Pairing: I decided to go with AshxHarem for this story. Sorry to people like Unique yet Sensible, who wanted one girl, and a guest who didn't want any pairing. Now i already know who he's going to get with, but i'm going to leave it as a surprise. Here's a tiny hint though. Ash will only get with girls from the anime. Sorry to those that wanted him with ORAS's Zinnia or FRLG's Leaf. now a slightly bigger hint. he will meet three in kanto, zero in the orange islands, one in johto, zero in hoenn, two in sinnoh, one in unova, one in kalos, and three in alola. Now there will be girls, like Macy, who develop feelings for Ash, but won't be in a relationship with him.
Memory: Multiple pokemon, not all, will remember their time with ash. Not all of the pokemon that remember will go straight to Ash for a variety of reason. For example, Bulbasaur still have a job of protecting the hidden village. here's the list of pokemon that will find their way to Ash. Grimer, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Gible, Turtwig, Chimchar, Buizel (Aipom will also remember, but go to Dawn), Oshawatt, Tepig, Snivy, Sandile, Pidgey, Froakie, and Charmander.
Movies will be included.
The summer camp was just as fun as he remembered it. Admittedly, it was strange to see Serena as a young girl and he almost slipped up a couple times. However, he made it through without any problem. Well, make that one problem. After helping Serena in the woods, Ash took her hand and they walked back to the campsite. Due to being so close to the girl that stole his first kiss, Ash was blushing. While other girls and a couple pokemon had kissed him before Serena, she was the only one to kiss him on the lips. Of course, upon seeing Ash's blushing face, Gary decided to tease Ash about his girlfriend. Ash and Serena both denied it, but based on their blushes, they weren't fooling anyone. There was an upside to summer camp, however. While there, Ash and Pichu encounter a Charmander that seemed familiar. It quickly dawned on Ash that this was his Charmander. Ash was so overjoyed at the fact he and Pichu weren't alone that he didn't noticed a Pidgey fly down onto him until it pecked him. It took a little bit longer than Charmander, but Ash realized that this Pidgey was the same as the Pidgeotto he caught in the Viridian Forest. As Ash grew up, more and more pokemon found their way to him. in no particular order, he now had Grimer, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Gible, Turtwig, Chimchar, Buizel, Oshawatt, Tepig, Snivy, Sandile, Pidgey, Froakie, and Charmander all waiting for him at Oak's lab. While they all knew that some would have to wait, all of them were excited to help Ash out on his journey. When he was nine, he met another pokemon he remembered. It was the Riolu with the ability to use Aura Sphere, along with his owner. The owner told Ash that Riolu kept on insisting they go to Kanto. Until he saw Ash, he didn't understand why. He went on to tell Ash that he must be special. It turned out that Riolu also remembered its time with Ash and wants to help him. Not by traveling with him, but by teaching him about aura. While not as knowledgable as a Lucario, Riolu still knows a bit about aura and made sure Ash knew the basics of sensing and using aura. While Ash can't use a technique like Aura Sphere yet, he can use aura as a mean to boost his attacks. Now with his tenth birthday out of the way, he was ready to begin his journey. For his starting team, he decided to use Pikachu, Chikorita, Gible, Buizel, Pidgey, and Charmander. After an embarrassing send-off by his mom and promising Gary that they'll meet in the pokemon league, Ash took his first step as a pokemon trainer. As Ash and Pikachu walked down the path, they felt nostalgic. This was where they became friends after fighting a flock of Spearow. "Hey, Pikachu?"
"Pika?"
"Do you want a rematch against that Spearow?" This caused Pikachu's cheeks to spark in anticipation. Even though he won last time, he still wanted a bit of revenge against the flying type. "Okay then, let's see if we can find it". Ash and Pikachu quickly found it in the same area as last time and with one quick thunder shock, Spearow fainted. Pikachu was a little upset that it was so easy, but was still proud of his victory. "Okay, why don't we catch it?" suggested Ash, getting a nod from Pikachu. He knew how strong Fearow was from when Pidgeot fought it. He just hope Pidgey would play nice with his old enemy. With a single pokeball, Ash was now the trainer of Spearow. Unfortunately, another Spearow saw the capture and let the rest of the flock know. With a curse that would cause his mother to faint, Ash and Pikachu began sprinting. It didn't take long before they found the river that brought them to Misty. Taking a deep breath, Ash and Pikachu leapt into the moving water and waited for Misty to reel him in. It didn't take long as Ash quickly felt something tug on his jacket. He was surprised when he was sent flying out of the water, even though he knew it was going to happen.
"It's just a kid," Misty complained before adding, "and a Pokemon" more excitedly.
After he finish coughing, he replied with, "It's nice to meet you too". He could see that Misty was going to yell at him, but he leapt up and went ahead and grab her bike. "Sorry, pissed off a flock of Spearow. Need to borrow this, thanks!" He heard Misty yelling at him to come back and felt the rain begin to fall. Just like last time, he lost control in the mud and crashed Misty's bike. Standing up, he decided to call out Buizel and Gible. "Buizel, Pikachu, take out those Spearow. Gible, get ready to use Draco meteor". Ash watched as Pikachu and Buizel knocked the Spearow flock down multiple at a time. Finally, Gible was ready and launched the Draco Meteor, which failed. Comforting the dragon type, Ash told Pikachu to finish it with Thunder.
With a loud "Piiiiikaaa!" and some help from nature, Ash watched as Pikachu released an extremely bright Thunder attack, hitting every Spearow. Turning to where the bike was, he sighed as he saw that Misty's bike was fried as well. Returning Buizel and Gible, Ash jokingly asked Pikachu if he enjoy frying bikes. Pikachu responded with a slightly bashful "Chuuu." and rubbing the back of his head.
"Oh well," Ash said as he and Pikachu continued on their way to Viridian City. "Look like Misty will be joining us".
"Pika pikachu pi?" asked Pikachu, tilting his head.
"It's not that I don't want her with us," answered Ash. "It's just going to be hard to treat her like a stranger".
"Chu," agreed the electric mouse.
Hey, if you don't like the result, you don't have to read. Same with not having your pairing used. Next chapter, Ash arrives at Viridian City, reunited with Misty, and meets Team Rocket for the 'first' time.
