll just leave you alone to deal with that thing?"

"N-No, but… at least one of us would've lived." My point exactly, sacrifice was unfortunate but it was needed, unless my logic was flawed or someone was a hero of justice with a code of honor. No one would mind a sacrifice to save their own hide, even if what I did was to save hers… where was I going with this?

"Well sorry for caring!" Uni cross her arms and turned, a bit of red on her cheeks and puffed out cheeks. Her gun rested on her shoulder, pointing away from me, if I wanted to I could reach out and snap her pretty little- why am I thinking these things?! I would never want to kill Uni!

Our ideals clash, such an annoyance. Yet I will wait… yes, I will wait for my chance.

...Still, why are you like this?

This place was getting uncomfortable.

"S… Should we head back?"

Uni sighed, "Sure, you're in no condition to move anyways. Guess I'll just have to chalk this mission as a failure, but at least I can confirm Alice is true. I guess i did gain something from today..."

Yes… confirming the authenticity of a supernatural being, especially one as slippery as a ghost, was a huge achievement. It makes one wonder what's really out there, lurking in the shadows, biding their time. In any case, I hope elves and cat-eared girls exist. Cause that, would be adorable.

"Y-Yeah…" My mind grinded to a halt, "Hey! I can make it to my sister's birthday!"

Uni shook her head, "Sorry bud, but I'm taking you to a specialist."

"What? Why?"

Her gaze sent shivers down my spine, "Because when I left you did not have white roots and Alice was right there, back turned and only one way out- which she was looking at. So either she left without doing anything, or those white roots are natural. Either way, I'm getting you looked at whether you like it or not."

"B-But Helel's-"

"She'll understand,"

No! She would not. Helel was turning two! That's almost the age where she was starting to become aware- an important time for me to make a mark! Yeah she might be a bit odd, speaking and being slightly more aware than normal one year olds- yeah, but still! Michael wasn't there for me when I was her age and look at what happened to us, we don't outright hate each other but there was a fair bit of animosity there. Basically every sibling ever. I don't want to be like that with Helel.

"...No."

"I don't remember giving you a choice."

"And I don't remember asking for one."

The barrel of a gun.

...This girl was not making this easy.

My eyes scanned our surroundings, having just exited the flesh cave we were now once again making our way through the Junkyard and its territory. I motioned for the girl to be quiet and even though she did just that, she never took the gun away though she pointed it elsewhere. My hand would have taken the hilt of my blade and decapitated her right then, her trust would be her undoi- Stop it!

I should kill her, its not like she's anyone important. Besides, her chest annoys me.

Fortunately, we didn't encounter any skeletons and left the Junkyard with only my shambling being our troubles.

"Oh right, I should call my sister while I'm here." Uni muttered to herself, "You got anything to do before we leave for the capital? As long as it doesn't take more than an hour then I guess I could let you."

"My sister's-"

"Is tomorrow, you told me this yourself, and tomorrow is still four hours away. I'm not letting whatever happened to you get any more time," Uni raised her brow, as if she was asking me to challenge her. "Who knows what she did to you, I mean we barely know anything about Ghosts at all! Most of it are made-up."

"Wait… so you're planning to subject me to experimentation?!" I couldn't believe this girl! Why the hell did she say that?! At least wait until I'm not around her, sheesh, has this girl no knowledge of betrayal? She should wait until she's about to do the act before saying it. Wait, why do I wanna be betrayed? If I should betray someone it should be Uni, wait, why do I want to betray her? She's been nothing but good to me!

Hehehe, it appears my efforts have not gone to waste.

"No! Lastation does not and will never condone human experimentation!" Uni was aghast, obviously horrified I even suggested that.

"Oh, uh, sorry."

She palmed her chest and took a breather, "Alright. If you don't come with me, I'll be forced to knock you out."

