Those idiot farmers (it'd be a waste to educate them) will be told that at the end of the growing season, they will be able to keep 7% more of their crop (a 700% increase) and they will work hard to make their plants plentiful but on the night before the harvest, my Peacekeepers will set the fields ablaze (we all know that the untrustworthy rats would be secretly hoarding grain in their pockets each day, anyway) but we'd blame it on the lightning (and this time, there will be no one who dares to sing and lay down flowers.)
