Matou Sakura is in panic, after she got blasted away by the invisible shockwave that came from inside the house where her Nee-san, Shirou, and Illyasviel conduct their experiment, she knew that something have went wrong. And because of that, Sakura is currently running as fast as she can towards the old house to check their condition.

However, since that old abandoned house had quite a large yard, it took around twenty seconds for Sakura to get to the dilapidated building.

Once she reached the house, without further ado Sakura immediately opened the broken door of the house and then entered the house ignoring the fact that the entire room in the house was filled with smoke. Though, she make sure to cover both her nose and mouth with her hand to avoid accidentally inhaling too much smoke into her healthy lungs.

Once she's inside the house, the first thing that Sakura focusing on is to find the man who have become her role model or to find her Nee-san. As she scan the rooms with her limited views, suddenly she saw girl lying unconscious on the floor right in front of her.

At first Sakura thought that the girl was her Nee-san, but after she looked at the girl again, she realized that the unconscious girl had a body of an eleven-year-old child. Unfortunately she could not clearly see who the girl was because the smoke in the room was too thick. But after crouching down next to the unconscious girl, Sakura finally able to see the girl's face more clearly. And much to her surprise, that girl is none other than Illyasviel Von Einzbern, Shirou's adoptive sister. And she doesn't looked well.

"...Illya-san?"

Her face looked slightly pale and her breathing is ragged. Whatever happened during that failed experiment, it must've drained a lot of her stamina and Mana.

"Illya-san! Are you okay?!" Sakura said worriedly and cradles the petite homunculus gently. She tried to woke her up by lightly shaking her body, but Illya still won't wake up.

This truly is a problematic situation for her since she doesn't have experience in handling this kind of situation.

Sakura might have learned a lot from Shirou ever since she started visiting him frequently, but treating people who passed out from a magical incident is not one of them. Sakura might have been a magus like her sister, but she's not as talented as Rin.

Unlike her, her older sister Rin, is a magus that have been properly trained in the arts of magecraft. Meanwhile, Sakura had never been taught anything by the Matous. The only thing that they did to her are totured, castigated and humiliated her on a daily basis ever since she was adopted to their family. Thought, she was given a brief relief from her adopted uncle, Matou Kariya, who truly loved her unlike the other members of the Matou household, and he was also the one who taught her some basic magecraft. However, all that ended shortly after Kariya died at the end of the Fourth Holy Grail War.

After the death of her adopted Uncle, Sakura no longer have anyone who cared for her. And as time went by, she began to resent Zouken for his cruelty, Shinji for constantly abusing and Raping her, Her biological father, Tokiomi, for sending her away, and finally her older sister Rin, for never coming to save her.

Even though she has now been freed from the cruelty of the Matou family, until now she still hated them and also her biological father. Thought, she no longer resented Rin after she found out just how much she actually loved her and that she actually have been watching her from afar this entire time. It was one of the reason why she was able to reconcile with her older sister.

"Shirou?! Illyasviel?! Where are you guys?!"

Sakura perked her head up when she heart a desperate shouting that came from the other room in front of her. And the voice sounded like it belongs to her older sister.

"Was that, Nee-san?" Sakura murmured as a small smile blossom on her lips.

Sakura was truly relieved after hearing her sister's voice for two reasons. First, she was happy because it seemed like her Nee-san is fine even though Rin might have been seriously injured right now, but at least she didn't faint. And secondly, she was glad because now she had someone who had more experience to help her tending the unconscious Illyasviel.

"But wait. Where's Senpai?"

As much as Sakura felt relieved to have found Illyasviel despite her condition and knowing that her sister is okay, but deep down she's still panicking because Shirou is still nowhere to be seen. And she couldn't help but to feel worry that something bad must've happened to him, especially after remembering that that dangerous thing is still attached to his body. The thing that is slowly killing him each time Shirou uses its power.

However, as much as she wants to go looking for her missing older childhood friend that she had a strong crush on, she can't go look for him while carrying Illya around nor can she leaves her here. It would be best that she brings Illya to her Nee-san first then she can start looking for Shirou.

Standing up, Sakura made her way towards Rin's direction with Illya in her arms until she could see the back of her sitting figure on the ground in front of her.

"Nee-san, what's going on?! Are you alright?" She asked. Sakura looked at her older sister in worry as she approach her, especially since Rin didn't respond to her.

Rin seems to have her sights fixed on something in front her. She seemed to be so focused in that something to the point that she didn't even heard Sakura calling for her.

Curious, Sakura then walked right next to her older sister to see what is currently occupying her sister's attention. But after Sakura saw what it is, her eyes instantly went wide as wide as her Nee-san's eyes at the moment.

In front of them was a figure, a familiar female figure that lays unconscious on the dusty wooden floor in front of them. A familiar girl who previously associated herself to Shirou's during the Fifth Holy Grail War.

"I-it can't be! Is t-that really her, Nee-san?" Sakura asked her older sister without taking her eyes off the unconscious girl in front of her.

"Yes." Rin answered simply as she slowly turned her head to face her younger sister. "It is definitely her. And she's not in a good condition."

