Alright, first off, I know this ain't Wednesday, but I already gotta few of you guys liking chapter one, I didn't want youns to wait. Also, the reason I did after season 3 instead of before, Thunderstrike16, was because I would have more creative freedom, and as for the Guardians that got snapped, they're around, just not on Earth 38, Mr.E if you look at my list of future stories, there is one that will be connected to this.
Ch.2 A Not so Friendly Encounter.
"Wait a second," Sam said, interrupting Strange's explanation as everyone was either leaning against or sitting on crates listening to the explanation. "So you are telling us that instead of dying, the stones sent us to another universe?"
"Yes, that is basically what I'm telling you." Strange confirmed.
"Well then, what do we do from here?" Wanda asked.
"We need to lay low, stay under the radar, don't attract any attention to ourselves." Bucky stated, if anyone knew what to do in this situation, it was him.
"I agree," Sam said.
"So does that make him the leader?" Strange asked, referring to Bucky.
"It appears so." T'Challa stated.
"I'm cool with it," Peter said, then they all looked at Wanda.
"Alright, I'm in." Wanda said.
"Uh guys," Peter said as his spider sense went off, "we have company."As soon as he said that the door bursted open and a couple dozen DEO agents came through the door, lead by Alex. A second later, Supergirl busts through the roof and landed next to Alex.
"Well, haven't even left the warehouse yet," Sam commented.
"Which one is leader." Alex demanded.
"I guess that's me." Bucky said as he took a step forward.
"Who are you?" Kara demanded.
"The Winter Soldier." Bucky said. "This here is the Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, Falcon, Spider-Man, and Doctor Strange."
"What Earth are you from?"
"Seems like they know about the multiverse theory aswell." Strange said to the group.
"Yeah, we do, and we need you to come with us." Alex told them.
"But what if we don't want to." Sam asked.
"Some of us have a bad history with the government." T'Challa said, referring to Bucky, Sam, and Wanda.
"We can do this civilly or we can do this with force." Alex said as guns trained on the six of them.
"You really don't want to do that," Wanda said as the red mist came around her hands.
"It won't end well for you guys." Peter added as he got into a defensive stance. Sam let out his machine guns and wings, T'Challa let his claws out, Strange got his magic ready, and Bucky took a defensive stance of his own.
"This doesn't have to end in a fight." Kara said.
"You know by bestfriend told me the same thing once, you know what I told him," Bucky said.
"What's that?" asked Alex.
"It always ends in a fight." Bucky said before he grabbed a crate and threw it with ease at the agents. Kara caught it and sent it back, but Strange made a portal for it to go in, only for it to land on top of Kara through another portal. DEO agents then opened fire. Wanda shielded herself, Peter and Strange with her red mist while Sam shielded himself and Bucky with his wings. T'Challa though, thanks to his vibranium suit, just absorbs the shots as he walks towards the agents. Kara then hit him, only for an energy burst from the suit to push them all back.
"Don't kill," Bucky told the group as they went on the offensive. Falcon took to the air drawing some of the agents fire before Bucky and T'Challa took them out. Strange sent several flying with his magic, while Wanda used her mist to make several pass out.
Peter was left to face Kara. "Look I really don't wanna fight." Peter told her as he dodged a punch.
"Shouldn't thought about that before you guys started it," Kara said as she threw another punch, but to her, and Alex's, who was trying to take a shot, surprise, he caught it casually.
"H-how can you do that," Kara said as she looked in disbelief.
"Same as I can do this," Peter said as he webbed her in the face, blinding her before sending her into a wall, leaving a good size dent in it.
Bucky was facing off against several agents as he sent them flying around with punches and kicks. Then Strange stood beside them as he used his magic to whip a few more agents.
"We need to get out of here," Strange advised.
"I second that," T'Challa added.
"Agreed, do you have an exit strategy?" Bucky asked Strange.
"Give me a minute," Strange said as he started to open a portal. Bucky then saw Alex walk towards him. 'Here we go,' thought Bucky as she tried use the equipment on her suit to electrocute him, but he dodged, then kicked her back. He then blocked a few punches before using his metal arm to push her back a few yards.
