LATER THAT DAY

"Mum, do you know what the doctor was talking about?" Izuku questioned his mother, who only replied with a head shake. She was still wondering what he meant as well, well she think about it tomorrow since it was already getting dark out when they finished their dinner. "I don't know, so tomorrow we can spend all day figuring it out, that means you could show it in school!" Inko said while cleaning the leftovers, this caused Izuku to think 'When I show my quirk, hopefully everyone will be nice to me again!' since kacchan 'Katsuki Bakugo' always uses his quirk to boast how cool he is to his other classmates which inflates his ego more. After this, the green-haired boy ran so fast up the stairs to his bedroom even All Might would be scared of his speed, then literally flung himself into his bed and went to sleep. While he was asleep, he dreamt about weird muscular men doing bizarre poses for some reason.

NEXT DAY

To the sound of his All Might themed alarm, Izuku woke up full of energy for what was going to happen today, he finally was going to practise his 'quirk' but first he actually needs to know what it is. While getting dressed, his mind wondered back to the dream he just had but no matter what, he can't remember anything about it so he shrugged it off since it was only his imagination. When finished, he went out of his room to find his mum because she IS the smarter out of the two, he found her downstairs making breakfast for them. "Mum! Mum! Do you remember what today is!" Izuku basically shouted across the room, startling Inko, making her drop what she was holding but quickly made it float back to her by using her own quirk. She just sighs watching her son run around, he then joins her at the table where they sit there in silence eating breakfast while listening to the news. Apparently, All Might saved a few families from a collapsed building by catching while it tipped over and placed it back into it's original foundation, what power!

After breakfast is when they decide they will try to find out how to get his quirk out. Most of the day is just them trying out different quirks from his parent's quirks to just random ones Izuku can think of, talking about him, he looked weird to anyone but him since he was trying his hardest physically and mentally to do this. Then suddenly, something inside Izuku clicked to his dream with the weird men and recreated a pose from some blonde man and then said "THE WORLD". As soon as he said that, a yellow ghost man appeared in front of Izuku while in a stance ready to punch something. Izuku and Inko stared at this figure wide-eyed and in silence for a while to see what this was, the ghost didn't do anything expect look like it was awaiting orders, they both looked at each other then back to the ghost. Izuku looked at one of the targets they set out on the table and said "Attack that target but don't destroy the table.", the ghost looked at the table and in a blink destroyed the target while shouting "MUDA" and keeping the least amount of damage to the surroundings.

The ghost returned back to Izuku and disappeared into thin air, Inko, who just got out of shock and fainted onto the floor. The boy quickly went to pick up his mum but was too far away so he summoned his quirk to pick her up instead and told it to put her on the sofa. Once again, it disappeared so once his mum woke up she said "Guess we found out your quir-""Stand", she got cut off by the child who said sorry for interrupting and said it just seemed more correct to him to call it that. "We need to go back to the doctor to get the effects sorted out." Inko remembered the chat with doctor saying that if they find anything, to go back to get it registered since they couldn't even find it out which was rather strange but she shrugged it off as just a machine error since she didn't want anything unusual to happen and for her son to be taken away from her. Still, something about this so called 'Stand' is making her feel like this shouldn't really be happening at all and to keep this a secret from other people.

As they got back to the quirk doctor, they got recognised as the people from yesterday so they got put into a hall with training dummies, targets and a track. All of these were used by different quirk users to test their new quirks out. The doctor from before went up to them "I see you are back again, did you find out what it does?", the Midoryia's nodded, "Come this way and we will get started.". All of them went to the dummies and saw a counter on the wall, he said that it displays how many times it got hit in one minute. So Izuku went up to it and shouted "THE WORLD" the doctor looked shocked as a yellow ghost appeared in front of the kid who commanded it to hit the dummy as fast as possible for one minute. The timer started and the stand kept punching the dummy while shouting "MUDA" over and over again until the timer finished where everyone looked in silence at the counter which projected '600' hits in total. It was calculated that the stand can punch 10 times a second! Everyone watched the stand disappear back into the boy as they quickly started the next test.

The next test was the targets that were placed at different distances that are normally used for ranged quirks but they also have little plastic balls that can be thrown by short-ranged quirks so Izuku tried to use the stand to punch the target, he realised that it can't go anywhere 10 meters away from him which the doctors noted quickly. Since that did not work, he started to think what to do, he put the plastic balls into the stand's hand and commanded it to flick them at the targets, they shot forward like bullets! The closest two he got a perfect bullseye but the further away ones weren't as great but still good enough, everyone didn't even realise what happened except from Izuku until they saw perfect round holes in the targets. Once again, he completely blown away their expectations so they started the next test which was the 100m track, Izuku was thinking about what to do so instead of summoning the whole stand, he just focused it onto his feet to give himself a boost of inhuman speed to cross the track in under 15 seconds which was incredible for a 4 year-old!

After the tests were done, the registered the quirk as 'STAND: The World' and put the abilities as 'The World allows the user to summon a 'Stand' which is incredibly powerful and fast. It is commanded by the user or can be used on the user to give them more strength'. Once this was registered, the family of two were released from the office with bright smiles on their faces since this definitely will allow Izuku to become a hero, if not, the greatest hero of all time. Little did they know, this stand will grow with Izuku and become even more powerful and unlock a certain ability that is too good for this world to handle.