"Knocking someone out is not something a lady would do," I backed up against a tree, totally not frightened of this little girl with a gun. This little girl who has the advantage of being capable of standing and a ranged weapon. If we fought right here right now then I would lose.

And its not just because of the gun.

Not everything is about the gun dammit.

"Yeah? Then its a good thing I don't care anymore."

Call it instinct, call it training, call it… being raised alongside a pervert and a girl but I knew when to fight, and when to run.

And right now, its running time.

"Hey, stop running away! Its unhealthy for you, dammit! Come back here and fight me like a man!"

"I choose life!"

Helel looked out the window and swung her legs back and forth, humming a song taught to her by Sammy. The blonde girl was waiting for Sammy because today was her birthday, he missed their ice cream, the big dummy. Sammy always said the ice cream was the biggest and most important part of a birthday. So she saved some since she's such a good little sister!

...Sammy would've pet her head right then.

"Helel? Why're you still up, its past your bedtime young lady." Big bro Mikey asked, coming back from the farms. "...Are you waiting for Samael?"

"Yup!"

Mikey rubbed her head, a lot more roughly than what Sammy does.

"Sorry bud, but Samael can't make it." He really didn't like disappointing this girl, her looks were illegal for a reason. It could make the most battle hardened and cold hearted man melt into a puddle of goo. "H-He's on an important job right now,"

"Aww…" Michael rubbed the little girl's blonde head as she jumped down the couch and walked to her spot on the floor, because mattresses and beds were so freaking expensive nowadays. Either that or they were being scammed, either or. "...You wait instead."

"Wha-?!"

"...On hindsight, I should've expected this." I muttered to myself. It was dark and tight, almost like I was stuffed into some kind of suitcase, or was the word 'bag?' Either or, I was getting claustrophobic and is very tempted to acidate the thick leather keeping me here. My arms were bound together behind me while my legs were also bound together, I was like a kidnapped kid… oh wait, I am a kidnapped kid.

I took a deep breathe before letting it all out, in one big shout. "UNI!"

That girl must be outside, she had to be! She didn't look like a bitch that would've kept me here, without air holes, and leave me to die. This sucks… argh! Are we in a car?! Are we in a moving, honest to reality, car right now?! I'm gonna die, this is it! I, Samael, am officially gonna die. Why did I have to die in such a lame-ass way?

"Let me out!" I felt the case rattle and shake, almost making itself roll from the seemingly rough terrain outside. My body wasn't even given enough room to move. "Let me out dammit!"

Struggling is merely an attempt to appear strong despite being weak.

This voice was really annoying me. I should kill Uni for i- again! Dammit!

"Can you be quiet? We're about to reach Lastation's capital and I don't wanna be labeled a kidnapper. It's bad enough I'm actually doing this, don't make it any worse than it already is." Uni's voice spoke to him.

"You forgot the air holes dumbass!" I shouted.

"Look below you, moron!" Ah, there they were. I tried to tilt the case to a position where I could see out of it, but it was a futile struggle. My efforts were wasted on the fact I can barely move in this thing, now normally I'll just use magic and melt my way out, but Uni and whoever's driving this thing was out there.

I can't just kill willy nilly! What if the authorities take away my right to see Helel!? And I guess Michael too. Either or, Uni was getting her as beat on no matter what she says… no, no, this isn't being a good example to Helel. This was being a dick to someone who just wants to help, even if said person knocked me out and shoved me into a suitcase in a shaky car in which I can barely move or hear. Uni's head might be pleasurable to hol- STOP... IT!

You're being kidnapped…

"The only way I'm letting you out if is you promise to come with me so we can get the thing inside you exorcised." Uni said, "If you promise this, then I guess I can let you out…"

I didn't care if this was a ruse, I just wanted to be able to move! "I promise!"

