Chapter 1
The blue unicorn opened her eyes. She lay next to a stage, a great big one. A couple white unicorn architects were working on it, as it was half finished.
"Trixie, same setup as last?"
She quickly realized where she was. The unicorn to a moment to compose herself, than turned around. "Trixie says yes," she called up to the worker. "She wants the same setup as last."
Why, of all places, did I have to land here?
Trixie walked over to the stand. She quickly grasped her hat between her teeth and put it on. Than she did the same with her cloak-she may as well make herself look presentable if somepony was quick to spot her. Once again, she was smack dab in the middle of Ponyville. Just great.
"Trixie is going out to advertise," she called. "Be done by tonight."
"Yes, Miss Trixie."
Trixie had spread out the flyers. It was about 1 o'clock, and everything was ready. She was just touching up her make-up, as she was going to book a reservation in the next hotel. Luckily, she had plenty of bits. When human money translated into Bits, there was plenty.
"Trixie?"
"Yes?"
There was an awkward silence.
"What?" Trixie said turning around. "Trixie does not like to be bothered!"
A cream-colored pony with a sea green and pink mane and tail stared at her, a confused look on her face. "I thought you'd left Ponyville."
"I came back. What does it matter to you?" The blue unicorn turned.
"Oh, sorry. I'm Bon Bon. And I was just wondering. No need to get all crabby."
Trixie turned around and sighed. She had a bad feeling about this visit to Ponyville.
