Part 2 (sorry for not writing and only doing it now I was very busy and now being the holidays I am not. So here it is. Hope you like it)
Days passed then weeks then 3 month before Ashley's war finally let her wake up and be the Ashley who she was before she was (almost). The arrestingly beautiful, tough as nails, physically adept and a skilled fighter.
When Ashley woke she was alone still lying right where she blacked out. Ashley looked around, completely confused about why she felt like she had been dead. (Trust her she knows what it feels like to be dead.] She slowly, carefully sat up her head was spinning, she tried to make a sound but her throat disobey her making her wines in pain. Ash didn't remember what happened to her all she knew was that she felt better, hell she felt almost normal. But being normal was never going to happen for her and she knew it. She put her arms in fount of her on the ground she was going to push up but when she tried, her arms give in underneath her causing Ash to hit the cold floor with a soft bang. Ashley sighed and laid there waiting for her strength to come back.
Gregory was just finishing up on the work he was doing when he heard the soft thud and his first though was "Ashely" Instead of finishing his work he when up to where he had left her. Taking it carefully as he come closer to the door just in case she wasn't in control. As he got to the door way and looked in, his eyes searched the room for her. His eyes landed on Ashley in the middle of the room right where she was left. Gregory entered the room walking over to where Ashley was. "Ashley?" Gregory watched for a respond and smiled softly when Ash turned her head to look at him. In that moment Gregory saw a lot more of Helen in her, but he kept that to himself. He knead down by Ashley's side as she was trying to sit up again but he put a hand on her shoulder telling her to stay laying down, Ashley responded with a nod. "How long….. Was I out for this …..Time?" Ashley crooked out. When Gregory heard Ashley trying to speak he got up still listing to what Ashley was asking. He didn't need to think too hard about his answer after all he spend the days counting, all the days she lied there lifeless. Gregory closed his eyes blocked of an unwanted thought before pouring a class of water and bring it over to Ashley. She looked up at him waiting for her answer. "Three months Ashley, you were out for three months" when Ashley heard Gregory say that she almost choked on the water, her eyes widen. "Did I ever…?" she was cut off by a quick "no. god no Ashley you never even left that spot" Ash nodded believing what Gregory said to be the truth. After all she saw no reason why he would lie to her. Ashley tried to remember anything from her time in the darkness, but all she got was the same pain she had be feeling for way to long and feeling that pain again made her stop thinking.
A week later and Ashley was up and about helping Gregory with things around his place also helping out with things in his lab just like Helen did when she found out about the abnormal world. Of course Gregory didn't want Ashley to do much and he wanted her to rest but she was pretty damn stubborn and wouldn't rest. She kept on saying she had rested too much that she wants to get back to being as much as the old Ash she could be. Gregory watched Ashley almost every time he could, at first it didn't bother Ash to much she knew he was just making sure she was alright. But after so long Ashley was a little sick of it and she didn't want someone watching over her 24/7. So she stopped him from walking out of the room by placing her arm across the door way. "Gregory you know I can tell your watching me all the time" Gregory nodded letting Ashley finish talking. "I was ok with it when you stared to doing it but now I'm getting sick of it, I'm fine… I'm much better than I have been in what 6, 7 years. I don't need a watch dog if I did I would get henry to fill that place" Ashley smiled at her own little joke. "Alright Ashley I will back off but only a little, I'm sure if Helen was here she would be doing the same and you would deal with it" as soon as Gregory said that he regrated it. He tried to say sometime but Ashely just left, leaving Gregory to his thoughts and to think about what he is going to do with Ashely.
Ashely for the first time left Gregory's place and went for a walk to clear her head. She hated herself for everything she did when she was being controlled, but mostly she hated herself for hurting her mom. What kind of daughter does that? Monsters that's what. Ashley sighed and teleported onto the roof of one of the buildings around her. She sat down on the edge looking out over hollow earth. She hated that she had to hide from her mom, she hated Gregory for bring her mom like as if she didn't want to see her mom again, like she like to have everyone thing she was dead. No she hated it, she missed her mom so much, she missed Henry and even will. Of course she would never say that to them. Ashley missed her old life and at times like right now she wish her and henry never when to the Caleb. "if only I would have listen" but she didn't and maybe in a sick and unfair way it was for the best after all it was Ashley who stopped her mom form being killed.
