Chapter 2-Unexpected Happenings
Mario and Peach stood at the huge gates of the castle.
"So, we made it." Said Peach
"yesa." Said Mario.
"howa do we get ina now?" he asked. Peach whipped out a giant key with ornate carvings from behind her back and grinned.
"This, Mario, is the back door key to Bowser's castle and our good friend Yoshi, as part of the mission, kindly disguised himself as a koopa, gained bowser's trust and when he was drunk, he kindly `borrowed` it."
"Genius!" exclaimed Mario.
"not much to it really" said Peach as she started toward the door. She turned the key in the lock, opened the door and went inside. Mario followed behind her. They found themselves in a small, plain room with a door on the other side. They went through it.
"Oh my god!" exclaimed Peach. Strewn around the room were a large number of dead corpses. Among the koopas with ripped open chests lay Yoshi. Peach went over to him and stroked his blood-soaked head.
"you did well" she said to the little dinosaur
"now to find out who did this" she said, pulling a couple of Tommy guns from the inside of her skirt and handing one to Mario.
"nothing will stand in our way now."