There was a moment of pause before the case was opened and me meeting the floor of the car. I laid there for a moment to appreciate the feeling of not being in a tight space and actual air, of course I quickly stood up as the car was tiny and Uni was wearing a skirt. Usually when a guy fall on the floor, no matter what the situation was before hand, and the girl was wearing a skirt, the guy is more or less determined to get a good slap on the cheek. Or a kick to the nuts, either or.

"I saw nothing!" Uni raised a brow with a hand raised, she looked at it and then slowly brought it back down to her sides, and huffed. "T-That was easier than I thought, figured I had to bride you."

"I'm not that petty," Obviously not, but it never hurt to be cautious, especially when dealing with girls, so when she offered the seat beside her I took the farthest one possible. She seemed annoyed but dealt with it all the same. Now that I wasn't confined in that place, looking out the window, I realized we were nowhere close to my village.

"Aren't we in Lowee?!" I couldn't help but exclaim. "T-That's on the other side of the continent!"

"You've been out for quite a while, and this woman's kind enough to drive us all the there to here." Uni pointed to the brown haired woman dressed in a bee-themed suit made for businesswoman, and by the CPUs, she was rocking the look. Uni nudged me with a small glare, "She's a married woman, perv."

"And I'm ten." Was it really that bad to stare at a woman and appreciate their beauty and their beauty alone? Sheesh, its like they thought I would ravage her like some sort of tentacle monster. Not all men are depraved pervert okay! I slumped into the strangely comfy seat and crossed my arms with my head facing the window with an unreadable expression.

"Should… Are you doing okay? I mean, I didn't save you just so you could die in front of me." For Uni it was probably like protecting an investment. Basically it was a matter of pride.

"I ain't dying, nor am I hurt… unless you count being nudged as 'hurt' at least." My brain was hurting though, it was like something was banging the forehead part and kicking at the back. Making the vibrations from the two meet in the middle which then up directly upwards. It was painful, almost as if something was begging to be let out. "...I do have an headache though."

"Ignore it, it must be when I knocked you out." Uni waved off his pain.

She doesn't care for you~

Hmm, maybe I should- HOLY SHIT What the hell is that?!

It was white, falling from the sky like rain drops, he opened the window of the car and stuck out his hand. Uni took it back inside before it got bent in half as they entered a small tunnel which for some reason barely fit the car. Was it like this in the main roads? I'd have guessed they'd at least make it a bit more spacious… or is that just me?

"What in Celestia were you thinking?! Did you not see the tunnel?!" Uni scolded me.

"Uh, to be completely honest no. I didn't." I was too busy being mesmerized by the white stuff. What was it and why does it look so pure? This requires further investigation! "Hey Uni, can you make some of the white stuff?"

"Why'd ya hit me?!" I held my cheek which was sore and red, the red part might be because of the blood flowing past it and the sudden cold. Or it could just be the slap from Uni. "I said nothing to deserve that!"

"J-Just shut up!"

The woman with the car kicked us out the moment we reached the end of the tunnel, with a quick apology of, 'This is as far as I can take you, sorry Lady Uni.' Uni nodded with understanding, waving the driver off as she headed back into a place without the white stuff. Speaking of the white stuff, I played with a glob of white stuff on my palm as we made our way towards the Loweean capital, which is still several miles away.

Uni said the estimated time was around two to three days, mostly due to me being grounded, whatever that mean, and the terrain. It was a beautiful place actually, cold white stuff was all over the place and there's… just something that made this place… feel right, like I used to love a place like this.

"Hey Uni," I called to the thinly clothed girl in front of me, she stopped and let me catch up to her. Panting, as nostalgic and beautiful this place was, there's no denying the difficulty of someone who hadn't been here before. She appeared amused, I just smeared my white stuff on her face. "Here, take my jacket."

True, it might make things colder for myself, but I won't be a good example to Helel if I just let a frail looking- as ridiculous as that sounded- girl freeze. I heard when people were cold it was best to either burn them in a fire or give them thicker, or more clothing.

"Huh? You sure you won't miss this or anything? Lowee is a really cold place you know, hypothermia can easily get to you." Uni warned, holding the offered jacket in her hands.