In a wide grassy field, dawn breaks over the horizon, bathing the earth and the sky with its shining radiance. Various clouds dot the clear blue sky. A very serene and peaceful scene that anyone could tell. Maybe even a perfect place for the curtains to be drawn towards a fine end.

In this field, a girl in a blue dress can be seen standing proudly and looking toward the rising sun. The light bathes her slender figure and her soft, white skin. Blond hair that shone as beautiful as gold with the light of the sun reflecting off of it. Her beauty is magnificent but her regal presence is even more so.

Shirou Emiya found himself standing just behind the girl, dazed and confused. He was having trouble remembering how he got there. 'Where am I?' The teen didn't have time to ponder his question because he was now looking at the girl's elegant back and remembered just who it was in front of him.

"Saber?" asked the boy. Unable to utter anything more because of the myriad of emotions that was now swelling up within him.

A gust of wind passes them that causes Shirou to close his eyes. As soon as the wind died down, he looked up once more, and found himself staring straight into Saber's soft green eyes. She wore a small smile on her face that was warm yet sad as she looked at him.

"In the end, there is one thing I must tell you, Shirou," said Saber in a determined voice.

Shirou couldn't bear to tear his gaze away from her. It felt like she would disappear at any moment if he blinked even once. He couldn't explain why, but he knew it to be true. The boy could only find himself asking the girl in front of him "What is it?"

Saber widened her smile a bit and her face glowed with happiness as she said, "Shirou, I love you."

With those words, another gust of wind blows through that blinds Shirou. As soon as the wind was gone, so too did the woman he loved in front him.

Pain filled his heart, as he clutched his right hand to his chest. The loss of a precious loved one is never easy, but in this case… Memories of himself driving a dagger trough Saber's heart as she stared at him, was repeating itself over and over in his mind.

He struggled hard to make sense of his jumbled up memories. "There is nothing I want more than you," he remembered he had said to Saber. "I love you more than anything," himself saying it again to the girl. Lastly, the moment his arm came down with the weapon that killed her.

Unable to endure the onslaught of emotions, he fell to his knees with tears streaming down his face. He stayed in that condition as he continued to stare at the spot where his Saber stood in front of him. Forever would he have stayed like that if not for the sound of someone's voice calling him from somewhere behind him.

"Shirou?" a familiar voice asked. "Tell me just what do you think are you doing?"

He turned his face to see Rin Tohsaka, a girl who became the school idol, perfect honor student, and someone he had always admired.

"What's wrong, Shirou?" she asked.

"I… killed her… I killed a woman I loved… I killed Saber." He answered so, as the pain in his heart threatened to consume his entire being.

"Huh?" said a confused Rin. "What are you talking about? Did all those projections finally melt your brain?" She had a look of utter disbelief pointed at him. "Saber's right here with me."

Bewildered by that piece of news, Shirou looked up and saw that Saber really was right beside Rin. The King of Knights was looking at him with a confused expression.

He froze there still staring at the woman he thought had disappeared forever.

"Really now, how can we possibly keep up with having to take care of you?" sighed Rin. "You should remember that Saber is MY Servant now, so you should do your part and help me with making sure she stays here in this world with us." She told him so as she moved in closer to him. There close proximity was causing his heart to beat faster and his face flushing. Surprising, considering his condition just a few moments ago. He couldn't really help himself as the face of the school idol face was bewitchingly beautiful to him, the softness of her hair and her scent was sending his mind off racing.

"W-what are you talking about, Tohsaka?" he stammered. For some reason, he can't keep his eyes off the curves of her lithe body. He gulped the back the saliva that had started building up in his mouth.

"Honestly, how are you still this dense after all we've been through?" she questioned. "I guess I'll just have to keep punching through your thick skull until you remember it permanently." Rin wrapped her arms gently around his neck and pulled him into a kiss, which caused his mind to blank before he found himself returning the kiss and embracing her in his arms. After a moment that seemed to have lasted hours, she finally broke away from their passionate kiss to look at him lovingly and say, "I love you, Shirou."

Her lover was stumped, but he couldn't stop himself from saying what he thought deep inside.

"I love you too, Rin."

At his words, Rin let out a smile filled with joy. That happy look she gave him was enough to set his heart once more into a fluttering mess. Before he could control himself, he found Rin's form fading in his arms.

He tried desperately to hold on to her but he was unable to feel anything but air pass through his fingers. Along with her Master, Saber too, had vanished.

"No… No… NOOOOO!" he screamed.

The world around him seemed to shake from his voice. It was only a minute later did he find himself someplace else.

Someplace familiar.

The smell was the first thing he noticed. A distinct scent hung in the air surrounding him, one that his memory will not allow him to ever forget.

The smell of ashes and burning corpses. The extraordinary heat that assaulted his entire limb and organs. And lastly the sound of the people cries for help.

This time Shirou found himself standing in the middle of a burning city. Everytime he looked around him. All that he sees was fire, burned corpses, and rundown buildings.

In the midst of the sea of fire, he could a see a small boy no older than eight years old with Auburn hair and golden pair of eyes, walking through the fire as he tried to survive. The heat of the flame burning his entire being.

