Life's greatest gift. And the one thing I live for. The lightest and best feeling I have ever known.
I love how it fills you up slowly, from your toes all the way up to your head, and blossoms into something you just can't contain; you just have to express it. Whether it's through a smile, a laugh or even jumping up and down excitedly, you show everyone just how wonderful you feel.
And it can be created by anything. You can receive this breathtaking feeling by doing almost anything. You can experience it as you run through falling, red leaves in autumn or when you're laughing with your friends on a beach.
Yes, joy is my most treasured feeling and I want to share it with the world.
