Kuri and Reiko exited the Bifrost.

"I can't believe you would put such an idea in that prince's head!" Kuri snapped.

"Whoa I haven't seen Thor this dreamy-eyed since he courted a maid of Midgard some time ago." Loki commented. "Are you the cause, priestess?"

"Step off Trickster." Kuri growled at him, clearly not in the mood for her tricky fox, not to mention another trickster.

Loki tried not to laugh. Finally a maiden that Thor would not be able to tame. He looked at the Kitsune that travelled with the priestess.

"Who is this that is bound to you?" Loki asked.

"I am Reiko the Fox of Fortune!" Reiko announced. "And I'll have you know, God of Mischief, that I requested to be ensorcelled. It is best to be bound to the most powerful being on Earth, if one is to be trapped in a mortal form as I am."

"I see, fortunate one." Loki smiled, turning on the charm.

Kuri rolled her eyes. All men were the same, even among the gods.

"How about you decide who should be your ensorcellment at the party tonight. I could be your escort." Loki beamed at her. "For if it is the most powerful being you are searching for; should you not search for another wise one, full of tricks, like yourself?"

Reiko bit her lip. "I am a very wise fox...Ok, Tricky God, tonight you shall have a fox on your arm!"

Kuri facepalmed.

Hopeless.