Kara finally got the webbing out of her eyes via heat vision as she looked at the one responsible. "Hey Bugboy," she yelled, gaining Peter's attention. "Here's a bug zapper for you," she said as she unleashed her heat vision on Peter.
"Holy shit!" exclaimed Peter as he dodged the heat vision. Wanda noticed and used the mist to throw several crates at Kara, leaving her open for Sam to dive down and drop kick her.
"The portals open, we have to leave," Strange told them as they all hurried through the portal until it was just T'Challa and Strange left, they saw Alex regaining her footing.
"I order you to stay where you are," Alex yelled half heartedly.
"I don't care," T'Challa said as he and Strange went through the portal, with Strange closing it behind them, just as Kara tried to ram into them.
"Dammit," Alex said before her and Kara checked on the other agents.
Once the whole group came through the portal, they were now right outside of the suburban part of National City, the group quickly calmed down. "We need to find a place to stay now." Bucky told them as they looked out at the city.
"How do you propose we do that," Strange asked him.
"We find out what we can and adapt, from the looks of things, we're not going home anytime soon." Bucky said.
"That's probably true," Wanda said. "Thanos has all the stones, might aswell settle in."
"So where do you think we should seek shelter at?" T'Challa asked.
"How does a place in the suburbs sound?" Sam asked, gaining everyone's attention, they were looking over at the suburbs of National City.
"That'll have to do for now," Bucky said patting Sam on the shoulder before turning to the rest of the group. "What do you guys think?"
"I've only lived in an apartment so, I guess it would be fine." Peter answered.
"I'm fine with it," Wanda commented.
"It'll be tolerable," Strange said.
"Fine by me," T'Challa told him, then the six of them headed down the hill.
-DEO Headquarters-
"Well that could've gone better." Brainy said as Alex and Kara came in.
"Yeah it could've," Kara said as Alex looked at the panel.
"Now we got to find them, again." Alex said fustrated.
"I also wanna know more about that suit the 'Black Panther' was wearing. It was intriguing." Brainy commented.
"What about that substance that 'Spider-Man' used on me, that's strong stuff." Kara commented.
"I don't know, but what I do know is that they are a force to be reckoned with, and the next time we face off with them, we will come out on top." Alex told them.
So the first encounter between the DEO and the Marvel gang has happened, and I think I did a good job if I do say so myself, now I'm gonna answer some reviews, so bear with me.
Caliban Super Sayan 0 - Thanks for finding it interesting, I think you've stuck by me since I started out back in May and I appreciate it. Also, I'm sure the MCU will redeem itself for you, I know the ending for Infinity Wars was messed up, but there ain't always a happy ending. I was surprised all the new guys were the ones that disappeared though.
Guest - Alright, I'm not gonna pair Alex with anyone, I just wanted to see how you guys were to react, and on Mr. E wanted to see it, but yeah, it won't happen.

Thunderstrike16 - First off, big fan of your 'Super Avengers' story, and I'm surprised you found this, I got to more Supergirl fanfics if you'd like to check them out, along with my MCU/Generator Rex/Ben 10 thing I got going on. As for why I did it after season 3 was because like I said on the top, more creative freedom, and I have an idea over what to do with Dark Supergirl, or whoever the clone is. As for the idea for the pairing, Steve isn't in the story and I attempted that pairing in the past, I was told I was rushing it, soooooo, and I was curious of how this pairing would work. And thanks for thinking the start was good, means a lot.
Mr. E - Yes, they will meet the Earth 1 heroes eventually. No, the Dominators and Earth X already happened, but I am thinking of something, you're free to give me an idea for it tho. How the snap got them there, let's just say it was a freak accident. As for the Guardians that went with the snap, you will see them, just later on, also they will have there own story, 'The Guardians of the Arrowverse'. Sorry man, you were outvoted on me pairing Alex with someone, it ain't happening.
