Chapter 2
Pein stared at the spot Deidara and Hidan had both been standing.
"Uh, no. I don't think so." I sighed. Of course they had to disappear.
"They will find their way back somehow." I said, sitting back down to try to enjoy the rest of my dinner.
"That idiot is finally gone." Kakuzu said as he rolled his eyes.
"I can finally get some sleep." Kisame said as he stuffed his face with the rest of his sushi.
"Thanks, Pein." Konan agreed and also went back to eating.
"Anytime. I'll be happy to help."
"But Tobi misses Deidara-sempai! Wah!" Tobi sat on the floor and began crying hysterically. I stared.
"For the love of me, shut up!" Pein yelled at him, plugging his ears. Tobi didn't stop and started rolling on the floor.
"Tobi, SHUT UP!" Tobi started screaming now. Kakuzu massaged his temples. Konan plugged her ears. I was thinking about leaving the room.
"SHUT UP TOBI!" Tobi got up and started running around the room, crying hysterically and still screaming.
"He won't stop until we go find Deidara and Hidan."
"Fine. Tobi, we can go look for them. Happy, now?" Pein said, exasperated. Tobi popped back up to his feet and stopped crying immediately.
"YAY! Tobi will get to see Deidara-sempai again!" I watched, horrified (but didn't show it) as Tobi skipped around hugging everybody. When he got to me, I stared him down. Tobi's eye glinted dangerously but I hardened my gaze. Tobi shrugged and skipped off to hug Konan. (And that was a whole entire conversation between 2 Uchihas.)
Sighing, Pein assigned us places to look for the pair.
"Everyone is in their regular groups, but Kakuzu and Tobi are together for this one."
"This is not going to end well."
