There's a poll in my profile and i'd be really happy if y'all went and voted as to where I should take this story next. The picture of Rose is on my profile, so you can get an idea of how she looks, and so is Scorpious. The Polyvore shows Scorpious and then Rose's hairstyle. Check it out
Third Person POV
Rose woke up to screeching and shrieking. As she parted her blue hangings on her bed, the small green and silver ring on her pinky caught in a bronze thread. She sighed, ripping her hand away, simultaneously plucking the tore string from the implanted emerald. Rose looks back to her pillow and sighs, the pocket clock hanging loosely from the pillow case reads 7AM, in other words, destroying her hopes of sleeping in on her last day at Hogwarts.
Then, she remembers. Scorpious was coming home with her for the summer break! Rose broke into a wide grin, and jumped down from the mahogany four-poster bed, leaving her sheets slipping limply to the ground behind her. But before she could choose her outfit for the unseasonably chilly day, she needed to face the matter at hand. The uncharacteristic screaming surrounding her, her three fellow Ravenclaw sixth years: the culprits.
"Why in bloody Azkaban are you being so loud?" Rose booms over her friends. They look startled, seemingly just noticing her awakening, and begin to smile at her.
In all honesty, it was creepy.
"ROSE! HOW COULD YOU?" Alexa, her runes obsessed school mate who reminded her fondly of her mother, whined loudly, obviously disgraced by her lack of not understanding.
"What do you mean?" Rose queries, not liking the ear-to-ear smiles all around her, closing her in from all sides.
"YOU KNOW WHAT WE MEAN! We know alllll about your little 'meeting' with Score last night!" This time it was Brayden who spoke, a naïve blonde who lived for match-making but was top of the class in every subject Rose was not.
"For the last time, don't call him that, he doesn't like it. You can call him Scorpious, because, one! You don't even know him! And two! You certainly don't like him." Rose repeated for what seemed like the millionth time that year.
"Fine. But anyways, we know you kissed, and we know you invited home this summer, clearly forgetting you invited ALL of us home for the last week of summer term." Finally, Becca had spoke up, showing her burning eyes. Becca was completely albino, got it from her dad. Her skin was paper white and thin, keeping her from coming to watch Rose play Quidditch, though she always saw through the tower window. Her cherry red eyes made even the most self-absorbed kids feel guilty, but the effect long wore off on the four friends, leaving her to only speak when needed.
"OKAY! First of all, I didn't forget about you. Or you. Or you," Rose exclaimed, taking turns pointing first at Brayden, then Alexa, and finally Becca. "I told you three weeks ago that you weren't going to be able to come. And I know you remember because Becca, you sent an owl home and her mom said you weren't allowed to go in the first place! And Alexa and Brayden, I know you guys told your parents and they replied. So, I am not to be accused for anything." Rose finished, exasperated.
The three other girls sighed, but gave in, and started chatting idly about the last irksome topics of school. But before Rose could even turn around, Brayden looked her in the eye and smiled mischievously.
"You know were helping you get ready for today, right?" the blonde yelled, throwing Rose into a fit of giggles, but when coming to, agreed.
Rose tore open her trunk which stood along a bright blue wall beside the other girls'. After tearing through her many normal clothes, and Becca straightening her curly hair, Brayden had agreed on the outfit Rose chose. Her fairly old shirt, bought two years before while visiting Alexa (her parents were Muggles) in London, was one her father had never approved of, but Scorpious had never seen. It read her three favorite summer things: Bronzer (Brayden had accused her of using it when she returned for fourth year, being perfectly tanned, yet never leaving the country), Boys (she usually spent her summer visiting her friends, but when she was home she was usually with Victoire talking about them), and Booze (which her father had scoffed at, telling her if he ever caught even dipping a finger in Firewhisky, he'd ground her for life.)
The shirt was black with white lettering, and she planned to wear her leggings with it, but Becca insisted she wore her favorite yellow jeans. When she was finally dressed, Alexa stepped in and fish-tailed her hair, fussing that the red would clash with the hat she had stolen from Scorpious, but Brayden told her to let it go, since anytime Rose went anywhere, she had to have the hat, and she had no chance talking her out of wearing it. After she had brushed her teeth and done her makeup, it was 10, so she slipped on her favorite shoes, another Muggle brand Alexa had introduced to her, the shoes being grey lace. Rose threw her Ravenclaw robes around her, stuck Scorpious' hat into an inside pocket, and ran off for breakfast. The girls had apparently not wanted food, but she bumped into her brother, Hugo, on the way, and he asked her where she had been all morning.
Rose pointed to her parted robes, and Hugo understood that the girls had wanted to give her a makeover. She sighed and twirled her ring between her fingers.
It was the ring Scorpious had given her for her birthday a year before. It was a Slytherin ring, yes, but she loved it. The intercoursing colors of green and silver lead to a small and shiny emerald. It was beautiful, and must've cost a fortune, but Scorpious shrugged it off and told her it was no trouble. Rose sighed again, and finally hopped into the great hall, spotting Scorpious eating with his friends. He hadn't noticed her arrival, so she waved off Hugo who continued to stalk to the Gryffindor table, and she sat by herself with the Ravenclaws.
Eating a roll she dipped in Pumpkin Juice, she sighed. After finishing a second roll, she decided she was done, and headed back to the tower, taking note Scorpious had already left.

The train was boarding, and Rose was ready as ever, tired of waiting. She stood beside the door, pulling her trunk, her snowy white owl hooting softly from her shoulder. The owl was a gift from her uncle Harry, and Lily, her younger cousin, had named it 'Snow.' Soon the owl knew her owner was gittery, and her companion fast approaching, and flew off her shoulder and onto the trunk. Scorpious appeared beside Rose, grabbing her hand and they hopped onto the train, ready to go. Rose noticed Scorpious grip was more protective, able to tell the difference instantly, sinco she had always held his hand before the kiss. She was afraid everything would be back to normal, but she couldn't complain. She smiled, and he grinned back, and reached into her robes. At first, Rose was wondering what in the world he was doing, then watched him pull his hat from her inner pockets.
"I knew you'd have it."
And he stuffed it on top of her head, crooking it to the side so much like his.