It's hot.

His eyes hurt.

His throat hurts when he breath. His skin creaking.

He tear at his throat. But his brain is baking inside his skull.

After awhile, the boy eventually couldn't handle the heat anymore. His legs gave up on him as he finally fell to the hot hard ground.

Shirou feels sympathy towards the boy. He wanted to go to him. To help him and to save him from his misery. To save the young boy who was none other than his younger self before he became an Emiya.

However, he wasn't intend to just save his younger self, but also every person in the city that he could still save. Their cries for help, urges him to come to them and bring salvation to their suffering.

He wondered, if this is how his adopted father, Kiritsugu felt every time he saw people in trouble? Is this what drove him wanting to become the Hero of Justice?

Shirou was about to take his first step towards the sea of flame. Ready to sacrificed himself to save those people who needed help.

"Oi! That's hell you're walking to."

However, before he could even took his first step towards the hellish fire that will probably burn him alive, a voice that suddenly came from behind stopped him from going any further. But, he doesn't need to turn around to recognized to whom that voice belongs to, because he already where that voice came from. There's no way he wouldn't recognize that voice not after directly butting and arguing with the owner of that voice several times during the Fifth Holy Grail War.

"I know that, Archer." Shirou said to his adult self who was standing several meters behind him without turning his attention from the burning city. "But, I can't just stay here and watch them got grilled alive. I have to do something. I need to save them from their sufferings."

"So, you would rather endanger your own well beings to help those who you don't even know, huh? Hmph, that sounds exactly just like you." Archer scoffed at the teenager who was supposed to be his younger self. His younger self that he despised so much. "Are you seriously saying that you would rather save those strangers instead of protecting the people that close to you? The people that you've promised to protect?"

Shirou widened his eyes slightly at his alternate future self words. What Archer just said was right, and there's a strong logic in his words. Why would he even endangering his own life to save those that he didn't even know?

Well the answer to that question is very simple. And it's because he just wanted to save those people. However, after Archer mentioned that would he rather risk his life to save strangers instead of protecting the people that he loved, he's to feel slightly doubtful in his decision.

He admitted that Archer have made his point by mentioning that , but Shirou wasn't known for being stubborn for nothing.

Shirou was about to retort to Archer, however before he could do just that, another voice suddenly came in...

"Senpai."

Shirou widened his eyes for the second time, but this time a bit wider, after he heard a very familiar girl's voice coming from his left. And he could feel like someone is holding his left hand.

Turning his head to the side, he could see Sakura looking at him with a worried look while holding his left hand tightly with both of her hands.

"S-sakura..." Shirou muttered as he look at Sakura in the eye.

"Senpai, are you really going to go to that dangerous place?" Sakura asked as she mentioned at the burning city. "Are you really going to sacrifice your self to save those people that you don't even know?"

"Sakura I-"

"Please tell me that's not true, Senpai! I don't want you to get hurt." Sakura demanded.

Shirou's eyes softened at Sakura who clearly expressed her concern for his well-being, and he didn't have it in him to tell lies to someone like her. However, he knew that the answer that he's about to tell her, she won't like it. Not one bit.

"I'm sorry, Sakura. But it's true." Shirou said solemnly to his Kouhai that he had considered as his own family. "I can't just ignore those people, they needed help. And I'm willing to give up my life to save them."

Sakura give Shirou a sad look. "Why Senpai? Why are you so persistent to risk your life to save strangers? Didn't you promise me that you'll protect me?" she said. "Didn't you promise me that you'll be a hero for me only no matter what?"

"I-I didn't-," before he could finish, Shirou has a flashback of a time with Sakura in his arms as the rain continued to pour all around them. He could clearly hear the words he spoke that day to Sakura of protecting her.

He could also remember himself not only breaking his ideals, but also going entirely against them just to try and save the girl he loved. There were many people that died because he couldn't go through with killing her. People that died like the ones in that fire he was in many years ago. They must be cursing him for turning his back on them.

Still… he did not regret saving her.

"Ha…haha…ahaha!" he laughed. "It's true, I went back against my ideals in order to save you." He finally realized it now. He realized that he no longer need to burdened himself with that borrowed ideal that he adopted from his late adoptive father since he have decided to disregard it in exchange to become a hero for his loved ones only. But still, despite that he have decided not to become a Hero of Justice anymore, he still can't bring himself to hate the idea of helping people. Because he knew, that there's nothing wrong in helping others. And perhaps, he might still will be helping people here and there but his loved ones will always be his main priority.

Shirou looked at Sakura warmly and said, "I'm sorry, please forgive me for almost forgetting my promise."

"Please just come back to me," pleaded Sakura with a smile on her face.

"Yeah, I'll be there to protect you," he said as he embraced her. The forms of Saber, Rin, and Illya also appeared next to them, "I swear I'll protect all of you, forever and ever." Shirou looked at each and every one of them while saying so.

With that, the world around him grew dark once more, along with his consciousness.

Waking up coughing, Shirou Emiya was lying on the wooden floors of the apartment building they were using as their test site. His memory still foggy from what he could only assume was caused by the failure of their test.