"Eh, if it comes to that then that'd be my fault." It wasn't an unpleasant thought, the idea of dying that is, Helel will definitely be sad so he'll wait till she comes to hate him when she turns to a teen. The books say most girls will become hateful and a bit spiteful whether the ones raising them like it or not, most don't but despite their best efforts they only manage to make the girls hate them even more.

"As if something like that could kill you," Uni almost huffed, "Trust me, Alice is way more deadly than hypothermia."

Oh my, you flatter Alice too much… who is Alice…?

"Alice is a ghost, and most ghosts are more deadly than a condition people die from by being stupid or selfless." At least that's how most authors worded them in the books, there could always be exceptions, or they were just writing them like that just because the humanity reacts more visceral to dark and demented facts.

We stopped by an abandoned cottage and decided to make a fire, I went out to look for some game while Uni made sure the insides were good and ready to be lit ablaze. Hopefully she doesn't set the cottage ablaze, cause that would be unfortunate and I would laugh at her. Ah, how good would it feel to laugh at a soot covered Uni as I helped her get out from the fire. Not that I want her to be like that mind you.

She also said a 'Blizzard' was coming, I didn't know what that was and she kicked me out of the cottage to get dressed in warmer clothes before I could ask.

To our right, there's two rabbits.

The knife flew out of my finger and embedded itself inside one rabbit skull while the other ran, I followed it, reaching low to get the rabbit by its ears and trekked after the rabbit. It was a fast one that one, I can barely keep up. Well of course it was fast, it was a rabbit. My eyes narrowed as I trekked through the white stuff coming really hard on my face.

"Hold still…" I muttered, keeping an eye on the furiously moving rabbit.

It was getting hard to see, my nose wasn't even visible in front of me and only the faintest of silhouettes of the trees kept me from going astray. Even then, the white stuff was coming down too hard and my eyes were getting heavy. I was tempted to use acid to heat things up but that would make it spread.

Truly, it was such a pain when your trump card can result in a mass slaughter.

"...I can't see," The blizzard's howl's dampened my hearing, the white stuff obscured my vision, and the cold was getting to me. I looked at my exposed hand and shivered, it was really pale. Not Alice-level of pale but pretty pale. There were frost coming over it, or was it the white stuff? My eyes narrowed, my head is starting to hurt, I stumbled a little in my steps and collapsed.

The white stuff came over me like pebbles, it was starting to hurt.

Ah… so its happening.

I had to close my eyes at the bright light above me.

"Wasn't it… night… a few seconds ago?" I can't move my body. I can't feel my face, fingers and legs. My breathing was starting to slow. The white stuff was starting to envelop me and I just realized how cold the white stuff was, it clung to my clothes like a vice and came on my skin. "...I wonder... how Uni… is holding up..."

S Diary 1: Ugh, I told you I didn't want this stupid thing, why do I have to write- okay! Okay, keep that thing away! Sheesh, let a woman whine. Anyways! What the hell do you want me to write here? Uh, greetings you filthy mongre- ow! Why'd ya hit me?!

...Fine, fine, fine, ruin all the fun.

Ehem, my name is S… and I'm S…'s companion, we're a duo of adventurers who wants to figure out the secrets of CPUs and reincarnation. There's a couple of things I'd like to point out, our 'Class' differs too much and there's barely anything we can cover each other on! What's the point of forming a team with two mismatched losers anyways…

...I can't understand S… and I probably never will.

In any case, we're about to leave Planeptune and S… is trying to get away from the pesky CPU who declared herself S…' little sister. Funny thing is its probably right, that CPU was just born from the late CPU's carass, so she's literally making S.. look like a pedophile! It doesn't help she's still growing and looks like a 5 year old with the mentality of one too.

...Well I think this is a good place to leave it, I'm taking this dia-er, journal with me.

-END.
