God when has this happened? When had the young bookworm turned into this wondrous woman? After everything that had happened in the past few years it had not been apparent to her how beautiful the young witch had become. Not only in looks but in everyway imaginable.
She was no doubt going to go away with the boys on an amazing trip that would make her wiser and if possible more amazing. And Minerva would be left here, to wallow in the self-loathing loneliness she had become accustomed to. Wanting nothing more than to capture the young woman in her arms and whisk her off and live a happy life. The life she had dreamed of for so long.
But who was she kidding the young witch could have anyone she wanted, why would she want an old broken down wreck like she had become. No one would, want her and she knew it.
Retreating to her private chambers, she looked forward to a long night with a bottle of firewsky.
