Barry was tired. He had had a horrible day yesterday and today. Cisco was mad at him and Caitlin was to embarressed to talk to him. Joe had lectured him about how dangerous Frost was, like he didn't already know, and about how he shouldn't be doing that at the house. Iris was mad for reasons unexplained and Wally was a little to excited that the all perfect Barry wasn't so perfect after all.
So when Killer Frost showed up again he wasn't excited. He just wanted to sit on his bed and watch tv!
He grabbed her and flashed her over to a hotel room. What he left money on the desk to pay for it! "You going to stay if I entertain you some other way today," He said and suddenly there was a stack of movies and some popcorn next to the tv. He was only borrowing the movies but he did pay for the popcorn. He wasn't a criminal!
Frost tilted her head to the side and thought for a moment. Movies weren't exciting and that's what she was alive for. To be careful Caitlins dangerous side. The fun side. But for some reason she wanted to do this. So she said yes even if she wasn't entirely sure why she said yes.
They settled back onto the bed as he popped in the first movie. Avengers Age of Ultron. He loved superhero movies but mainly he wanted to watch this one because Quicksilver was in it... and Scarlett Witch. He loved how they made it seem like Quicksilver was so fast but did he ever travel through time? Nooooooo! At least not that he knew of. As soon as Quicksilver showed up on screen Flash started to rant about how awesome Quicksilver was supposed to be but he, a real person, was a thousand times better!
Frost found herself smiling for some reason. About half way through the movie she put her head on his shoulder and fell asleep. Barry looked at her for a moment then continued watching the movie.
"Ahhh!" Frost screamed not long after that. Barry watched in confusion as her hair kept shifting back and forth from white to brown and her eyes were shifting from a dark brown to an icy blue color. It took him a moment to realize Killer Frost and Caitlin were fighting for control. He did the only thing he could think of to do at the time. He leaned over her and kissed her. (It's a proven fact that a good kiss can act as a painkiller and that was all he was thinking about. Definitley not how much he wanted to kiss her or how good her lips looked).
She stopped screaming and wrapped her arms around his neck. When he tried to pull back a little she pulled him back to her. Eventually.she let him go though and he pulled back slowly and reluctantly. He opened his eyes and looked at Caitlin in surprise. He just kissed Caitlin? He didn't know how exactly he felt. He may have liked Caitlin, just a little bit. But she still didn't seem to be interested in dating anyone.
Caitlin's cheeks turned a little red. She really wished she hadn't done that. She couldn't not do it with his lips on hers. She didn't have time to think about it. "I'm sorry! I should go," she said embarressed and started grabbing up her stuff. Barry grabbed her arm.
"Hey! Wait! Don't," Caitlin looked at him. "Stay," he said. Her eyes narrowed. He wasn't thinking about what she thought he was right? There was a rush of wind and suddenly he was holding the stack of movies. "Come on it's not that late and at least one of these has to interest you right?"
Caitlin let out a sigh of relief before briefly debating the pros and cons of watching a movie. Even as the cons started outwaying and outnumbering the pros she knew what she was going to do. "Sure," Barry smiled at the answer. She picked a movie and they fell asleep watching it that night. Thankfully she managed to stay Caitlin all night too!