He sat himself upright, causing his dizziness to swirl. It was hard for him to see as the smoke cloud around him was still dissipating around the room. If he waited a little bit, it looked like it might clear up soon enough.

The sound of a worried voice calling his name, drew his attention.

"Shirou?!" Rin called desperately, "Shirou?! Where are you?!"

He had wanted to call out to tell her that he was fine, but he could only cough as some dust may have made its way to his lungs when he was unconscious. His coughing must have been enough to notify Rin where he was because after a moment's pause she started calling in his direction.

"Shirou! If you're fine, get over here quickly. I need your help!"

The desperation in her voice cleared up his thoughts quickly.

Standing up, he made his way towards Rin's direction until he could see the back of her sitting figure on the ground in front of him. And she wasn't alone because he could see Sakura sitting right next to her.

"Sakura, Rin, what's wrong? Is everything ok? I heard you cried out." he asked. His voice still a bit raspy.

Hearing their names was called by a familiar voice, both Rin and Sakura turn their heads to see a messy looking Shirou standing behind them while giving them a mix of concern and confused look.

"Senpai!" Sakura sprang to her feet and quickly went towards the red head before grabbing his hands tightly with her own. "Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?" Sakura asked Shirou while checking up on him for any injuries.

Shirou simply smile at his purple-haired Kouhai, "Don't worry, Sakura. I'm okay, just a little bit dizzy that's all." Shirou said reassuringly to Sakura.

"I'm glad." Sakura responded with a smile. Feeling relief that the man she had crush on was fine.

They were both tightly holding on to each other's hands. Sakura was blushing and looking away from the red-head's face. Noticing this, Shirou showed a blush of his own and both of them quickly tried to regain their composure, unable to look at each other's faces anymore.

Rin saw all of this and a visible vein on her temple that was throbbing at the current display of emotions. 'This guy! I'm glad you have time to flirt around with my sister while I'm trying hard to keep Saber from disappearing,' she thought loudly to herself.

In all honesty, the Tohsaka heiress was feeling bit jealous at the two. She was happy for Sakura being able to be with Shirou after all the painful experiences she had been through, but Rin also felt a pang of longing to be with the boy as well. She had grown close with him through the course of the Holy Grail War together and could still feel her heart beat just a little faster every time she looked at the blockhead's face.

Sakura noticed her older sister's gaze. "Is something wrong, Nee-san?"

"Nothing. Nothing at all." Rin respond cooly. "I was just surprised that you two still have the time for a lovey-dovey act while I'm here trying to keep Saber alive on my own."

Sakura flushed at her older sister's sarcastic remark as she quickly let go of Shirou's hands, she nearly forgot about Saber because she's too happy to see her Senpai.

But meanwhile, Shirou had a different reaction from Sakura. After he heard Rin mentioned the name 'Saber' his eyes instantly went wide and that's when he saw a unconscious form of a rather beautiful woman with petite figure and blond hair, clad in a old-style blue dress, laying on the wooden floor right in front of her.

"Saber?" said a dumbfounded Shirou.

"That's right," answered Rin with a serious face. "I found her here lying on the ground. I don't know what happened but she was seriously in a worst condition right now. She's really low in mana and she would have died if I hadn't tried to supply her with my own. But she's not out of danger just yet so I need you-" Rin paused for a moment to look at her younger sister before continuing, "-and Sakura to help me to keep her alive. But first I need you guys to move her and Illyasviel upstairs. I think this house still has some old mattresses in some of the rooms."

Shirou saw Illya was sitting propped up against the wall near them. It looked like she was in a deep sleep and looked very much fine.

"I'll go prepare the room." Sakura said as she quickly went upstairs to look for a room that has mattress in it.

"Then I'll carry Saber upstairs." declared Shirou, as he went over and picked her up in a bridal carry. "I can come back down for Illya once I'm done."

"You don't have to. Illya is pretty light so I can carry her myself." Rin said easily.

"Okay. I'll go on ahead then." He quickly went upstairs to find a bed.

Rin was left to pick up Illya. "Time to put you to bed princess."

"Ooof!" Rin nearly fell down at hefting up Illya. "Did you gain weight?!"

The Einzbern homunculus did not reply since she was asleep, but she did tighten her arms around Rin's neck in response.

"Ack!"

Later on after Rin and Shirou done moving both Saber and Illyasviel to a room that have been prepared by Sakura. The three magus who are still conscious are currently gathering as they discussing Saber's condition that only got even worse as the time went by.

"Tohsaka, can you give Saber more of your Mana?" Shirou asked the Tohsaka heiress while looking at Saber who's finally regained her consciousness, however she's still not in a good condition yet.

"Like I said before! I already used up all my prana to keep her alive," said Rin. "If I'm still in my prime condition then I might be able to keep her stable on my own. But I have already used most of my prana on our failed experiment, now I don't have enough to help her stable in this world for much longer. The fact that I became her Master did help immensely with stopping her from dying, but it's not nearly enough to stop her from fading."

"But there has to be something we could do!" Shirou slammed his fist on the wall. The jumbled up memories of Saber overlapping themselves with the woman on the bed before him. "I'm not going to lose Saber!" he shouted. "...not again," in a small whisper.

