SOO. I know I officially suck at updating. I guess I kind of forgot about the story. Ill do my best to actually update from now on. Since it has been a few years, the chapter may seem a bit different. Again, Im sorry, but feel free to comment and give suggestions! Love ya all!

"Lucas? Brooke? Um, how are you?" Peyton sputtered.
"P. Sawyer! Wow, we're great! How about yourself?" Brooke replied.
"I'm fine, so are you two...?"
"Married! Hell yeah! We wanted to invite you, but you just dropped off the planet."
"Yeah...I got busy. Found a job, finished school, then moved away. I needed a change."
"A change huh? What new friends?" Brooke was angry with Peyton. She always seemed to do this, drop everything that was good in her life and find a change.
"Brooke... That's great Peyton, so did you find everything you needed?" said Lucas, throwing his arm around his wife to calm her.
"Not yet. But I'm close." Peyton looked up into his stunning blue eyes and couldn't help but swoon. She knew for sure at that moment, they were meant to be.
"Well, as lovely as your awkward little reunion is...Dad let's hit River Court, I need to be ready for the upcoming season" said Ryan
"Agreed, Mom, up for shopping? I could use some new shoes" said Allie.
"Sure, bye Peyton, see you around." Lucas looked at Peyton, then turning to his wife and giving her a kiss, he said, "Bye pretty girl."
"Alright Ryan, what are we working on? Three pointers?" He said walking out of the cafe.
"Alright fruit of my loins. Shopping it is! Bye P. sawyer. Let's grab breakfast tomorrow, catch up?"
"Yeah. I'd like that. I'll meet ya here? Say 10ish?" Peyton said.
"Sounds like a plan." Brooke looked at her mother-in-law, "Later Karen! Need anything while were out?"
"No dear, I'm good. See you for dinner!" smiling at the one person who brought joy to her sons life.
"Bye grams!" Allie yelled walking out the door.
"What the hell was that? Brooke and Lucas are married? And they have kids? Kids that will certainly ruin my chances. I'll definitely have to avoid those two brats." Thought Peyton.
Peyton turned to Karen. "So how much?"
"$25.00. Peyton? Are you alright?" Karen asked, concern filling her face.
"Oh yeah. It was just a shock seeing Brooke married…and with kids." Peyton forced a smile saying this.
"Yeah, I don't think anyone saw them settling down. But she's great with Lucas. And she is such a great mother to those kids. They're wonderful. Extremely sassy but wonderful nonetheless. I might be a bit biased, considering they're my only grandchildren" she replied smiling at the thought.
"Yeah. Well I have to run, see you soon" said Peyton walking out.
"Great with Lucas? Please. I'd be great with Lucas. I just have to show him that" thought Peyton as she walked down the street.
