Brian Jaceion is the unknown shooter of the girl and her two would be rapists. My name is Brian Jaceion and I kill sinners in the name of The Lord. Oh F**k who am I lying to I am crazy, f**king crazy, sorry for the cussing there. My girlfriend just broke up with me, so I purchased a sniper rifle off the internet and went up to that building to shoot those people.
