Frodo got to Mt. Doom to burn Boroman's diary, but the great power of embarrassing Boroman overtook him and he went insane. Until Pippin of course thought that the diary was food and knocked it out of Frodo's hands. Then Merry slapped Pippin in the head and Sam cried because "Mr. Frodo" was being mean to him
