A Street Rat's Tale

Everything is quiet in Agrabah. The once bustling streets are now devoid of people and all the traders have long since packed up and gone to bed. But up on the roof of one building, a solitary figure sits, staring at the stars. He is so motionless, you would be forgiven for thinking he was a statue, but he is not; he is merely deep in thought. So what is he thinking about?
