As Frank and Carl both run down the staircase, Milan stood up to stretch his legs a bit after having sat down for a while. Frank had slowed down to ask him what was going on. "There is a supermarket not too far from here that's been having a cleanup problem. They apparently need your assistance."

"Can't the janitors take care of that?" he asked jokingly.

"You would have a point… except that this chaos is all being caused by a ghost." Milan said with his arms crossed.

"You're kidding me."

"Well, somebody has called in, you might as well see what on earth is going on."

Carl ran up to the lockers, which looked old and worn out. He opened it to find it mostly barren apart from a green uniform and what is referred to as a proton pack, the primary tool for any ghost busting operation. Carl quickly slipped into his outfit, and grabbed the pack. While holding it, he noted the proton pack felt very heavy to carry.

"Well, looks like we'll be testing this equipment out after all." Frank said as he closed his locker and started walking towards the car, wearing a red uniform and a carrying his own pack.

"Uh… yeah." Carl replied. He suddenly had felt very uncomfortable.

Frank noted Carl's nervousness. "Hey, don't worry about it too much now. Besides, what are the odds of there actually being a ghost again? Absolutely none." He put his proton pack into the trunk of the car.

"Right. It's probably nothing." Carl said.

Frank got into the driver's seat while Carl decided to sit in the back. The garage door opens up, taking its time to move. Ten seconds later, Frank drove out of the building and started gaining speed quickly. It was right at the speed limit, but the rough driving Frank is doing was making Carl feel a little sick.

"You being too wreckless! Aren't you afraid that you are going to end up in an accident?!" Anderson said, sounding like he's having a panic attack.

"Not at all, pal." Frank replied. "You're talking to one of the fastest and efficient driver on wheels!"

"I don't think that driving on the race track and the public road is the exact same thing!" Carl exclaimed, trying his best not to throw up.

"Oh please. Show a little more trust, will ya? Look, we're almost there, anyways."

The store was in view. It looked fine on the outside at first, but then suddenly some windows started to break. Some food and paper towels started flying out, bouncing right into the road. The car was heading straight into oncoming obstacles.

"What the heck?" Frank exclaimed as he swerved to get out of the way of the objects in the road. Dodging left and right, he has managed to get out of the way of everything being hurled at them. Carl is holding onto the seat in dear life. They got about a block away when suddenly a watermelon managed to hit the windshield spot on, cracking the glass severely and leaving a mess.

"Whoa SHOOOOOOOT!" Carl shouted out.

It took a few seconds for Frank to try and recover from the swerving that had been induced from the impact. He had to slow down substantially and rolled down the driver seat window to look out while he tried to find a place to park. Luckily for him, there was a lot of room to stop due to the area surrounding the market being completely barren. He pulled over the car and came to a complete halt.

"Phew… are we alright back there?" Frank asked.

Carl didn't say a word. He was shaking heavily as he started to unbuckle his seat belt. Finally, he said "Let's just get out of here."

Both of them got out of the car and looked at the damage done. Frank was cursing to himself. "Great. I'm not going to be hearing the end of this..."

"Why is that?" Carl opened the trunk of the car and got out one of the proton packs, he also grabbed a trap that was already in there as well.

"Because Milan is not gonna believe that I managed to ruin his car due to food being thrown at it!"

"Ooooh... Yikes!" Carl suddenly ducked as an apple went over his head. "Hey, umm… maybe we should take care of this problem before we worry about that."

Frank nodded, he got out the other pack and another trap before closing the trunk. "Right." Frank said. "Let's go then." He started walking towards the market's front door with Carl following closely behind.

Entering the store, it seems the store had been entirely evacuated and there was a huge mess of fruits and vegetables all over the floor. Not to mention that there was still groceries flying around.

"We best get moving, whatever is going on, we have to the care of this fast." Frank said.

"Yeah..." Carl could only muster out. Flying fruit? What the heck is this? Being a bit distracted, he could not react in time as an apple hits him on the cheek. "Gyah! Son of a-" Carl proceeds to rub his cheek as he started to move quickly.

The rookies looked around every square inch of the store. The supermarket had very few places to hide at, many aisles have the height of an average human being, but lacked any unpredictability. What made up for it was how much of a mess it was to get around the place, ducking down when a pack of Stay Puft Marshmallows came zooming by and perfectly good soda had made the floor a sticky mess to get around. To ensure that they wouldn't get injured without immediate help, the two ghostbusters had decided to stick close together.

"Just what would a ghost be doing in a place like this… if there even is one, anyways?" Frank asked as the two head for the back. "This is nothing like the campfire stories they tell to get everyone to crap themselves."

Anderson shrugged. "Who knows? What I do know is that this is absolutely insane. I have never seen anything like this in my life!"

Continuing to get through the calamity, dodging objects and getting over puddles and various bits, they can't seem to find the ghost in the middle of this foodfight, that is until a free roaming vapor suddenly zooms by their faces!

"What the heck was that?!" Frank shouts, he gets his proton pack's gun and starts firing in the direction it was heading, hitting the cash register of the meat section of the store. Frank continued firing at the ghost as it continued flinging around items like crazy, Anderson following closely behind. The ghost was trying to dodge the stray beams coming at it, which were nearly missing every time.

Frank had gotten so focused on what he was doing the he didn't see the puddle of grape soda all over the floor.

"Frank, look out!" Anderson shouted out.

Frank couldn't stop in time, and ended up falling on his backside and firing a stray beam at the roof. Bits of ceiling panel nearly falls on top of him as he rolls out of the way.

"Get up! If it gets out of our sight, who knows when we will find it again?" Anderson said as he gets out his proton gun and runs past his co-worker.

Frank gets back up and both are now on hot pursuit. Both are firing at the vapor in alternation, hoping to at least get a hit on it. Before too long, the ghost makes a sharp left near the restrooms. Frank and Carl get there soon after and turn to find their ghostly friend was gone. Straight ahead was a double door that says EMPLOYEES BEYOND THIS POINT.

"It has to be in there! No time to lose!" Frank says as he heads for the door.
