Here's another one. Before you ask... no, the two fics are not related. I know it seems like it, but I wrote this during a movie with no thought of them having a connection. By the way, the movie is called The Alphabet Killer... you can find it Netflix for watch it now. It was so funny, so stupid, and some parts actually made me jump. Anyways, the scene was with her temporary partner, I forget his name. He was all, "I had a good time working with you...I'm sorry it had to end this way." and then she sort of nodded and kissed him. After he was like, "Did you mean that?" and she was all, "Uh, no." lol, had me laughing so hard. You'll have to watch to understand. I'll stop rambling now.
Disclaimer: I don't own the characters.
Castle was pulled harshly against the detective, his lips colliding with hers in flurry of passion. The writer moaned, forcing himself even closer to Beckett. Together, they stumbled into the breakroom wall, hands fumbling to feel each other's heat. The cool touch of the detective's hand on Castle's chest pulled him back to reality. He breathlessly pulled away, his eyes never leaving Beckett's.
"Did you mean that?"
Beckett nodded, her expression darkening. "Of course I-"
Beckett was cut off as Castle wrapped a strong arm around her waist, his lips meeting hers again.
That was all the answer he needed.
