Sorry for not updating for months I've just been REALLY busy plus I had writers block so yeah. But on the brighter side this chapter should have better grammar; spelling and the chapters should be a bit longer. Well any let's dive in.

Chapter 2: What am I doing here?

Disclaimer I do not own Pokémon though I wish I did.

"Let me tell you just what you're doing here" said Green.

Well at least he's nicer in person then in the Adventures manga and games.

"Lucas are you alright?"

"Yeah I'm fine just thinking"

"Good anyway as I was saying you were brought here like some dex holders before you to become the new protagonists in the next Pokémon games and in some manga's."

"Wait this happened to people before me?"

"Oh yes so far Diamond, Pearl, Platina, Black, White, lack-2 and whi-2 have been taken and are now living the life of a Dex holder."

"Oh so I'm not the only one?"

"No, but anyway enough of this it's time for you to start your new journey as the male Dex holder of Kalos!"

"Wait what?"

But before I could do anything else I… Woke up

What I thought to myself that can't have all been a dream it was too real. I sighed and got out of bed to turn the lights on when I did I was in a room I had never seen before yet it seemed so familiar. Wait I thought d…does this mean… I ran to my window and flung open the curtains. I saw fletching's and a… Rhydon in my front garden? I was astounded to say the least that dream it…it can't have been real… can it?

I heard someone calling my name from down stairs. So I slowly opened my door and walked down the stairs.

"Good morning Lucas did you have a nice sleep?"

I blinked a couple times.

"M… Mum"

"Yes dear that's what you call me, and are you alright I heard a lot of running and stomping about from upstairs."

I rubbed my head in confusion then said

"Yeah I'm fine just amazed at what's happening today."

"Oh yes you must be excited about getting your first Pokémon today it's a big step in any person's life."

"What?" I asked

"Did I not tell you about it? A letter came this morning from Professor Sycamore he said that you and some other kids in Vanaville are getting your first Pokémon and to meet him in the café at Aquacorde town"

"Really then I best get going."

*knock knock*

"Oh someone's at the door it must be Y."

"I'll go let her in."

I opened the door to see a girl in a red top and a red skirt and blonde hair.

"Hello Lucas are you ready to get your first Pokémon me and Shauna sure are."

I looked to the left to see another girl who must be Shauna.

"Uh… Yeah I sure am ready should we get going then" I said

"Ok then me and Shauna are going to get going see ya there Lucas"

"Bye then" I quickly turned around "I guess I'm going to get my Pokémon before I can't pick which one to have bye mum"

"Bye sweetie and remember to keep safe."

"I will don't worry."

I turned around and walked out the door closing it behind me. Phew I thought as I started to walk to the meeting place. As I walked towards Aquacorde town I was thinking about how I was the one to be chosen as the new Dex holder and why everyone and everything was so familiar and also if Y was like me and was chosen from the human world to become a new Dex holder. It was all too confusing. I looked up and saw the archway leading into Aquacorde town. Well at least the walk was short I thought to myself. I looked around to try and find Y and Shauna. Eventually I saw them at a café with two other people so naturally I walked over to them.

"Hi guys" I said to announce myself

"Hello Lucas" they all said at once

I took a seat and looked around

"So Lucas." Y said "This is Tierno and Trevor there here to give us our new Pokémon."

"Oh right hi there"

"Hello" said Trevor with a slightly nerdy voice.

"Sup" Said Tierno in a deep happy voice.

"So now that you're all here you can choose your new Pokémon" Said Trevor

"But be careful this Pokémon will stay with you forever" Said Tierno

"So who will you choose" They both said

Well that was chapter two left you on a bit of a cliff hanger here haven't I. But there is a reason for that and that reason is im going to let you the reader to decide who Lucas chooses Froakie, Fennekin or Chespin be sure to include what their gender is.
