It had been two months since Lily was born.

Now she had to go but in the care of Nancy, Derek's older sister who is a housewife

"Are you sure Lily will be alright with your sister?" Meredith asked

"Mer she has 3 kids"

"Alright Alright" Meredith said with a sigh

(At the Hospital)

"Welcome Back!" Izzie cried handing her a cake in the locker room

"Izzie" Meredith said with a sigh taking the cake

"Mer" Izzie said with a smile

"Grey and O'Malley you're with Dr. Smith. Yang and Avery Altman Stevens and Karev Hunt. " Bailey called out

"Hello –" Dr Smith started to say

"George and Meredith" George said

"You call me Marissa"

"George you were assinaged to be on Torres and Meredith, Robbins but someone is having a baby so your with me" Marissa stated

"Lets go" Marissa called out

"That is Addison's cousin" Derek said to Meredith

"Marissy's here?" Mark asked

"Yup I hired her" Derek said

"Marrissy?" George said

"Derek, Mark!" Marissa called out hugging the both of them

"We went to Med school together" Derek said

"Until I broke my foot when Mark pushed me down the stairs making me go though HELL" Marissa said with a giggle

"I was drunk" Mark said rolling his eyes

"And now I have to prep Arizona for surgery" Marissa said

"Oh she's having it?" Meredith asked

"Yup Now lets go!"

"Please No c-section? Arizona begged once they reached her room

"No" Marissa said looking down at the charts

"Please" Callie said

"No" Marissa said

"Who would like to present? Marissa asked

"I'll" George said

"Arizona Robbins 39. Fetus has a brain bleed" George said

"How do we fix it?"

"Dr. Shepard will put in a small shunt" Meredith said

"Marissy!" cried out a voice

"Addie! Oh my god! What are you doing here? Marissa called out hugging Addison

"I called her" Callie said in a nervous voice

"Callie, Marissa is perfectly suited for this job" Addison said

"I didn't know she was coming"

"Callie try not to worry She's really good"

"Oh Okay"

"Come people it's time to add a new person to the world" Marissa said

"Addie please come" begged Callie

Addison gave Marissa a look and Marissa nodded her head

"Hurry Up" Marissa said

"George, I have this feeling that something is gonna happen and-' Meredith said

"Meredith- Are you sure" George interrupted

"Yeah I'm sure"

"Well tell me later surgery" George said