"Senpai..." Sakura muttered while staring at with a mix of guilt and sad look. She understood how Shirou's feel right now. He must've been very frustrated and guilty that he couldn't do anything to help his former servant. It was also her fault that everything turned out like this. If only she didn't succumbed to the shadow, if only she didn't succumbed to her hatred and grief, then she wouldn't become her dark self. She knew that Shirou was forced to kill his own servant during the final battle at the cavern beneath the Ryuudou temple in order to save her because she was the one who ordered Saber prevent to stop Shirou from reaching her.

"…It's okay, Shirou," said Saber weakly. She looks very sick and pale, she really doesn't look like the strong Saber that they all knew. "I'm glad that at least I will be able to say goodbye to you this time."

"No, …no, it's not okay," answered Shirou. The immense guilt he felt had been tearing at him slowly, when he remembered what he had done to her. How he had took the dagger in his arm and stabbed it right through her heart. He knelt beside her and took her hands in his. "Please Saber… please don't leave me."

Saber could only smile at him sadly. Truly, she wanted to stay longer, but with her current condition she only has an hour at best before she disappeared.

Meanwhile, Rin was looking at both Saber and Shirou unamusedly. "If the two of you are quite done, I'd like to get started on fixing our prana situation."

"Eh…?" the two in question muttered.

"You have an idea, Nee-san?" Sakura asked her older sister curiously. Internally hoping that her older sister had a way to help Saber from fading.

Rin nodded and then she begin to explain. "I just said I lacked the prana needed to help Saber right now. That doesn't mean there isn't anything we could do to fix that." She stood in her patented lecture pose and continued, "Saber and I require prana to keep herself grounded in this world. Since Saber will never willfully devour humans for their prana, she can only sustain herself from the prana she has left and my own reserves, which are almost completely depleted. That is unless I try to use a command spell to force her to do so."

"Rin!"

"Nee-san!"

"I know, I know. That is something I would never order her to do," answered Rin. "So that only leaves us with one other option." She said as she looked at Saber, then to Shirou and her younger sister.

"And what's that, Tohsaka?" Shirou couldn't help but to asked. He seems so eager to listen to Rin's plan because it seems that she has a way to keep Saber from disappearing. Finally, he had a chance to redeem himself for killing Saber at that time by saving her life this time.

Rin blush slightly and lowered her head slightly for a moment before rising it back. She then took a deep breath before she starts explaining on what must be done in order to keep Saber from fading away. And her explaination caused Shirou, Sakura, and Saber turning into Tomatoes.

"WHA-WHAAAAAAAT?! H-H-H-H-Hold on, w-w-w-why are we going this way all of a sudden?!" Shirou's face burns and he backpedals against the wall.

"This is the only way. And if we don't hurry Saber will disappear soon." Rin said bluntly. A rather large blush appearing across her face.

"B-But..." He said weakly. For some reason he's starting to become light-headed.

"S-Shirou..." Saber's voice stop's him cold. He turns to Saber, she is sitting up with a large blush on her face. "I-It's okay..." She looks away in embarrassment.

"Eeh?!" Shirou asked loudly.

"Senpai..." Shirou froze after hearing Sakura's timid voice. He turned towards her and he saw her sporting a similar large blush on her face as she looked away. "I don't mind..."

His mind is going overdrive. Shirou really can't think straight at this point of time and he couldn't really decide what he must do.

A part of him still hesitant in going through this Tantric Ritual that Rin had told them a few moments ago. But, if he didn't do it then Saber will disappear.

He's still feeling a bit uncomfortable about this, but he knew that it must be done.

Shirou sighed. Then he looked at each of the girls face before steeling himself on what he was about to do.

"Fine." Shirou said. "Let's do this. If this will help Saber stay with us then I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to do so." He answered with complete seriousness.

XXXXXXX

While Shirou and the girls are proceeding with the Tantric Ritual, they are unaware of the third party who's currently observing them from the building across the street.

The person who was currently observing them was a man in his early twenties. He has short black hair and pale grey eyes, and he can be considered as a handsome man. He wore a dark brown vest, black trench coat, black pants, and brown combat boots.

The young man that is currently observing Shirou and the girls took his camera and start taking pictures of each individuals he spotted inside the old house.

The young man has been observing them for quite a while now, and he had taken every picture of every action and everything that the red head and the girls have done inside that old house.

"Yosh, this should be enough." The young man said as he put the camera back in to the small bag that he carried.

As he put the camera in his bag, suddenly a big black dog approached him and then sat right next to the young man.

"We've got what we came for. Let's go back Jin." The young man said to his dog.

The jet black dog let out a quite 'whoof' before he and the young man disappear in to the darkness.

XXXXXXX

"So, what do we do now?" Shirou asked as he looked at the other occupants inside the room. His Amber eyes are showing a mixed emotions of frustration and tired.

Shirou was frustrated because with Rin's idea to get them back home have turned out to be a total failure, now they're back in ground zero without any alternative ways to go back to their world, because Rin herself who is supposed to be the brain of their little group was also ran out of ideas.

