Hey, here's the first chapter as promised. Some things are switched around and scrambled up. Twilight reimagined will be included in this story arc.

I was extremely indecisive about whether it should be Kate or Irina who travels to see about the Cullens 'mistake'. But eventually, I figured it out. So my Kate swears a lot. I wanna say in this story she originated from America but that could just be a heavy influence.

She absolutely hated loose ends.

She couldn't understand her cousins need to leave things so unattended-especially when they held such close ties to the Volturi themselves. Honestly, she was beginning to regret ever including the dim-wits into her coven. Her coven would be the ones who would be held most responsible when the shite decided to hit the bloody fan. She didn't appreciate the utter lack of respect and blatant disregard of their families protection and safety.

She was almost an Ancient, so close to being considered an Elder, a title bestowed upon one as recognition and respect by the Volturi themselves. She ground her canines and dug tiny crescents into her palms, her eyes cloudy as she stared unseeingly out the car's window.

"Fucking Cullens!" She cursed their name as she continued her long journey.

It was her fault for being so damn nosy, she supposed as she tapped against the steering will absently.

She had never really truly liked Edward since the moment she met the Cullens. He was to perfect, to gallant, to saintly for her liking. He was more of a plaything for Tanya's taste anyway.

So when Laurent first appeared she especially enthralled. She liked his dark skin, long dreads, and wild red eyes. He was the danger she was looking for. The hot sauce to her spaghetti. The pickle to her ice cream. She was sure she was screwing up her food analogies but those are the only examples that came to mind instantly.

She bloody despised the Cullens forgetting their human-pet-guest-person mixed up with her sister's potential love interest. And her wingman.

Though, she admitted with a small frown, he wasn't an ideal match for her sister. He wasn't her true mate. She recalled that He and Irina had gotten into a really bad argument, and then the wanker left.

Or more specifically she found him in a compromising situation, informed Irina, they argued, she promptly fried his testicoles and than he left.

She almost smiled fondly remembering him fleeing their house in tattered clothing and his precious manhood burned to ashes.

Then..the Cullen's killed him.

The Cullens had unknowingly taken Irina's rights to Hunt.

So naturally when they called out for help 'Rina refused. Her family backed her.

End of the train of thoughts

She sighed guiltily.

She was getting off track. She was going to repay their Denali debt to the Cullens and then they'd be even. Family was still family. Even if they were idiots...

'But maybe not Rosalie. She seemed to have a good head on her shoulders,' Kate mused. Sure she was a Bitch but that was just a beautiful facade. It was likely she was the only bloody one that had any common sense-but true to Carlisle's nature their woman were probably silenced indirectly. But that was another loop hole for another time for leisure thoughts. Right now she needed to concentrate on the possible collateral damage.

If there was one thing she hated... She scowled and pressed down on the accelerator.
