Chris was full of so many emotions: pain, betrayal, anger, and most of all sadness. He lifted up his hands, and with one quick motion blew his father up. He was already back in his room, by the time Leo had rematerialized.

"Christopher Perry Halliwell," he heard the heavy footsteps as his door swing open. Chris didn't even look up at his father. He could admit that blowing him up was a childish thing to do, not to mention disrespectful. He waited in silence for his father to lecture or ground him. However, he soon felt a pair of arms wrap around and pull him into a tight hug. Leo had never really been the type of person to hug people. Instead, he would shake their hand or give them a pat on the back. Chris graciously accepted the hug and put his head as close to fathers shoulder as he could. He let his own tears fall down his cheeks; they came fast and heavy like an unexpected downpour.

"You are so much like her, Chris. I can't even name all the times she blew me up for one reason or another," he said, smiling at the memory of her. Chris couldn't help but stifle a laugh. He had a million questions he wanted to ask, but one was far more important than the others. He looked at the ground before he spoke.

"Was it my fault she died?" he asked, the tears once again returning to his face. Leo looked into his sons eyes that were just like Piper's.

"No, this isn't your fault. It was her destiny, Chris." It had taken Leo a long time to accept that he wouldn't be able to fix her death by using magic. It was just like the time when Piper's sister Prue had died. Leo blinked back tears at the memory of Prue. He looked up at the clock and realized it was already eight in the morning.

"Chris, how would you feel if went to the manor and, tried to summon your mother?" he asked. Leo hadn't tried to summon her at all since her death. Chris bit his lip as he always did when he was thinking really hard.

"I would love that" he said, and raced up the stairs to go wake his brother, and change out of his nightclothes.

Chris, Leo and Wyatt entered the manor and were immediately pulled into hugs.

"Aunt Phoebe, I can't breathe," Chris said trying to break free. Phoebe pulled back blushing.

"What brings you here?" she asked, taking a seat at kitchen table.

"I'm going to try to summon mom" Chris said, and his aunts' happy expressions quickly changed as tears started to flow. Chris went up the stairs to the attic and opened the book. It was old and covered with dust after not being used for such a long time. Phoebe and Paige came in and started putting everything together.

"Here these words, hear my cry spirit from the other side. Come to me, I summon thee. Cross now the Great Divide!" the sisters said together. They waited several minutes, each one seeming longer than the last. Piper didn't appear.

"Shit" Chris shouted, kicking over the cauldrons and storming out of the room. Leo started to say something about his use of language, but shut his mouth when Phoebe and Paige both gave him a look. Leo sat down in an old wicker chair as Wyatt ran after his brother. Leo ran his hands though his hair.

"I don't know how to raise them without her. She was always the one to take control of any problem that occurred," Leo said, and looked towards the sky. Leo had given up being an elder a few days after Piper's passing. He was still a whitelighter but was seriously considering clipping his wings. Paige walked over and put a hand on his shoulder.

"Leo, you are doing a fantastic job. Piper would have been so proud of you." Phoebe nodded her head in agreement. Leo looked at them before he spoke.

"I was wondering if we could move back into the manor. I could really use some help with the boys," Leo hated to admit this because to him it showed a sign of weakness.

"Sure, we would love to see more of the boys," Paige and Phoebe said in perfect unison.