And meanwhile, Shirou was very tired because he have lost a good amount of stamina after relentlessly performing the Tantric Ritual in order to replenish Rin and Saber's prana.

It was...mildly chaotic if he said so himself.

Shirou was still pretty much inexperienced in doing that kind of ritual. And due to his inexperience he had made a few mistakes during the process to the point where he accidentally made Rin cry. And one of those mistakes is that he was being to rough.

Anyways, it was so bad to the point where after the ritual has been performed, Rin suddenly lashed out at him with a teary eyes and threaten that she will get him back for making her cry in front of everyone, much to his impending horror. But at the very least, the ritual had been successfully performed, and Saber won't be disappearing any time soon.

That aside. After the Tantric Ritual has been successfully performed and Illya finally regained her consciousness. Shirou and the girls then return to their Hotel. After having some breakfast and a bit of struggle in preventing Saber from demolishing all the food in the Hotel, the four young magus and Saber are currently having a meeting in Shirou and Illya's hotel room as they discussed the outcome of their failed experiment.

"I told you I don't know, Shirou! I already ran out of any ideas." Rin answered as she let out a frustrated sigh. "Ne Illyasviel, you're the second most knowledgeable magus in our group. Do you have any alternative ideas? Anything that can get us back to our world?" Rin then turned to ask the little foreign girl who's currently sitting on Shirou's lap.

"Sorry Rin." Illya apologized. "As much as I wanted to help, I can't think of anything, I'm just as confused as you are right now. Dimensional traveling is beyond my understanding and knowledge after all." Illya said with a shrugg.

Rin sighed while pinching the bridge of her nose in frustration. They are really in a bad situation right now. They don't have any other ideas nor any information that can somehow take them back to their world. They are basically trapped in this world right at this point of time. And if they don't start thinking of something soon, they could be trapped in this world forever.

It was obviously clear that her plan to use Jeweled sword of Zelretch, the mystic code of the infamous Wizard Marshall of the Clock Tower, Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg, that he uses to travel between Parallel Worlds, was a total failure. Not only because she still had no idea how to use the sword properly, but it's also because of the nature of the sword itself.

The Jeweled Sword Zelretch, is a mystic code that allows its user to travel between Parallel world, and not a completely different world. So, even if she's able to use the sword to travel between dimensions, the sword will only bring her and her companions to many parallel versions of this world. And not to their world.

She should've known that trying to use the Jeweled Sword was a stupid idea in the first place. But still, it was still worth to try. Even in the end it turned out to be a total failure.

"Well, I guess we have no other choices then." Rin said as she sighed for the third time. "Since our original plan to use the Jeweled Sword of Zelretch to get us back to our world was an instant failure and no body else has any other ideas to get us home. Then we have no other way but to look for something in this world that can somehow send us back to our world." Rin declared which caused the other occupants of the room to look at her.

"Something? Just what kind of thing that we should be looking for exactly, Rin?" Illya asked curiously to the current Tohsaka heiress.

"Anything! Like magical artefacts or something like that." Rin replied immediately. "But whatever it is, it should be something that has the power to cut through the fabric of time and space. Something that can enable us to travel between worlds. Not only Parallel Worlds, but also other worlds."

"But, wouldn't that take too long, Nee-san?" Sakura asked, feeling a bit doubtful towards her older sister's suggestion.

"I know that, Sakura." Rin said towards her younger sister. "But it's better than doing nothing." She continued as Sakura simply nod in response.

To be honest, Rin wasn't even sure with her own suggestion. She doesn't even know if they will even find this thing that can take them back to their home world. But still, it's better than not doing anything. And even if they failed once again in the end. At the very least they have done something.

"Well, I guess it's settled then." Shirou said as he clapped his hand. "But where should we start looking for this thing Tohsaka?"

"Hmm." Rin hummed and she starts pacing back and forth while thinking where they should start their searching. "I think it would be best if we start our search in Japan. Our beloved Nation has its own legendary artefacts after all. Maybe one of those artefacts has the ability to send us home." Rin finally suggested after pondering for a few moments.

"Japan huh? Not a bad idea, Rin." Illya comments and gave the Tohsaka heiress a nod in approval.

"But Nee-san, are sure that such artifacts does exist in Japan? I've never heard Japan had that kind of artefacts before." Sakura asked her older sister. She wasn't that good In history, but even someone like her would've known if such magical artefact does exist, she's still a magus after all.

"Well, I'm not one hundred percent sure about it too, Sakura. But you must remember that we are currently in a world different from ours. So there bound to be something different here. For example, in our world we don't have magical artifacts that have the power to allow the user to travel between Parallel Worlds and the worlds beyond it, but maybe in this world there is." Rin explained to her curious little sister while adopting a lecturing pose.

"Ah, I see."

"So, when will we go to Japan, Rin?" Saber who was quiet this entire time finally decided to speak up. Even if it's just to ask a question.

"Hm, that's a good question, Saber." Rin replied with a smile before adopting a thinking pose. "To be honest, I was hoping that we can start heading towards Japan by tomorrow. But earlier during breakfast, I watch a weather broadcast from the Television and I heard that there's going to be a really bad storm for the whole day tomorrow here in London. And it's seems that all the flights for tomorrow will be canceled. So, that means we have no other choice but to stay here in London for another two days, at least until the weather is clear." She said the last part with a shrugg.

