Chapter 1
"Oh and detective, next time don't play lawyer you're not that good."
Lupo turns around and starts walking towards cutter. "What did you say to me?"
"You heard me." Lupo turns towards the door then back.
"Maybe a good lawyer wouldn't have left me flapping in the wind, maybe a good lawyer would have put this guy away."
Bernard and Connie get in the middle. Bernard puts his hand on Lupo's shoulder. "Lupes"
Cutter looks at Lupo 'damn I forgot how sexy he is. God I want to fuck him so badly.'
Lupo and Bernard leave. Connie turns to him "you of all people should know that the decision could have gone either way."
Cutter grabs his jacket "I have a hearing in the judge's chambers, if you have anything smart for me to say text me."
He takes the train and starts thinking. 'There is something wrong with me; I lose most of my self control when I'm around lupo. Thank goodness I had a little self control or I would have threw him to the ground and had my way with him.'
He shook his head 'no I have to think about this case right no-oh my god there he is!'
He walks up to him "lupo what are you doing here?"
Lupo looks up startled for a minute, but the look sent all of the blood in cutters body to his penis.
" I don't know really, but I don't see how it is any of you business."
"Ok I deserved that, I wanted to apologize I was stressed and upset." 'I hope he forgives me….i also wonder what I looks like under me sweating and moaning…damnit don't think about that now'
Lupo looks up at him "I need to talk to you about something but I want it to be in private. Come by my house after your hearing" Lupo starts to walk away but turns around
"call before you come" then he walks away.
'dammit this is not a good idea , me and him at his house alone…my god does he want me to rape him'
He looks at him watch 'damn'
After the hearing
"hello" "hey lupes it's me I'm on my way over" "ok"
'ok cutter control yourself, don't do anything stupid'
Lupo answers the door "come in" they enter the house and sit on the couch.
"was there something you wanted to tell me Lupo?"
He looks at the ground "yea I wanted to say……I wanted to tell you….."

Next thing cutter feels is a pair of lips on his. 'oh my god he is kissing me.'
Cutter slowly pushes lupo on the couch and startles him. He moves his hand to the front of lupo's pants and rubs slowly.
Lupo lets out an strangled moan that almost causes cutter to cum right then.
"st-stop" cutter jumps up "I'm sorry I should go now."
He moves to the door but is stopped by a hang grabbing his arm.
"wait don't go" he lets himself be lead to the couch.

"it's ok" Cutter takes lupo's head in his hand and kisses him softly.
