Anakin awoke the next day feeling odd; he climbed out of bed and walked over to a large mirror. Anakin was taller, his hair was brown and shoulder length, his eyes were deep blue and he was wearing dark brown robes—Jedi robes. Anakin also had a scar running through his right eye; he traced his hand over the scar. How did that get there? And why did he look older? He slowly headed over to the door, and then looked back at the room and realized something…this was not his room. There was also a second bed across from his, how odd. Anakin opened the door to find out that this was not their house; the walls and floors were dark gray and straight, unlike his home which was a sandy color and rounded. He started walking to where the kitchen would be, there was a door and on the door read: MESS HALL

Anakin opened the door and saw a bunch of long tables, and almost every table was filled up with strange aliens, though some tables were filled with white suited people. One female alien stood, she had orange skin with white eyebrows and diamond shapes and other strange marks on her face, her eyes were light blue and she had long eyelashes, she had three head-tails: one on either side of her face and one in the back, all with a blue and white pattern, and where her hair and her face connected there were seven triangles, three on the top left side, and three on the top right side with one in the middle, the middle also connected with a bead like bracelet which hung on the back side of her head. She was dressed in a red sleeveless top that stopped above her stomach and a skirt the same color; she also had long white pants armor, red boots and gloves.

"Hey, Sky-guy, finally woke up, huh?" She says as she neared him, smiling. "What? Who are you? Where am I? Where's Shimi?" Anakin asks, looking around. "Anakin, are you alright? I'm Ahsoka, your apprentice...your friend. We're on one of the starships. And—isn't Shimi your mother?" He had an apprentice? And they were on a starship? This would have been awesome if his mother were here. "Where is she?" Anakin asks, but Ahsoka just stared at him. "Anakin…isn't she on Tatooine?" Ahsoka says after a moment. "Well—I have to go back…how do I get back?" Anakin asks, looking around again. "We could take the Twilight." Ahsoka says. "Okay, let's do that." Anakin says, letting Ahsoka lead the way to the docking bay. Soon they were both going up the ramp to the Twilight. "So, why do you want to go, Anakin?" Ahsoka asks as she starts up the Twilight. "Well, my mother might miss me…"

"Alight…" Ahsoka shrugs, flying the Twilight of the docking bay. Anakin sat quietly in the co-pilot, he could tell Ahsoka kept glancing at him, but he really didn't know how he would explain any of this to her, so he kept quiet at first, and after a while of awkward silence, he says, "So, I'm a Jedi?" It felt strange to think of it like that…him being a Jedi…something he had always dreamed of. "And I'm your Jedi trainee. Are you alight, Anakin? You seem—lost." Ahsoka says, looking at him worriedly. "I—am lost." He replies quietly. "What do you mean?" She asks. But how would he explain this to her? Maybe he shouldn't think too much about it…maybe just say what's on his mind. "One minute I'm saying 'goodnight' to my mom as a child…as myself, the boy she always called Anni, and the next thing I know is that I'm a Jedi with an apprentice who calls me 'Sky-guy' and I'm…older…am I an adult? Uh…I…I just want to go home…"

"I'm sorry." Ahsoka whispers. The rest of the way was in silence, and soon Tatoonie came into view. At the sight of the planet Anakin was reminded of home, and that was when he got an idea. "If I'm a Jedi—I can free all the slaves!" He says, smiling. "Anakin…" Ahsoka begins, but in his happiness, Anakin cut her off, "You can help, of course!" Ahsoka looks down, then back up at Anakin. "Okay, Sky-guy." She says, smiling slightly. So she landed the Twilight, and they began walking; it didn't take them long to get to Anakin's home. Anakin quickly knocked at the door, hoping he hadn't been gone too long. "There you are, Anni! Where have you been? How could you just disappear in the middle of the night? I could have died…" Shimi says, frowning at him, but also looking happy that he was back as she hugged him. "I'm sorry—but I have good news! I'm a Jedi! I've come back to free all the slaves!"

"Oh, Anni, I'm so proud!" She says, smiling happily. "Come on, mom; let's go get the rest of the slaves!" Anakin says, smiling back at her. The three go around Tatoonie, freeing slaves almost magically…like this was a fairy tale and nothing could go wrong. Anakin had to threaten several people to free their slaves, but everything went well, in fact, most everyone knew who he was and let him take the slaves, begging that he left them alone. And after collecting all the slaves they headed back to the Twilight, but when boarding the ramp everything gets foggy. "What's going on Ahsoka?" Anakin asks, but his voice was drowned out by a loud windy sound.

Suddenly Anakin woke up. "It…was a—a dream?" He stood quickly, heading to the mirror in the corner of his room. He was young again, a short boy with sandy hair and blue eyes much lighter than that of his older version. Somehow, he felt upset that it didn't really happen. "But—I am a Jedi—I know I am…and that was a vision." He says to himself. "Anni, come eat! Watto needs you there early today!" He heard his mother call. He quickly dressed and headed into the kitchen…almost depressed that there wasn't a door with "Mess Hall" written on it. "I had a dream that I was a Jedi and I came back and freed all the slaves…" Anakin says as he sat down. "And maybe someday your dream will come true, but until then you need to be careful and not cause anyone any harm." Shimi says, cautioning him. He just nodded; he wouldn't tell her all the details, like the alien named Ahsoka being his padawan. Somehow, though, he was sure it would all come true….

Okay, like I said at the A.N.s, I found another way to end it, which, by the way, is not the above; I was thinking while I wrote, that it would be interesting to see what Anakin thinks about all of this later, so…time skip in the next chapter!
