A/N: Hey you guys! I know it's been a long time and the chapter is too short. I'm sorry for all of it. But I just thought it has to be ended right where I finished it. So read and review! Reviews are always welcomed! =*

Artemis woke up in the morning with a feeling of something warm and heavy on her stomach. She tried to move but something was holding her still. For a split second she panicked. Not realizing where she was and the fact she was lying in some bed which wasn't hers was kind of freaky. Looking down she saw an arm wrapped around her waist. She remembered everything that happened last night. Wally. It was Wally's arm around her. Dammit. She wanted to leave as soon as he fell asleep, but promised herself she would close her eyes just for a minute, a tiny little minute. And here she is in bed with her teenage crush awaiting for the awkward morning scene. But nonetheless she had to admit sleeping with Wally felt… nice. And he was a good lover. She certainly wouldn't mind doing it again. Too bad she has to go. She wriggled trying to set herself free, but just woke the sleeping speedster instead. Oh crap.

"Mrning.." he mumbled in her neck and pecked her on the shoulder. This simple gesture made her heart swell. It felt like they were an actual couple. Suddenly being so close to him wasn't so nice anymore, it set all her nerves on fire instead. She didn't know what to say and felt weirder and weirder every second.

How was she supposed to act? She just had an amazing night with a person of her teenage dreams on a birthday party of Batman's protégé, and on top of it all, Wally had a girlfriend! A real living breathing girlfriend! And this fact makes her a home wrecker! She certainly didn't want that to happen. But she was way too drunk to think about the consequences last night. Besides, she didn't want to stay the night. And if she left after he fell asleep, he would wake up in the morning in an empty bed and they both could pretend it never happened. How did it all go so wrong in such a short period of time?

"Hey…uhh…" she shifted in his arms trying to set herself free. Well, this is awkward… he didn't let her go and just pulled her closer, out of instinct probably. He couldn't possibly know she tried to escape, or could he?

She has to tell him this was a mistake. Because it definitely was. Right? Was it? But something just wouldn't let her. She felt like her body was a jelly; in all honesty, she didn't want to leave even though she knew she had to. Now, she needs a plan.

"Uhh.. I wanna take a shower.." she moved to get out of the bed and out of Wally's arms.

"Kay.." he mumbled again taking his arm off of her. Perfect. Now she's gonna go take a shower and while she's in there, he would fall asleep again and she could sneak out of this stupid Mansion and pretend this night was just a dream for both of them, well at least for her.

The bathroom was pretty big for a person who never lives here, but she found all the products she needed to take a long steamy shower to make her plan work. When she stepped out of the bathroom back into Wally's room wearing nothing but a huge white towel he was sitting on his bed eating breakfast. Wait, what? Breakfast? What the hell?

"Geez babe, did you leave me at least a few drops of hot water?" he asked with a playful glint in his eyes making him another sandwich. "Hungry?"

"Uhh…" he was supposed to be asleep! What the hell is he doing awake? Why is he awake? Apparently she looked completely dumbfounded because he moved a little to make a space for her next to the tray and said "I'll take that as a yes. But you better hurry, do I need to remind you how fast metabolism speedsters have?"

She sat next to him awkwardly and took a cup of coffee in her hands. There were two cups, so apparently Wally didn't even think she might leave. They are having breakfast together. After they had sex last night. Great. Just great.

"So... Megan told me you're not Kid Flash anymore. How come?" she felt extremely uncomfortable and maybe a simple talk would ease the tension.

"Just didn't feel like doing it anymore. How's France?" Oops, touché.

"It's good… so…" damn, she needed to think of something to get out of here.

"Yeah?" he looked at her with those amazing green eyes of his and she couldn't make herself move and leave.

"Megan told me you have a girlfriend." Words left her mouth faster than she could think of what she's saying.

"Not anymore." He rubbed his eyes with the heels of his palms.

"Wait, what? You don't have to say that just because we had… well, what we had last night…"

"It's not because of what we had. By the way, what do you think we had exactly?" he desperately wanted to know what that was and was feared to find out at the same time.

"Uhh… I think… it was…a mistake… yeah..." She stood up and started pacing. "You have your own life and relationship, you have a girlfriend, it wasn't fair of me to just come here and have sex with you… I don't wanna ruin things for you, you know? I can just leave and we both can pretend it never happened, and you can get back to your life and - " he cut her off mid-sentence.

"Never happened? A mistake? So that's what you think it was?" something in his calm tone made her look him in the eyes and she saw they grew darker... angrier... "You just disappear for seven damn years, without even saying goodbye and now you're back and we had an amazing night I've dreamed of for so long and you're saying it's just a mistake? Artemis, are you fucking kidding me? A mistake?"

"Wally… you have a girlfriend and I.."

"Knock it off, Artemis! Don't you get it? Haven't you felt what I felt last night? And don't you dare put Linda in this! She has nothing to do with what we had!"

"Oh now you remember her name! I don't recall you telling me something about her last night!" two can play this game. She was very short-tempered and he better not mess with her.

"It's not about her, it's about YOU! About US! Artemis! Why did you come back? Why after all these years of silence you came back?" he was standing now too facing her.

"Because I felt like it, okay!"

"Felt like what? Coming back and shagging your former teammate? Tell me Artemis? What was it all about?"

"I just wanted to see all of you guys! I just wanted to see YOU! Happy now?" she turned away from him and sat down on the bed again suddenly feeling tired.

"If you wanted to see me, then why call it a mistake?" he asked quietly.

"Because… it's just… You all have moved on… after I left… it's been seven years Wally.. seven years.." she turned to look at him, to see his face. "You all have your own lives and you have your own life too.. I didn't have the right to just come here and ruin everything... I am sorry, Wally…"

"So... what now?"

"I should better go." She stood up to collect her clothes.

"And what? Just leave me again?" he asked bitterly. There was so much he wanted to tell her, to share with her. But she didn't seem like she wanted to listen.

"I'm gonna go say my goodbyes to Dick."

She walked out the door leaving him sitting on his bed feeling hollow. Again. Just like he felt seven years ago.

A/N: Thank you for reading! If it's just a piece of crap I'm sorry, but I'm actually sick right now, sitting here surrounded by used tissues, so if anything I blame my sickly imagination for it :D

Please review! If you have any ideas about how it should be continued or how this chapter should've turned out, tell me about it. Constructive criticism is always welcomed.
