#1: A Half-Blood Story
I have a true story for you all. It all started one day. I was playing outside, alone. Then I heard a noise in the bushes. After a while I heard it again. This time I turned to see a big gray smear. Out of the bushes, came a weird cat. And I mean weird. It had one green eye and one DARK black eye. It also had crazy eyes. And it was gray. I just stared at it then it grew the size of a school teacher! In a moment of fear I was frozen. Luckily I unfroze as it leaped at me. I landed on my face terrified. Then it cornered me. Right there I was traped. Then a cut apeared in its side as it disapeared. A couple days later a kid came up to me and said "You are a half-blood." I knew what a half-blood was. A half-blood was a person that was half human and half Olympian (google Olympus).I had heard of half-bloods from Percy Jackson books. I also knew books 1-3 were real. But I never thought I was one. I knew where I had to go. Camp Half-Blood. My first day was easy. My second day I went to the orcale. There it gave me a prophecy. The prophecy said: one will travel, where the earth meets the sky; to his old life, he will say good-bye; three friends will be made, as the fog seems to fade; a monster fought with lots of pain, and an ultimate power for one to gain. Only the friend part came true. my new friends were: Annabeth Chase, Grover Underwood, and Percy Jackson.