"That bad, huh?" Illya asked and only received a nod from Rin in response.

"By the way, Saber. I apologized that things have to come this way. I know that you're probably disappointed because you were re-summoned when the Holy Grail War was over, but if you would, please lend us your assistance in our quest to go back home. We had no idea what kind of dangers we will face later in the future, and we need someone as strong as you to protect us and help us fought any obstacles that comes in our way. So, would you please lend us your support, Saber?" Rin asked, thought it sounded more like she was begging her own servant to assist them in their quest.

Saber shooked her head and then smile. "There's no need for any apology, Rin. And there's no need for you to ask me for my assistance as well. I'm your servant and you are my master. It's already a duty for a servant to protect her master from any types of danger. I understand your current situation Rin, and that's why as long as I'm here, me and my sword will protect you and your friends until you guys find what you're looking for."

"Saber..." Rin muttered with wide eyes in awe at her servant's conviction, and then her gaze softened. "Thank you. That meant a lot to us."

"Think nothing of it, Rin. I told you it's my duty as a servant to protect my Master." Saber reply with a genuine smile.

"Umm. Then we'll be in your care from now on Saber." Rin declared with a rather cheerful voice.

"Well, I guess that concludes our meeting today. I don't know what you guys are going to do after this, but I'm going to get some sleep. I'm really tired after performing that failed experiment and Tantric Ritual. If you guys need me I'll be in my room." After saying that, Rin yawned and then left Shirou and Illya's room towards her shared room with Sakura and Saber, so that she can get a few hours of sleep to recover her stamina. Leaving Shirou and the girls who are still occupying Shirou and Illya's hotel room.

"So, what do you guys wanna do now?" Shirou asked the girls who's currently occupying his shared room with Illya.

After Rin have left to her shared room with Sakura, and Saber too now, they are currently discussing what they should do to spend the rest of the day. Thought actually, Shirou already had plan to stay at the Hotel so that he can further learn about Archer's magecraft, but in case if anyone wanted to go outside, then he would join them instead.

"Hmm." Illya hummed as she adopted a rather cute thinking pose. "Well, since Rin said that there will be a storm for the whole day tomorrow. How about we spend the rest of this day by going outside? There's still a lot of tourist attractions that we haven't visited yet, right?" Illya asked as she suggested that they spend the rest of the day visiting various tourist attractions in London that they visited yet.

"Yes. That sounded like a good idea, Illyasviel." Saber commented with her usual formal way of talking. "I would like to go outside as well. I would like to know how the city that once was a part of my kingdom looks like at this point of time." She continued as she then turned her attention to the view of the city of London through the window.

"Okay, since you two wanted to go outside then I guess I'll be joining you girls as well. What about you, Sakura? Would you like to join us?" Shirou offered to Rob's younger sister who choose to stay inside the room than to follow her older sister back to their room.

"I would love to, Senpai. But I'm afraid I have to pass this one, because I also felt a bit tired after... after that ritual." Sakura muttered the last part shyly as her face went beef red all of the sudden.

"Ah yes...that ritual." Shirou muttered while sheepishly rubbing the back of his head while sporting a large blush on his face. And surprisingly, Saber also had the same blush as Shirou and Sakura as she heard their conversation that reminded them of the Tantric Ritual that they just performed an hour ago back at that abandoned house.

Meanwhile, Illya became confused when she saw the faces of her brother, Saber, and Sakura who suddenly turned red. "Why are your faces red like that? Did something weird happened when I was out cold?" Illya asked with a rather innocent expression.

Shirou, Saber, and Sakura suddenly jerked awake from their stupor after hearing Illya's innocent question. They forgot that there's still a minor inside the room with them. And with that they quickly tried their best to get rid off the blush from their faces before Illya asked anymore questions that they shouldn't answer in front of her.

"Ah... it's nothing Illya. It's just that we had some minor problem dealing with the after-effect of Rin's failed experiment. But everything is fine now, don't worry!" Shirou answered with an awkward chuckle while petting his sister's hair.

"Huh?" Illya blinked and cutely tilted her head to the side in confusion. She knew that Shirou must be hiding something from her, but she decided to let it pass for now. She can always finds out it about it later anyway. She had one thousand mischievous way to get that secret out of her brother after all.

"Uhum. Anyways we should get ready if we wanted to get going soon." Shirou said as he cleared his throat to regain his bearing. Then he turned towards Sakura. "And Sakura, if you're really that tired, then I suggest that you should get some rest." Shirou said as he told his Kouhai to get some rest.

"Yes Senpai!" Sakura reply with a nod. She then turned her attention towards Saber. "Saber-san, please take care of Senpai and Illya-san when you three are away. Make sure that nothing dangerous happen to the two of them." And she asked the blond swordman to protect both Shirou and Illya when they are away.

"Hai! Don't worry, Sakura. I will protect them with everything I had. I shall not let any harm befallen to both of them." Saber declared with a strong conviction.

Sakura smiled at the blond swordman declaration and then excuse herself to return to her room so that she can get some rest as well.

After Sakura left the room to join her older sister, Shirou, Illya, and Saber are getting ready for their trip. But since Shirou and Illya can not let Saber wandering around with her old-fashioned outfit and not to mention that she cannot turn herself into her spirit form, Shirou had no choice but to projected a new set of clothes for Saber to disguise herself with.

So, after getting ready and get changed to a new outfits that Shirou projected for them. The three of them then left the Hotel. Ready to spend the rest of this beautiful day visiting various tourist attractions in London before the storm hits.

Amidst the chaos that recently happened in the underworld because of the sudden invasion from the old satanic faction and the Hero faction , a secret meeting took place on the rooftop of a certain building in the human world. In the rooftop garden, a table and chair were placed in the centre. The man who sat in the chair — the general governor of Grigori, Azazel, greeted the young man who silently appeared from the shadows of darkness, Ikuse Tobio, one of his top agents in Grigori. As Azazel closed the book that he was reading, he began to speak to that man who was mostly known by his alias, Slash Dog.

"Sorry, Tobio-kun. Even though you just came back from your black ops mission, I'm still getting you to move behind the scenes."

"No, it's quite alright. I don't dislike working in concealment." The young man said to his boss formally.

"So, does that mean you've been able to confirm something regarding that matter?"

Ikuse Tobio laid out several photographs onto the table. One of the photos shows a young man and three girls walking along a less-travelled road in London. Judging only by appearances, the group seemed as though they were the age of high school students and an elementary student. Ikuse Tobio pointed to the group that consists of one young man and three girls in the photo.

"There's no mistaking. These four is the cause of the sudden energy spikes in London that our radar caught." Tobio stated with a serious expression as he pointed the four individuals in the photos.

Azazel narrowed his eyes slightly as he looked at the boy and his female companions in the photos. "...Ah, I see. So, what did you manage to find out about them?"

"Not much. Except for their names and that they are mages that probably came from another world." The young man explained. Azazel rose an eyebrow after hearing the last part.

"Mages from another world you say? What makes you think that, Tobio-kun?" Azazel asked, sounding much more intrigued at the young man's report.

"...Well, when I was in the midst of observing them. I managed to overheard them, talking about performing a ritual that can send them back to their world. If that statement doesn't indicate that they came from another world, then I don't know what is then."

"Hmm. Is that so? Then, did you see them performing the ritual?" Azazel asked curiously to his agent with an interest look.

"I did actually. However, it turns out to be a big failure thought." Tobio said it in a humorous tone that caused his employer to chuckle lightly.

"It failed? Ow, that's too bad. And here I was starting to get interested in them." Azazel whined jokingly at the disappointing result, but he didn't lose his interest in his targets of observation just yet.

He takes a look at the pictures that his employee provided to him one more time, until he spotted a picture of a girl with petite figure, green eyes, and blond hair tied into a bun, dressed in a rather old-fashioned blue dress. And he had to admit that she looks quite pretty.

"...Oh, and who this one might be?" Azazel asked he picked the picture of the the girl in blue with his hand and stared at it for a moment before showing it to Tobio.

"Oh, that one? I don't have any information about her because she just appeared out of nowhere when the ritual that these kids perform failed. The only thing I know about her is that, these four called her Saber." Tobio explained.

"Saber huh? What a weird name." Azazel comment with a hint of amusement in his voice.

"Well then, Tobio-kun. Tell me more what you know about our current targets." Azazel said as he urged his agent to spill out the rest of the information he had on the four mysterious mages to him.

Tobio complied as he told his boss everything what he knew about the four mysterious individuals who mysteriously appeared in London. He told them their names, their basic ability, and the place they are currently staying at. However, there's not much that Tobio could tell to his boss about the four mysterious individuals because there's still much that he haven't discover about them.

"Well, at least that's good enough for today. At least we managed to find out that they are the caused of that foreign energy spikes that we spotted in London two days ago. Thank you for your good work, Tobio-kun." Azazel said with a genuine smile. Thanking his agent for the job well-done.

"Think nothing of it, Azazel-san. I'm just doing my job after all." Tobio answered as he gave his boss a respectful bow, then he straighten his body back. "So, what do you think we should do about them?"

Azazel scratches his chin as he pondering what type of action they should make for their mysterious Targets of observation. "Well, their presents here is like a strange anomaly to our world, but they didn't pose as a threat to me yet. But then again there's still much that we don't know about them too. So, I guess we should continue observing them for now, gather as many information as we could about them. And once we have enough informations about them, only then we can decide what we should do about them."

"I see. Very well then, I will continue my observation on them. If that's everything then I will excuse myself." Tobio said as he turned around and then disappear into the shadow of darkness. Leaving Azazel who was still staring at the pictures of the five individuals that have piqued his interest in them.

"Emiya Shirou, Tohsaka Rin, Matou Sakura, Illyasviel Von Einzbern, ...and Saber. Visitors from another world huh? I guess I'll give them a visit someday." Azazel said to himself with an interest look.

After all, it's not every day that you can encounter people that came from another world.
